What a fantastic day out! My partner and I decided to sacrifice a day we had whilst in Toronto, and absolutely so wrapped we did! Our tour guide Sasha and our driver Michael were FANTASTIC! The perfect balance of information, relaxation and self exploring… honestly could not have asked for a better tour! Our only negative was due to us arriving into Canada the day prior, we hadn’t gotten to an ATM to tip them both! Please forgive us Sasha and Michael! Thank you once again for looking after us so well! :-)

This was my first and only trip to Niagara Falls. It is truly a magical destination. I am not a fan of anyone who reads from a script. My tour director read nearly everything from her script. SO BORING! Tour directors can make or break a trip and unfortunately, I did not experience a professional tour guide. Very little personal interaction. Definitely, not worth the investment.

Great excursion to see Niagara Falls and the town of Niagara on the Lake. Sasha, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly and was very organised at all times. The minibus was okay with comfortable seats and we made good time despite being warned to expect heavy traffic. Stops were planned to enable comfort breaks and time to take in the surroundings. Our trip included the boat trip into the falls which was spectacular, exciting and unsurprisingly, wet, due to the mist created by the power of the falls. It’s a shame that autumn is arriving late this year as the trees weren’t quite the amazing colour-fest we had hoped for (obviously not the fault of the trip organisers!). Niagara on the Lake was a beautiful and worthwhile visit to a town which has remained locked in time after being rebuilt in the 1840s following the American/Canadian war. Superb trip - highly recommended.

Great day, hosted and run by the incredible Patrick. We learned a huge amount and saw Toronto in a totally different light. Special thanks to Obey who very patiently dealt with, and worked around the Falun Gong demos and Indy race road closures.

We did a luxury small van Niagara Falls tour Sunday July 2, 2023. I cannot remember our guides name and feel bad about that as she was fabulous. The day was well-executed with stops for lunch and a cute little town. We loved it ---the ride was comfortable and guide informative with many stories. She took great care of everyone and made sure we were all comfortable, I cannot recommend this tour enough it was memorable.

The pick up went flawlessly, and on time. The tour team was knowledgeable, and made the trip enjoyable. I had unfortunately left my cell phone on the bus upon returning to my hotel. They we gracious enough to return it to my location. Great team, great tour!

What a fantastic day and experience, We got picked up in a luxury van there was only nine of us on the tour. Karen our guide was amazing and informative she told us about Canada & Toronto also pointing things out as we headed for the falls lots of interesting stories about people trying to cross them. The sight of the falls was a wow even getting a bit wet on the hornblower cruise was fun. We had lunch at Table Rock our table was overlooking the American falls just amazing .We also went to see the Floral clock and Niagara on the lake .Lawrence our driver opened the door and helped us all out & in a true gentleman. I would highly recommend this tour great sights, information and plenty of time for photo opportunities a fantastic and amazing day.

What a lovely day we had , with our driver Dom and guide Danielle. The trip was well managed and planned by truexperiances tours, We had fun on the bus ,with a Canadian general knowledge quiz. It was a shame that one guest from London, on the trip , left a sour taste in the mouth, He was rude to an Irish gentleman because he coughed , and accused him of having covid, he made sarcastic remarks because 2 people came back just 10 minutes late From one of our stops. He then went into a rage , when he misunderstood what Danielle had said, about the drop offs. He was insistent on being dropped off first, which if he listened properly, he would have realised Danielle meant he would be dropped off first. The worst of this man was , when we got back to his drop off . He laid into Danielle, with such vile abuse , accusing her of discrimination, regarding him not being able to sit next to his husband, that was not true , he chose to sit next to my wife and I. He then complained about having to share the bus with absolute strangers, god knows what was wrong with this man, but he certainly has a chip on his shoulder, But the last thing that he done was to throw a water bottle at the mini bus , He really upset Danielle, and shocked the other people on the tour, I would highly recommend truexperiances tours , Had a lovely day, well driven by Dom and guided by Danielle,

Danielle was a lovely guide and went out of her way to give us information and tips on how to get the most out of the experience. The boat trip was great fun and we all got wet. Mario was also an excellent driver. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

What a fantastic experience you just have to do this to get the roar of the falls the spray the wind generated we had a brilliant time. Was $35 each and well worth it.

Our tour leader,Danielle, was absolutely spectacular!!! As was our driver, Dom. No one could have been more helpful, going WAY BEYOND what was required. You are so lucky to have such an exceptional guide as your representative, and WE were so lucky to have her as our guide. What a wonderful day!!

Fantastic day out to Niagra Falls from Toronto with Tru Experiences tours. Danielle and Don were outstanding and thought of everything to make the day so enjoyable and rememberable. The tour started with ontime pick up from the hotel in a luxurious mini coach which was very comfortable. Danielle provided interesting commentary jokes along the way. The experience at the Falls was brilliant. The boat trip was very well organised. Lunch afterwards was good in a restaurant with fantastic views of the Falls. After leaving the Falls we followed the river to Niagra on the lake village with some interesting stops on the way. All in all it was a great day. Thanks again Danielle and Don.

The beauty of the falls was my favorite thing. Our tour guide gave us lots of info about it and then took us to lunch at the restaurant overlooking the falls. The food was delicious and our waitress, Tiffany was an absolute joy.

Our tour guides Karen and Steven were very informative and entertaining whilst still being professional. It was lovely being a small group as we could tailor the stops and stop times if we needed to. Lunch was just ok but the setting was spectacular. The minibus was very comfortable too. Would recommend this trip.
