We visited Niagara Falls in mid-November, and the weather was perfect. We initially booked the boat tour, but upon arrival, our guide Haroon offered us tickets for the Journey Behind the Falls for an additional $30. In hindsight, it wasn’t really worth it, but I understand it’s a personal preference.
The bus was very comfortable and punctual, and the small group of around 20 people made the experience more enjoyable. Haroon was incredibly kind, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we were having a great time throughout the trip.
Even though it was an all-day tour, I felt like we could have used more time at some of the attractions. For instance, we only had about 20 minutes at the Journey Behind the Falls and the Skylon Tower, which felt a bit rushed but I’d definitely book again.

The tour timing were very short, we had elderly in our group with cane's and mobility issues and the accesibility from the tour guide was very unhelpful. He left us at the bottom of the interesting areas with steep streets to walk (very difficult for some people)
I would not recommend this tour to anyone with mobility issues because the timing for each of the attractions is very short, even without stopping too much the time was too limited.
We had only 40 minutes at the Behind the Falls and no time to walk besides the falls to take pictures but we did have 1.5 hours at a souvenir store in the middle of the road? They just want you to shop, not actually see the attractions.

We sorry we missed 5 star rating from you.
We have to follow itinerary, you were given 45 minutes at maple place and it was your family who sat down for large lunch causing the whole bus to wait for you hence the time 1.5 hr your mentioned. and 1 hour at each location such as journey behind the falls, skylon tower & Clifton hills. It's also important to mention your family came 30 minutes late at each stop causing delays to rest of the group on the bus. Regards to steep hills there are no steep hills in Niagara falls it's all plain level, easier to walk with plenty of benches to sit and relax. Regards to seniors they could just sit in the bus if it's too much trouble for them to walk. It would be kind of you if accepted that you made the whole bus wait for you at each stop and not even apologizing to the guide or other guests on the tour with you.

We decided to pick this tour over all of the rest of the tours purely from the positive reviews and I must say, I’m now a part of the group to say this was well worth it. We were picked up by our guide Shahz. Shahz was amazing, informed us with regular updates on what we will be doing as well as educating us with bite sized facts about the falls. We went with him for the full experience which included the boat ride, skylon tower, journey behind the falls and maple syrup tasting. Well worth it. We said we will come back to Canada purely for this guided tour.

I recently had the pleasure of joining an Airlink tour to Niagara Falls, and I must say, the experience was made even more memorable thanks to our amazing tour guide, Haron. From the very start, Haron’s warm and friendly demeanor put everyone at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure that each of us felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the trip.

The guide was great! The day at the falls was exceptional! Do not hesitate to book this excursion. It starts with a bus ride, then the guide accompanies us to the boat cruise and we have 5 hours of free time in the city (which is really atypical and worth seeing). This allows you to take as many photos as possible :)
Then we leave by bus to a maple syrup tasting center. A stop for a last photo in an exceptional spot and it's direction Toronto for the return. Thank you for this day

The visit to Niagara Falls with Harun will be unforgettable. We did the tour with boat ride, the “behind the falls” activity as well as the Skylon Tower and the truth is that we were very satisfied.
The scene of falling water from the tunnels is very impressive and worthwhile. The view from the tower perfectly complements the experience from the boat. Also going with Airlink we were able to lighten the queues as if we had an express pass.

We did the boat cruise (a must) and the behind the falls tour to capture various views of the 3 falls. Haroon was out tour driver and he did a good job explaining the day’s itinerary based on the tour package that you purchased. Definitely worth the price to purchase the tickets with the tour to avoid waiting in line.
