Excellent afternoon wine tours with Matt. First time in Niagara-on-the-Lake and won't be my last! Matt gave us a personal tour of Niagara-on-the-Lake and we had a lovely day! Definitely recommend!

Had the best time with 5 friends! Bikes were in perfect condition and staff were very helpful. Loved the freedom of being self guided, we were given a map of where to go with the times we were booked in for so it was very straight forward. Couldn't recommend enough!

Amazing experience! Five friends and I done the bike an wine tour - the bikes were in great condition, the staff were friendly and helpful and the wineries themselves were fantastic. Couldn't recommend the experience more!

My 4 friends and I booked the wine tour and lunch and it was amazing! we got to see 5 wineries and had unique tastings at all of them. - at one winery (Pondview) we got to try chocolate ice wine shots -- highly recommended! the individuals working at the wineries are very knowledgeable and you get to learn a lot about wine-- while drinking it!
Our driver Kinny was amazing. Promptly on time for our pick up and so much fun and very knowledgeable. At every winery he got us more samples and he was such a gentleman! He definitely made the day! He even dropped us back off at a winery that was having a party - instead of at our air b n b. We wished we could have spent more time with Kinny, he is a gem!
I highly recommend Niagra Getaway Wine Tours and can't wait to book with them again and ask specifically for Kinny!

My boyfriend and I chose the cheese and wine tour. Booking was easy. The staff was great. Especially Kinny our tour guide. He is highly recommended! He is what made the experience exceptional. Since we were the only tour group at 3pm it actually ended up being a private tour which was great. Not only are the prices unbeatable for the quality and service you receive, but I have nothing but good things to say about Kinny. He tried to get us extra tastings when he could and was very passionate about his job. He ensured we had an amazing time and even got us a private tasting in a private room at one of the wineries. It was a very enjoyable and intimate experience. And the wineries they take you to are 3 smaller wineries and one bigger winery. The smaller wineries had wines you cannot purchase at the LCBO and they were exceptional. Much better than the bigger wineries out there and much more personable staff at the ones we were taken to. We were taken to Caroline Cellars Winery, Pillitteri Estates Winery, Reif Estate Winery, and Between The Lines Winery.

A lot of my friends have been telling my husband and I about this company in Niagara-on-the-Lake who offer these self-guided bike and wine tours where you leisurely ride one of their bikes through wine country while stopping at a bunch of smaller, more intimate wineries and taste wines! Well.......I finally did it this past weekend with a group of other friends and it was everything and more than what we expected!!! We had so much FUN...what a great way to spend a day tasting some great CANADIAN wine.
We were a little hesitant at first to go on our own because I was worried we'd get lost, but it was so simple and easy to follow the directions. We will definitely be back as we were shown a second bike route that the company now offers for its repeat guests!!! I can't wait!

Our first tour and it will be hard to top it! We happened to have the BEST tour guide, Kinny. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the wines and the region. Well known to all of the wineries we visited. Thanks Kinny...you made our experience Exceptional!

By far the best company to book with for wine tours. They took special care of our group, ensuring we had the most amazing time at every winery we chose. Our driver was exceptional, as he made our day absolutely perfect right from pickup. The company’s experience in wine land leads you to amazing locations, whether it be the best wineries in the region, or the up and coming ones that no one knows about. We never had to wait to do our tastings, and we never felt rushed the entire afternoon or over our dinner. Matt is the owner of the company and goes out of his way, as do his drivers, to ensure you get the best experience in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their pricing is unbeatable, and so is their service. You would be crazy not to book with this company, as I have used them 3 times now and it has always been phenomenal.

LOVED this wine tour. It was a self guided bike tour for 4 that we purchased off groupon for a great price! We loved hat we could go at our own pace and do what we wanted and pick which wine we wanted to taste. We all said we would be making this a yearly summer event with Niagara gateway tours. For those trying to book but can’t get ahold of anyone with the number on the website... text the number and he responds much quicker that way :) see you next summer Niagara gateway tours! Thanks again!
