You will see a sign that says Queenston Waterfront, follow that road down the hill keeping to the left side until you see our parking lot. Guests meet at the dock that the boats depart from.

This was the most fun thing that I've done in a long time. If I go back to Niagara I'm doing that again!
If you are looking at participating, you should review the company's website. After being in the third row of the boat I can understand the seriousness of the warnings, the mandatory safety session and the requirement for mandatory life vests (they also have plastic ponchos, but think of them more as windbreakers than as a way of staying dry).
Also, if you have any issues about getting water in your face, you may want to go with the closed boat because the open boat means you will have giant waves breaking over your head fairly frequently. This wasn't an issue for me: I did my research ahead of time.
The trip is from the dock to the whirlpool (wave to the people in the aerial car!), running through some of the more energetic spots on the river a few times on the way. It's a really cool view of the gorge and the river features--right there at eye level.
I think that if you can do either the closed or open (my preference) boat ride, then I would highly recommend this company...

Took this adventure with 5 children, ranging in the ages of 6-12, and 3 adults. The 6 year old met the height requirement, and we were seated in the last row of the jet boat. It started off mildly, but when we hit the waves, it hit the youngest in the face and was frightened. The crew were great and Emily, who was doing our tour sat in front of her to shield her for the last run through the rapids. It was a very hot day, and other than losing a sandal and a contact...it was a memory we will have for a very long time!
Overall, most of us enjoyed it, but would recommend the domed boat where you are shielded from the waves that hit the boat, if with young children.
The interesting note is that I took this attraction 16 years ago, and the boat was bigger, wider and longer and I barely got wet!!! That has changed...prepare to get soaked!

Great experience today on the open top jet boat ride. We saw this boat ride while hiking beside the rapids and decided to book. The pre ride arrangements were excellent and smooth. The ride itself was exhilarating. Our friends who went with us immediately booked again for next week when they will bring their 4 young adult children. We will do the same. You will get absolutely soaked. The smart and well prepared patrons wore flip flops and had a full change of clothes ready. I took some good videos with my iphone 11 (just make sure you hang on to it)

I just booked Jetboat ride for 13 people online to go after couple of weeks. Quickly realized that forgot to book using student discount as 8 of our group are students. Called them right away and they refused to cancel the booking or make any changes in the booking or give any refund as their policy is NO REFUND, NO CHANGE. Its ridiculous that we are not given any opportunity to make changes before we go for the trip. I requested the person and even spoke with Manager but no help at all. I understand you may have issues with lots of other people in terms of cancellation and refunds and discounts but you have to evaluate every case differently. I am a small business owner and understand business and customers very well. This is very very poor policy and behavior on their behalf. Really disappointed. I hope management looks into this message and takes appropriate action. Thank you

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while booking your tour with us. We aim to provide a great customer experience from booking through to check out. While we understand your frustration at not being provided with a refund, unfortunately, (as you said) we do not allow refunds and our bookings are final. Throughout our checkout process online, we do prompt/remind you several times to apply all discounts before processing as they cannot be adjusted after the booking is confirmed. We try to communicate our policies as best we can prior to our guests processing their booking to avoid issues such as this. Also, you did book using our group discount so you would have been unable to also add the student discount, as only one discount can be applied per order. Tyler- our host, was great and very enthusiastic and John, the captain gave us the "best jet boat ride experience!!"
They took us so many times through the rapids soaking us in water completely. It was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend people to go for a jet boat ride with them if you're up for a lot of fun.

I’ve been booking jetboats for the past couple years now and it’s always been incredibly fun. Now i understand you have to be cautious and whatnot with COVID but this ride is just not the same wearing a helmet and face mask. It feels so refreshing to be splashed in the face when you hit the rapids but now you don’t get that feeling...Withhout the helmet i would give this jetboat ride 5 stars but now wearing the helmet i would give it 2.5 stars.

So much fun! Great 45 minute trip up the Niagra River at a great speed where they stop for some donuts and then proceed to drive hard through the rapids absolutely covering you in water (which wasn't as cold as I was expecting). Getting to see the hydro dams and the whirlpools. It is a pricey excursion, but absolutely worth it!!! Plus you board away from the major tourist area. Staff were all really friendly and everything was well organized and efficient.

If you are bored of going to the Falls this is the best adventure.
Me and my bf had a fun day. Though he is aquaphobic, however in the end he told me we are definitely coming back here.
So to begin with, I read almost all the reviews before going there. Its a bit expensive so you want to make sure you get your value for money.
So we drove to the parking area, where we were requested to fill out the waivers. We were given a briefing my our fabulous leader Marian. She is the best trust me if you guys get her during your trip, you surely will enjoy your trip.
We were given helmets and life-jackets. Tho helmets were a bit annoying, however they deemed necessary due to COVID.
Now my biggest concern was to record some pictures and take some videos. I wanted to take my phone with me but was a bit reluctant. So I want to advise everybody if you are willing to take risk you can absolutely take your phone. As for the first 5-6 mins you will be shown around. Before going into the actual whirlpool our leader will let us know to keep our cameras in the front pouch. So this pouch is semi resistant to water so you can take a ziploc bag with you.
I didn’t do this however trust me I regretted this the whole way back to home. I should have taken my phone. But keep in mind please its at your own risk. If the phone bounces its definitely going into water . The whirlpool jet staff is not responsible for that.
So the trip was roughly around 45-50 mins. We got an extra round as we had 2 people with birthdays so it was a bonus.
And yes you get soaked in water so please make sure to get some extra clothes with you.
Overall it was an awesome experience, will be going back again for sure.

The experience itself was GREAT!! A lot of fun. However, everything leading up to it was not. Firstly, the place is difficult to find. More signs are needed for guidance. Second, the organization is not great once you get there, fill out the waiver, pay and get your bracelets. It's chaos and nobody seems to know what they are doing and where to go next. Lastly, the bathrooms/changerooms are absolutely disgusting. They need upgrading and regular cleaning/upkeeping.
I am not one to write negative reviews but for the price people are required to pay for a fun filled boat adventure, one would think that some organization and cleanliness is a requirement.

I drove 3 hours to get to Niagara Falls to stay the weekend! Let’s just say that between Friday and Sunday (the day we left) we went on the jet boat TWICE!!! On Friday we had Captain Hudson and Elayna as our trip leader and they were incredible. We had such an amazing time that we knew that before going home, we had to go on it 1 more time.
On Sunday we had Captain Adam and Hannah as our trip leader and we again had an incredible experience!
It’s only been five days and I already booked a trip to Niagara Falls for this coming Tuesday where this time we’re taking our kids on the jet boat with us and bringing along my sister. Can’t wait!!

I never saw a tour leaving from Toronto, we had to drive to the floral clock and be picked up there and taken to the docks. They did show a Niagara on the Lake tour however they had to stop that tour due to water levels, so they were only doing the Niagara Falls tour while we were there. I did not see any other jet boat company, they may be the only ones with the rights to do that there.

Hello, we got a Groupon Hotel deal that came with a package. In the pkg there are 2x $5 coupons in it for the jet boat. I was going to book this now, but I don't get my pkg till I check into the hotel (July 21) Should I wait till then, grab my coupons and book that day for that day or will it be booked up? We are either going to go the 21st or 22nd? Depending on weather. (If we book and the weather is bad, raining, does the boat still run or is it canceled? Refunded?) I did not book early but had looked at what was available on line before we left home. I would call them to ask about cancellation policy. I would think they go in rain because you get wet anyway, but if there was thunderstorms they would cancel. Not sure call them. It was so much fun try ur best to do it.
