        I enjoyed my time!
I had an amazing time during this tour with Shef and the driver Brain. They both made the long drive enjoyable and I also learn so much about falls and the history of Canada itself. I had really enjoy my time and I do recommend this excursions to anyone who wish to visit Canada.

Excellent Falls Tour Option from Toronto!
This was one of the many Expedia options for activities that departed Toronto to visit Niagara Falls and I'm so glad I chose it. Shaf was our guide and he narrated most of the trip down from the city with interesting tidbits and facts that I wouldn't have known if I was driving myself. We had about 2 hours at the Falls area (lunch was not an option on the Expedia booking), in which there was plenty of time to take photos, get something to eat, and walk around. While some of the group for the boat tour (again, not available to book from within Expedia), we got to walk in the Clifton Falls entertainment area for about an hour. Once we departed the Falls, we drove up along the Niagara River through some gorgeous scenery (and even made a few short stops), until we arrived at the winery. While at Bella Terra, we were treated to three ice wines in our tasting and had a short time to peruse inside the tasting room store. There was no pressure to buy. Finally, we ended the day in Niagara on the Lake, which was remiscent of Estes Park in Colorado. All done up for the holidays, it was a great little window or real shopping spot with some quick food places and washrooms. The return trip took a bit longer with the traffic going into Toronto (close to 3 hours), so it ended up being an almost 11 hour day for us. It was an excellent way to take an adventure without needing to plan it all on your own and I couldn't recommend it enough.

You HAVE to do this trip!
You HAVE to do this if you come to Toronto, you would kick yourself if you didn't! I really couldn't recommend it more! My teenagers absolutely loved it too! Stopped off at Niagara on the lake and would have liked more time here, it's a beautiful little town, but it was a long day as it was! The driver and tour host was great. You must do this tour!

        Superb Experience!
It was a great tour!! Nikki was a superb guide providing us with lots of valuable information and guiding us in a way that there was also sufficient space for individual activities. Don was a great driver, navigating us through crazy Toronto traffic - so we made it on time!

        Great trip, fantastic guide
Fantastic trip, very well organised and timed. Tour guide shaf was very knowledgeable and provided a nice relaxed flow of information throughout the day. There was a good split between group activity and time to split off and explore the sites individually. Niagra on the lake was fanststic and would have liked to spent more time there however completely understandable that everything needs to be time limited to fit everything in. 100% would recommend

        Beautiful Day Out @ Niagara
Wonderful day out after Caribana. We were picked up from Airport Marriott. The day was really nice with lots of opportunity to see the falls from the boat and above the falls. We also had maple syrup and chocolate tastings at Maple Leaf place. It’s always nice when the other passengers respect the time. We had a great driver and crew. The driver didn’t talk much unless we were stopping but I could appreciate that because we were extremely tired after a full day of masquerading. If you want to hear full history the entire ride this may not be for you.

This was a 'relatively' expensive excursion.... There were 3 adults which came to about £320.00, however it was worth it. Bus to and from with a stop at a winery, Niagara falls including boat to the falls with restaurant and dinner stop, and finally at Niagara on the lake. It was a long day but excellent. Adding up the individual components it was value for money!

This was an amazing and informative trip with Shaf. He made the entire journey interesting despite a detour due to road closures. This is so worth the money as you learn so much and get dropped off exactly where you need to be so no time is wasted. The boat trip is well worth it, and Niagara on the Lake is absolutely beautiful. Only downside is we couldn’t have stayed there longer! We were in a smaller bus as opposed to the large coach which we were initially worried about but we needn’t have been as it was lovely just to have a few of us and felt a lot more personal ( just be warned there is no toilet or internet as advertised on the small coach). This is a trip well worth the money and Shaf is a credit to the company.

This tour was fantastic from the winery tour, the lovely 3 course lunch at the falls, the boat ride on the falls, the visit to Niagara by the lake. What made this tour exceptional was Shafin our tour guide, he was so informative with very interesting facts on our way to the falls, plus he also encouraged a bit of interaction from the guests which was very welcome, he is a total professional. I cannot forget about our driver Issac, I have never met such a courteous and considerate driver, taking every opportunity for the guests to get plenty photos from all the viewpoints along the route. If you are thinking about visiting the falls from toronto I would highly recommend booking this tour it was a 5 star experience from start to finish, thanks for the memories guys

We were really optimistic about the tour, but it was less than ideal. Some recommendations: 1- do not add the lunch on. It was definitely not worth the extra cost for a bowl of soup, dry chicken or bland pasta, and a dessert. The view from the restaurant was gorgeous, but it would have been more satisfying just ordering off the menu or going to one of the many other options up the street. 2-definitely add the boat ticket as that was the highlight of the tour.

The stop at the winery college was fine, three small samples and the opportunity to purchase wine, beer, and other items. Some interesting info was provided, but no real value to the day other than setting up the timing for lunch and the boat ride. The trip to Niagara on the Lake on the way back to Toronto was an absolute waste of time. The bus is too large to drop off in town, so you are dropped off at the welcome center which is a 10 minute walk to town. We were there for one hour, so 20 minutes was taken up by the walk leaving very little time to do much of anything. There is small shuttle into town, but the last trip back to the bus was 15 minutes after drop off so no value there. It would have been more beneficial to just spend that time at the Falls meandering through the garden, or going up to the many attractions/shops/restaurants on the street up from the falls.

Probably the #1 reason this tour was a disappointment was the guide-Joe P. I understand part of his job is to make sure we get where we need to be, but he spoke to us in such a condescending voice that he alienated most of the tour. His attempts at humor fell far short of the mark and he had no idea how to 'read' his audience. We probably learned more about Tim Horton than we ever imagined we were missing in our lives. The only real interesting historical information about the area was provided on the drive from the Falls to Niagara on the Lake. We saw some beautiful scenery and homes on that portion of the drive and it would have been perfect if we just continued back to Toronto instead of going to Niagara on the Lake. The day may have been more enjoyable with one of the other guides, but he really ruined it for us and many of the bus mates sitting around us. We were picked up late from the start and didn't get back to Toronto until almost 8:30 pm. 11 hours in total was way too long. There are better options to chose from, but the Falls are a must during any trip.

Exactly what we hoped for! Comfortable bus, great lunch overlooking the falls, boat ride into the mist of the falls (poncho was provided), great stop at niagra on the lake (highly recommend The Shaw Cafe and Wine Bar), then a 2 hour drive back to Toronto. We slept on the way home. Wayne offered some great commentary and our driver Haney was safe and did a great job. This was a girls trip and we had been to Taylor Swift the night before. Perfect way to end our visit to Canada.

A first class day out to see one of the wonders of the world. Our guide, Chaf and driver Barry worked well together keeping to good time in what was a long but worthwhile day. Chaf was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The falls visit itself was superbly efficient, moving thousands of people up and down for the boat ride to the heart of the action where the chaotic spray was welcomed by all.
Surprisingly, there was plenty of room along the pavement to be able to see the top of the falls in all their glory The Queen Victoria, the scene of our lunch, stood just across the road, which made the whole experience very immediate with plenty of time to take in the magic of it all.
The ride away from the falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake was very interesting ending up with a peaceful stroll around the town, which was the inevitable picture postcard.
Our trip was organised and paid for by our travel agent and so its hard to value the experience in terms of hard cash but it was certainly a trip you could not afford to miss.

If you don't necessarily want to go there by car, then there is also the possibility to go there by train. A day ticket costs $42, and I can say it's worth it. You drive from the Union, around 09:03 and you are at Niagar station around 11. From there a bus goes to the promenade, and you can start, with the many photos. We had warm sunshine and therefore they were great motifs that we could take with us from there. It's very crowded there, so adjust the day like that, because you're never really alone there. Boat trips are offered there, not necessary for us, as the view from above, is much more beautiful. We then walked back to the station in peace, and took the train back at 4pm. Please make the journey if on Saturday, because there is usually only one train back, but it is really late, especially if you are traveling with children, 9 pm is very late for a return journey.

This trip was booked for us by our UK travel agent and we were looking forward to it, great itinerary and a full day excursion. However we were met by the most incompetent tour guide I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We were late to every part of the trip and as such given very little time to explore. We spent so much time sat on the coach waiting for other guests to arrive back as the timelines set by the guide were so tight and he had no control over anything and just blamed everyone else for his stupidity. The wine tasting is a waste of time, 3 wines to taste I would have sooner gone straight to Niagara Falls. The buffet lunch was not a buffet it was a sit down set menu, the food was ok but again rushed. We had tickets for the boat ride on Niagara for between 2:30 and 3:30pm we didn’t get to the boat until 3:15pm and he wanted us back on the coach by 4pm. We rushed and got back on the coach around 4:30pm and sat looking at the scenery until around 5:30pm when the coach driver had to take us to the Maple Syrup tasting and gift shop…….
When the guide eventually arrived I explained my frustration he apologised and just rolled his eyes…….we were not the only ones complaining he shouldn’t be doing this job.

This could be a great trip if the stops were better, I want to see Niagara Falls not be sat on a coach for hours and hours not going anywhere. The driver Len was ok although he couldn’t operate the air conditioning so it was just very hot or very cold.
In the UK these two would be known as the Chuckle Brothers……avoid this trip and this guide.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We deeply apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your trip. We understand that the timing and coordination fell short of your expectations, resulting in limited time to explore the attractions. We are actively addressing this issue with your travel agent to ensure better scheduling in the future. Additionally, we appreciate your comments about the wine tasting and the buffet lunch. We would like to clarify that we have always offered a delightful three-course meal overlooking the breathtaking Niagara Falls, and we do not offer a buffet lunch as part of our tour package. We will address this discrepancy with your travel agent to ensure accurate information is provided to future guests. Regarding the air conditioning, we strive to accommodate everyone's preferences, and we will investigate the matter to ensure a comfortable environment for our guests. We genuinely regret that your encounter with our tour guide did not meet your expectations, and we will address this incident with our highly trained team. We are committed to making this right for you, as our aim is to always provide exceptional service. Please feel free to contact our office directly for further information. We genuinely value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust in our services.

Didn't necessarily hate it, but definitely didn't love it. The tour is listed as a 9-hour trip, and it's more like 11-12 hours. So, if you want to spend a few more hours doing this, then great. The tour guide is nice and extremely informative, but very jokey and talks the entire 11-12 hours, so be prepared. The wine tasting was very brief (around 30 mins) and not really worth a stop; there was nothing special about it. We saw a preview of the Falls before we stopped for lunch. Lunch was TERRIBLE by the way! Don't get the lunch!!! Bring your own or just grab something else in the area. The lunch is not worth it! The Falls were amazing, and it was simple getting on and off the boat. Our group thought seeing the Falls was the end of the trip since it was the highlight, but there was another stop to a souvenir shop a few miles away, which was unnecessary in my opinion because there is a souvenir shop directly at the Falls, which the tour guide discouraged us from purchasing items there. They must get a kick back or something for taking us away to the other souvenir shop. The souvenir shop they took us to has a maple syrup tasting, which was a nice touch, but the shop itself was underwhelming and way overpriced. I wished I bought something at the souvenir shop at the Falls. After that, there was yet another stop at a quaint town called Niagara on The Lake. This was nice, but completely unnecessary. Maybe they can combine this stop with the wine tasting to make one stop, which would be more efficient. Also, they should probably add the maple syrup tasting at this stop too and get rid of going to the souvenir shop miles away. Nonetheless, seeing Niagara Falls was an amazing experience and was the only standout moment of the tour. Everything else kinda fell short.

Our guide David was so friendly and knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area, allowing us to learn interesting little tidbits along the way that made the experience that much better. Wine tasting, lunch (with a view of the falls!), the boat, and a visit to Niagara on the Lake were all fantastic. You definitely get quite wet on the boat so prepare for that! It's a blast, though, and so beautiful. Niagara on the Lake was the cutest quaint little town, lined with great shops, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We loved it! Recommend tasting some of the delicious maple syrup and getting some to bring home and getting a nice ice cream cone to round out the day. Everything went smoothly with our bus driver and tour guide navigating the trip and keeping us organized. Definitely recommend this tour!!!
