About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Abraham_Canavera0 contributionsDiscovering the Essentials of TorontoThe tour provides a quick and practical way to see some of Toronto’s most iconic landmarks, such as the CN Tower and the Distillery District. It also includes a very relaxing and interesting boat ride along the shores of Lake Ontario to admire the city skyline. Our guide was extremely punctual and friendly. He explained everything we needed to feel connected to Toronto and even offered additional suggestions to enhance our visit to the city.Written December 3, 2024
- G1823IZalexl0 contributionsSee lots of the cityGreat guided tour that allows you to see more of the city than by walking. The stops were well planned out. The guide, Daniel, was very informative.Written November 17, 2024
- 873tonyv0 contributionsFantastic informative tour of TorontoOur tour of Toronto started with a visit to the imposing CN Tower – we went up to BOTH observation decks! – then to the sprawling indoor St. Lawrence Market & Food Court – best Reuben sandwich I ever had! (And I lived in NYC!) – then to the underground PATH (cited by Guinness Records as the largest underground shopping mall in the world), and at every opportunity, we drove around several historic buildings (including the State House and Mayor’s Office). Our tour guide Ehsaan had tremendous knowledge about Toronto’s history, culture, and multi-cultural heritage – he had lots of stories about each place we visited. He was also very personable and always very responsive to our questions – an outstanding tour guide! We highly recommend this tour of Toronto –especially with tour guide like Ehsaan.Written October 28, 2024
- Tony T0 contributionsFantastic intro to these HotspotsCJ nailed this one! We had a small but mighty group of 4, and he made sure we all toured well. Got a great overview of the area, plenty of time in the tower, great lunch recommendations at St Lawrence Market, and more. Highly recommend!Written October 22, 2024
- F7900YDmarym0 contributionsLoved our tour of TorontoWe loved our tour with Daniel. He was helpful and had to improvise meeting spots due to the marathon that morning. We drove from Niagara Falls and were unfamiliar with downtown area. He told us all about the city and guided us through the CN tower and a Harbor Boat cruise. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the walking. Since we were parked closest to the Harbor area we did skip the end of the tour to avoid a longer walk to our car and wanted to get back out of a busy downtown area. I would highly recommend this tour and you’re lucky to have Daniel as a guide!Written October 22, 2024
- yourfuturebmd0 contributionsAmazing eventful day and still made my flight on time!I had a few hours left before my flight and I am so glad I booked this tour because it was worth it and I still made my flight on time lol. Tour guide Ben was so knowledgeable and very accommodating just like everyone I encountered from TripSheperd tours on TripAdvisor. You knew what to expect and they communicate effectively well. I had a lot of fun touring the city and seeing it from the daytime perspective and got to go on a Harbour cruise at the end which was so nice and relaxing. The views wete amazing and the other guests I met were all nice too. I had such a great time that I highly recommend these tours to anyone!Written October 16, 2024
- yourfuturebmd0 contributionsHighly recommend to see Toronto spots at nightThe tour guide Ansar (spelling?) was so helpful and gave so much advice and allowed us to enjoy our time! It was a perfect night to end my night when I had a full day of tour before then but I wasn’t tired at all because the entire tour was very fun! I saw a lot of the great spots Toronto has to offer from a night perspective like the beautiful views of CN Tower! They also pick you up at the downtown hotel you stay at and it was very convenient & they communicate with you so well! I highly recommend this and I would actually go on this tour again even if I already experienced it! It is nice to have the guided tour but feel like you can explore the spots on your own at the same time.Written October 16, 2024
- Joanne C0 contributionsOur tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our experience perfect! Highly recommendFun in Toronto! Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made every effort to make sure we had a fantastic experience!Written October 12, 2024
- janicesY3986ME0 contributionsBest of Toronto - For RealCJ was a great guide - very personable and knowledgeable. It is a great way to see Toronto in a short period of time! CN tower, harbor cruise, tour of the city, St. Lawrence MarketWritten October 11, 2024
- seymourl6400 contributionsUnfortunate start but excellent thereafter,Unfortunately the minibus did not arrive at the hotel as promised. After contacting Trip Advisor by phone this was sorted out and Daniel caught us up with the main group at the CN tower within about 30 minutes. The rest of the day was excellent. The CN tower, market visit and Harbour trip all went smoothly and were most enjoyable. The latter having a witty guide on board. The minibus driver was excellent and she gave a good commentary as we went through various parts of Toronto.Written October 11, 2024
- AmyL5480 contributionsA glimpse of TorontoI liked that it was a small group with a very informative and impressive guide (whose name I have forgotten). It started with a history of part of the harbour city with the first stop at the CN TOWER. The views were spectacular, to say the least. Next was the architecture of the council chambers from the outside, followed by a cruise around the harbour. Lunch was at the ST LAWRENCE MARKETS . Very enjoyable day.Written October 7, 2024
- joannepN393FI0 contributionsA great half day tourThoroughly enjoyed our half day city tour. Our guide CJ was superb & very informative; a great advocate for Toronto. CJ was happy to answer any questions we had & really made an effort to show off this beautiful city.Written September 30, 2024
- 674miltonl0 contributionsVery enjoyable tour. Highly recommend. What a great tour Ben was our driver/guide and did a great job. Answered all our questions. One question he did not have the answer at the ready and immediately googled it. It was the origin of the word Toronto. We learned so much and met some nice people. Highly recommend this tour. Good price when you consider the harbor cruise and the CN tour are included. Enjoyed being on Lake Ontario just a bit cool that day. We enjoy the small group as it is easier to ask questions and everyone can hear the questions and answers. Forgot the Lawrence market which was amazing. Ben gave us recommendations of where to get the famous Toronto Peameal Bacon sandwich. It was delicious.Written September 26, 2024
- 254lizg0 contributionsGreat Experience with Great GuideWe really enjoyed our trip with Daniel as our tour leader. We were a group of six with three pairs, and the pick up was quick and on time. We had a good amount of time up the CN Tower, in the St Lawrence Market and exploring the city in the Mercedes mpv, before going on a great harbour cruise with William as our commentator and Michael, our captain. We enjoyed the company of our fellow travellers, and learnt many interesting facts about Toronto and living in the city.Written September 21, 2024
- Jean S0 contributionsDisappointing guideBad start as pick up was 8.45 to 9 and bus did not appear till 9.30. The 2 main visits within the trip were well worthwhile & you do skip the queues. CN tower & boat trip round the islands. The guide on the latter was interesting & informative unlike our main tour guide who added nothing to the tour . Reading other reviews I think we were just unlucky with the guide on the day, factually inaccurate on some occasions and no sparkle at all. All guests in the trip were disappointed and with the guide on duty would not recommend itWritten September 18, 2024

This was a great way to see Niagara. Our guide picked us up at our hotel in Toronto, so we were able to chat with her on the 90 minute trip to Niagara. There we picked up one other family (six total passengers in the van), and we hit the three main spots to see the Falls. They had the tickets ready to go, so we avoided most (but not all) lines at each of the busy attractions. Our guides also did a small driving tour to show us other parts of Niagara -- if you're staying in town, that's probably a great way to plan other activities. The tour is about four hours, but for us it was about seven hours door to door because Toronto traffic is terrible. I'd recommend going as early in the morning as you can, and I'd recommend a weekday if that works with your schedule, just because the lines for the main attractions can get crowded. If you really just want to see the falls and you're not trying to do all the other activities (wine, kids stuff, etc), this is a perfect tour.

Had best time on this tour. Early pickup from hotel lobby meant early arrival in Niagara Falls. Fancy but smaller tourist van meant we were comfortable, could actually interact with the guide and other guests. We basically had 'skip the line' access to Behind the Falls, the Skylon Tower and Boat Ride - - amazing. It was a beautiful day, so all our pictures are gorgeous. Behind The Falls was such a special treat and angle to view the falls. The Skylon Tower had spectacular views of the entire falls area. And the Boat Ride was unexpectedly 'up close' and 'wet'. I knew we would get misted on - but it was super watery and hard to keep eyes open as we rode into the circle of the falls. It was everything. This was our first visit to Niagara Falls and this tour really hit every highlight. We also had some free time to walk around/catch lunch. Our tour guide, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and provided great tips to ensure we experienced everything we wanted to during our visit. Highly recommend this tour - and Trip Shepherd in general. We also took other smaller tours with them in Toronto - and they were terrific. Merci from Maryland, USA

Daniel our tour guide was amazing! Very knowledge, polite and funny. The whole trip was planned extremely well, skipping the queues for the attractions and very well timed. The duration of the excursion was spot on and it was an added bonus that the minivan had A/C. Definitely worth the extra bit of money!

Nice to be in a small group and we got on well. The guide was chatty and friendly. We discussed many things on our trip to and from the Falls, as well as talking about specific things to do with the Falls.
The weather was terrible but didn’t affect the trip too much, although it meant we couldn’t really go outside at the top of the Skylon Tower.
The Journey Behind the Falls was my highlight.

Niagra Falls tour was a great experience! First, we traveled in from Toronto and our guide Bjorn provided friendly conversation for our journey. When We arrived in Niagara, we were greeted by our tour guide Martina. She Guided us to the national park where we were able to see the waterfall from the top, sides and behind the waterfall in the tunnels.
We then travel to the Skylon tower, where we were treated with a city wide view including the Horseshoe Falls, American Falls and Bridal Falls.
Finally on our way to the Hornblower boats we briefly visited some beautiful stops along the rapids and whirlpools.
Horn blower boats were very fun. I recommend the front right on the bottom of the boat for best viewing/biggest splash.
I went on a trip with my sister and several times I had wished the rest of my family was along to see it as well.

We had a great day visiting Niagara Falls from Toronto! It was nice to be in a smaller group and tour van. We made a stop at Tim Hortons on the way and our guide Daniel helped us navigate all the activities very efficiently and gave us plenty of time to explore the area. It was also nice to start early and be back to Toronto around 3 pm. Highly recommend this tour for a day trip!

Our tour guide Nic was very knowledgeable. He took us all around Niagara. There was never a moment we were confused or lost. This tour is definitely worth it we got to do all the amazing things without worrying about driving or getting there on time. Nic made sure to stick to the schedule and we still had time for pictures and the gift shops. Would recommend to anyone.

I have traveled and taken numerous tours and this was one of the best! The easiest way to see Niagara Falks and surrounding area. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Because we only had four people, the tour guide was able to pace the trip according to our interests.

Everything we wanted Tour guide Abier was great, the three things we did: tour, behind the falls and boat tour gave us views of the falls from all angles . Getting chauffeured everywhere and whisked thru lines was wonderful too! Fun, lots of info, overall worth the extra money for sure!

Comprehensive tour of the incredible Falls. This allows you to enjoy the Skylon Tower views, the Journey Behind the Falls, and the iconic boat ride up to the Falls with minimum waiting time. I highly recommend this tour if, like us, Niagara Falls is a priority of your trip to Toronto. CJ was friendly, organised and knowledgeable. Communication of pickup time came quite late the evening before (which made us nervy Brits edgy...!) but everything ran smoothly on the day, so no real issue there. Thanks SeeSight Tours for a memorable day!

Hi there
I have two questions:
1. I am booking for 2 people - myself and a friend who are staying in different hotels in Downtown Toronto. One in Ocho, and the other one at the DoubleTree by Hilton. Would you pick us separately from the two hotels, please?
2. Do I understand correctly that all admission tickets are included in the total price?
Thank you,
Ninela
Written July 9, 2022
Ninela,
1) They picked us up at our airbnb and then another woman from the UK at a hostel and then another couple at a hotel in Niagara, so I think they'll get you separately if you're in the pickup zone.
2. All admission tickets were included in the price, which was the best thing about this package. Once you add the price of the tickets and gas or car rental, this was such a good deal. And, we didn't have to wait in any lines to get tickets. Our guide grabbed them and then they let us in as a tour so we didn't really wait in any lines the entire day. It was awesome.
