Wow, what a powerful force of Nature!
Niagara falls has always been on my list of must see attractions and I'm so thrilled to say it lives up to the hype. It's breathtaking.
I booked with King Tours, I got picked up right on time right outside my hotel by the very friendly & informative tour guide Navid who made the tour that extra bit special. He knew what he was talking about, he offered fun bite size information as we passed certain landmarks and was very accommodating to everyones needs. Thank you Navid for making it such a wonderful day!

Pro - Tip, book 'Beyond the Falls' to really get up close and personal, you get to stand both behind & beside the cascading water and get a real sense of the power & scale. The best views are down there.

I did a last minute booking to go for the Niagara Falls on my last trip to Toronto in Sept 2019. And it was a fast, easy and user-friendly process to book online with Kings. They also arranged to fetch me from my Airbnb to their bus located at their office which is a great service to add.

And I appreciate the driver who gave me an advice to try the boat tour instead. It was an amazing experience and I love it so much. No regrets. I enjoyed sitting in the bus too. It was big, classy, unique kind of black stylish sleek bus, spacious and comfortable.

First time to see Niagara Falls with family made so special by our tour guide and private driver Rod Diaz. He not only made sure we had a great time, but he also made us feel like his family. That, you cannot buy with money! Although it rained part of the day, it didn't deter us from doing what we planned to do and more!!! Behind the falls and the falls view restaurant are a must to include if you decide to do a day tour. Spectacular! We are definitely going back and already told some friends to check out King tours!

The tour itself is good, exactly as described. However, customer service is terrible. I booked this online, and selected a hotel from their website drop down list. Turns out I should have booked the Mississauga tour, as the hotel was on the border. They didn’t tell me that at time of booking. They picked me up, drove for 2.5 hours to their office round all the other hotels. Then shouted at me in front of all the other customers that I’d booked the wrong tour, and demanded the extra $40 before they’d take me any further. Appalling attitude and ruined my day completely. Find someone else.

Hi, I think you may have reviewed the wrong company. We have not received any booking from Viator for 6 months. All our bookings the past few months have been directly from our website. We closed our office in mid March and pick up directly from the hotels, so the comment that you were taken to "our office" is not possible. Pick-up from hotels takes 30-45 minutes. We use courtesy shuttles to pick everyone up and take them to the bus. So it's a fairly quick.

First of all Niagara Falls are excellent, plenty of time to see the falls and enjoy lunch, with a stop at the Whirlpool and Niagara on the Lake town. The trip included the Hornblower boat ride (reviewed separately). However, I've not given 5 stars as there were two issues which spoiled the day. The first was the stop at a winery for some tastings of the local product. Quite average and I've been on much much better visits. Basically a tourist trap. I accept that this is the norm with coach trips but it could have been better. It also occurred on the return journey by which time everyone was flagging a little. The second issue was the return to Toronto itself. It was busy in Toronto, almost gridlocked. The tour company cannot be blamed for this but...over an hour after reaching Toronto we were still in the coach awaiting our hotel drop off. It would have been a lot better to have been offered a central drop off as an option. Our hotel was near the offices of the tour company and as such we were last to be picked up and last to be dropped off. It made for a very long day, mainly on a coach. Niagara Falls is quite a distance way from Toronto so do prepare for this.

First of all, let me say this, our tour guide Alex was very informational and friendly. I have zero complaint about Alex. He did an amazing job taking care of 60-people big tour on American memorial day holiday. Overall, I had a fun day.

BUT, the day was really long due to the poor organization by King tour. After I booked the tour, I received an email saying the pick-up time will be around 8:20-8:35am. I came out at 8:20am and the bus didn't show up until 8:55am. Then the small bus took all the passengers to their company location to wait for another bus. At the office, I tried to give some feedbacks to to the front desk of the tour company saying they could have made it clearer to passenger that they could head to their office directly to avoid so much waiting and if they know there will be traffic, then buffer enough time. My feedbacks was not well-received. The front desk said "If you have complaints, complain it with TripAdvisor and have them talk to us". "If you are unhappy, we can give you a refund". This was shocking, but I stayed with the tour since the weather was gorgeous.

Then we got on a bus around 9:30am from Kong tour office and I thought finally we are on our way. But no, it took us to yet another location to transfer to a giant 60-people bus. Looks like King tour and other tours are merged together due to holiday and nice weather. We met our tour guide Alex and the big bus left around Toronto probably past 10am. We arrived at our first stop winery at 11:50am. Wasted a solid 1.5 hours in the morning for all the waiting around and transfers.

Luckily Alex was very nice and told us a lot about Canada and Toronto to keep us entertained on the bus and gave us plenty of time at all the stopping points. We got back to the city at 8pm. On King Tour website, it advertised getting back around 6-7pm. Overall, I won't recommend this company.

I highly recommend King Tours! We went as a large group to visit the Falls with some family from out of town. Everyone had a wonderful time! They were very professional and punctual, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anymore more.

My family from overseas came with us to Niagara Falls via King Tours and they really enjoyed the experience. The driver was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and accomodating and the tour was quite fun. The experience was definetely worth it. Definetely recommend booking with King Tours, and for myself will do so in the near future!

The staff was excellent and friendly. The organization was very poor. We were supposed to depart downtown Toronto at 9:30 and didn't leave until 10:15. I understand the bus driver cannot predict traffic, but we had to make a stop to drop people off at the outlets on the way to the Falls. The bus parked at a little after 12:00 in Niagara Falls. We signed up for the Hornblower boat ride, which was awesome, but by the time we were done with the the boat ride it was 1:45, we hadn't eaten since before 8:30 when we were picked up, and the bus was leaving at 3:00. We left Niagara Falls and were given an hour to walk around Niagara on the Lake. I would have rather had an extra hour in Niagara Falls and skipped Niagara On the Lake. We/the bus driver were also at the mercy of other passengers who had no issue being late to get back on the bus. If the logistics of pickup, departing on time and not getting back to Toronto got cleaned up, along with more time at the Falls, it would have been much more enjoyable. Again the staff was awesome, just very disorganized.

This could have been an average experience but Terry and Ramon made it an exceptional unforgettable experience. I was to be picked up at my hotel but unbeknowns to me there was a fun run creating traffic chaos as lanes and streets were being closed, all on top of it being construction season in Toronto. Ramon to the rescue and an Uber turned up instead and whisked me to Kings HO and the bus. Enter Terry the bus driver. consummate professional he patiently and empathtically dealt with a couple who complained the whole way. Many would not have put up with nor should have put up with this woman's constant complaints. Terry knew all the right places to go for photos and helped all of us meet our trip objectives. The bus compartment was clean etc. NIagara Falls was supreme. beautiful sunny day great boat ride. Surprisingly queues were there but hardly noticeable. The horn lower team and particularly the bar lady on my boat were fantastic. They have really looked at their processes and nailed them. The only small learning point I would make related to the vineyard. Great tasting guide young man I think his name was Joel or the like but when we went into the shop the people behind the counter didn't carry the experience on. It felt like we were inconveniencing them to want to taste or ask questions about the other products. I tried to taste one ice wine that Joel? Hadn't shared with us. I was told I could pay $12 and taste 3 but I only wanted a sip of the ice franc. I declined and bought another wine. As I was paying for mine one of my bus colleagues asked the same question and I tried to advice she would be charged and the person a different person next to my server said no she wouldn't. My server then said oh but she is tasting to see if she wants to buy it. Look it's no big deal but I was offended and I would counsel the staff on consistency. Even when I looked at him and said that is all I wanted to do. He just shrugged and made me feel bad. Thank God for Terry. When I got back in the bus he was totally unaware of the experience and just treated me with great respect and made me laugh and the incident was soon forgotten.
I would recommend this trip to all.
