- loveIxtapa5500Nice ride but not as interesting as we had been told by othersThe office was easy to find (if you followed their instructions) and the bicycles were well maintained and comfortable. As the beginning of the trip was early on a Sat morning, we did not have any trouble navigating through the streets of Toronto at the start. Ferry rides to and fro from the island were seamless. Tour of the island was so-so. There were a few antidotes that were interesting, but the majority of the tour was the same information we had read about online prior to the trip. The return bike trip from the ferry to the office was a little nerve racking as the traffic was heavy. We felt that our guide (Katelyn?) should have been more cautious and stopped at some of the intersections to wait for everyone to catch up. We would have liked a more experienced and professional guide. If we were to bicyle on the island again, I would just take the ferry there and rent the bikes there too. For the price, it wasn't worth having a guide. Just read up on the island first.
- Toptourist197300A highly recommended tour! Even for inexperienced cyclists. We had a morning tour with Marianna. It was just a perfect way to see the main sights of Toronto before deciding where to spend more time during our short stay. Marianna was knowledgeable and looked after us all excellently.
- vicandluke00Great tourWe really enjoyed our bike tour to the Islands. Caitlin was a great guide, handing out extra water when needed and sharing lots of interesting facts along the way. The bikes were very easy to use and the trip was easy to follow - the steepest hill was getting out of the parking garage! Plenty of opportunities to get a nice photograph, and a really interesting place to visit, we definitely recommend for anyone who has a free morning in Toronto. Thanks so much to Caitlin for the great tour!
- lisaeZ8138CG00Wonderful tour of Toronto IslandsThe bike tour was wonderful. Our guide was very prepared, knowledgeable and pleasant. The island trail is easy and has great views of downtown.
- M1613PYmelissah00Just do it!This was a wonderful tour. Ryan was informative and entertaining. The bike ride was relaxing with several stops. Well worth the money as we’d never have learned so much on our own.
- Sandor K00A wonderful experience! Ryan was exceptional. He shared history and great stories. Not rushed. We left feeling happyRyan was exceptional. He shared a lot of history and many interesting stories. A beautiful and relaxing day. Highly recommend!
- Cheri S00You won’t be disappointed.Katelyn was an excellent tour guide, kind helpful and patient. She made it so easy to get aquatinted with our bikes, navigating the route to the ferry and getting on the ferry. Biking on the island was fun and beautiful. It was a great way to see the island. The only negative was finding the actual spot to get the bikes.
- denisemagc00Terrific way to explore a quiet, relaxing part of Toronto!Ryan was a great tour guide. We had an 11 year old with us and he ensured she was safe and right behind him during city biking. We loved biking all over Toronto islands with limited vehicles. We had frequent stops and no one was tired. He knew the history of the island and took pics of us as requested on our phones.
- Edward N00Beautiful views!Had an absolutely fantastic time! Kaitlyn, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Exploring the city streets and the island was a unique and memorable experience. Even my 3-year-old niece had a blast in the child seat. The morning weather was ideal, and the reduced traffic made the ride even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour! We only had one problem, Kaitlyn took our family photos on her phone and we forgot to exchange contact information! Not sure how we can retrieve them now but please contact us if you see this!
- claudiagJ6029LI00Half a day well spentThe tour was amazing!, Kaitlyn was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in Toronto. The tour in the morning was a great choice as you can skip the crowds and enjoy all the sights in both the Island and Toronto. If you have little time it is a great option to have a good view of the islands in half a day!
- M D00Nice afternoonIt was a nice afternoon, the girls went very friendly and each place explained history and took a photo. The view in the afternoon is beautiful. I recommend it.
- lrod3800Spectacular Toronto SunsetAn excellent way to spend an evening. Tour lasts 3 hours. The bikes are in great condition and easy to ride and each bike has many gears so easy to climb up slopes. Our guide was a lovely Mexican lady and even though English was not her first language, everything she said was easy to understand from the safety briefing and commentary as we rode around the Islands. The views from the islands especially the sunset were awesome.
- denisemW9687CS00A lovely day touring the islands of Toronto.Terence was a great tour guide, there's a lot history related to the islands. Terence had great knowledge and we really enjoyed the tour, as there was only myself and my husband on the tour we had an advantage to ask as many questions as we liked. We saw everything during the tour and it was spectacular.
- jessicalF9123BR00No flexibility or understandingIf you want to make any changes to your tour time with 72 hours of the event, they charge a $35 per person change fee, even if the reason is out if your control. Not very flexible or understanding.
- eoin9500Nice cycle around the islandsReally nice cycle around the islands. Bikes were in good condition and easy to cycle. Tour guide was friendly and informative.

Had a great tour with Jeffrey yesterday and got lucky to have a private tour (during busier times groups are up to 14 - with 2 guides).
It was my first time in Toronto and my first time on a city bike tour. Highly recommend! So much to see in a compact area, v cool architecture and varied neighborhoods/sights on this tour. Pace was easy and Jeffrey was great.
Small recommendation for management - there was plenty of boring/irrelevant information shared (mundane things that might be different had I visited during a different time of day, day of week, season, etc) , or minutiae that went on too long (eg guessing games about prices). I don’t think this was Jeffrey’s fault. I would have been happy hearing less on a shorter tour, or hearing more human interest stories like the one about the architect who designed city hall. This was still a 5-star tour!

Great tour! The guide provided comprehensive information. We road all over the city with some of the ride in designated bike paths. Some highlights: riding through neighborhoods like Kensington Park, taking pics at the Toronto sign, quick ride thru Eaton Centre, Sugar Beach and the view of Toronto Island, and the last stop at CN tower. We did have portions of ride off the bike paths and close to traffic. We went with a 13 year old which he was able to manage fine. I'd have been concerned if he had been a couple of years younger. During the summer, I recommend a morning tour due to the heat, by the time we finished (12:30 pm) it was hot! My son's bike had a brake loose, but guides were able to adjust on the spot!

Highly recommend! We spent 3 hours+ riding bikes and getting an in depth showing by a local. My favorite part was that after the bike tour, we knew exactly what to see next on our trip and where to eat next. Riding the bikes is easy and the city doesn't have the traffic like NYC, so it's not scary or dangerous. We had a blast and absolutely loved it. We also lucked out because it was just 2 of us on the tour, so we got a private special experience.

I have done lots of city bike tours and found these guys super professional and friendly. Bikes were in good condition, warm layers / water / snacks available if needed and Jeffrey gave a fantastic tour. A great way to get to know downtown in just 3 hours. Highly recommended.

A great way to orientate yourself to the highlights of downtown Toronto. Despite a very rainy, cold day, our guide Ryan brought the enthusiasm. Ryan took great pictures of us braving the weather. We enjoyed seeing the sights. And as we explored the city on our own the next two days, we enjoyed being able to say, "oh, we saw that yesterday."

This is a busy city. We had two guides one in the front and one in the back of the group. Jim was the lead and was very informative about the city and stephanie took the back ensuring the group stayed together and got through busy intersections. Stephanie took pictures which she then sent to the group…this was a nice bonus. Really got a nice feel for the city. Highly recommend this tour.

Highlight of our Toronto stay. Terrence was a fantastic guide and his familiarity with the area shined throughout the tour. Bikes were comfortable and in superb shape. Water (and a granola bar snack) provided for our journey. The 2.5 hour tour was not strenuous and breaks were taken throughout. Would highly recommend for ages 10 thru 80. Views and other sights: breath taking! If you want to really discover Toronto, don’t hesitate to take this tour…and ask for Terrence as a guide!

We had heard great things about this tour before coming and it really lived up to expectations. Very informative, really friendly and approachable guides, a well planned route and we always felt safe on the road despite Toronto traffic! Would highly recommend especially for your first day in Toronto to get a feel of the place and discover its highlights. Thank you to Si and Terence for a great afternoon, and for expertly dodging the rain!

Booked the downtown bike tour. Our tour guide Jenny was excellent and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of history about the city we never knew . Only thing I’d recommend is to put another sign on the opposite side of the garage. We missed it and the other person who was with us.

A great way to see the city and learn about the history that has shaped the city of Toronto. Jonathon was a very informative guide and Stephanie took care of the safety of the group from the back. Highly recommended.

if I take the hop on hop off tour in the morning at 9 am (2 hour tour), can I still join your bike tour in the afternoon?

Yes. I did a walk about in the morning and then did the bike trip in the afternoon.

Does the tour enter the CN Tower - to view the city from above?
Jeff_Frazier
Louisville, KY65 contributions
No but I arrived at the CN Tower at 8;00 am and only waited twenty minutes before they let us in early. You can easily tour around the CN Tower first thing in the morning and then meet the tour later
are the bikes joined together or are the bikes separate? like do we each get our own individual?

You get individual bikes. They also make sure they are the correct size and adjusted for you before you begin.
