        Amazing trip!! Worth every dollar
This was an incredible trip with a well planned itinerary. Great communication beforehand for an on-time pickup. We had 4 stops and plenty of time at each one. Despite the cold weather we enjoyed visiting Niagara-on-the-lake and had 2+ hours there. The chocolate tour, wine tour and farm were a nice touch. Our guide John was brilliant.

        Amazing Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls was amazing! Our guide Tracy was outstanding. We have a small group so we were treated like VIPs! Tracy was thoughtful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She even went to extra mile to Translate everything she said so the other tourists wouldn’t feel left out because of the limited English they spoke. Well, definitely book a different tour when I visit next time with Tracy.

Very expensive for what it includes
The tour description is very confusing. I hired it because the description says dinner included and lighting management. My son couldn't handle the lights, which is why I booked this tour. We saw the fireworks from the bus, so we couldn't enjoy them well

A Day to See Niagara Falls
I booked through Booking.com and I was provided easy to follow instructions from Queen Tour Co regarding pickup/itinerary/drop-off. My guide John was waiting outside my designated pickup right on time and after picking up the other guests, the drive to Niagara consisted of Toronto history and information of noteworthy areas along the drive. The bus stopped at a few scenic lookouts, and for a maple syrup tasting at Maple Leaf Place, all located close to the falls. Upon arriving at Niagara Falls, John walked our entire group to the Journey Behind the Falls (the optional additional attraction part of the package) and let us explore the Falls and area for two hours. Be sure to dress appropriately as the falls create a constant drizzle/mist that will cause you to get wet. After our pickup from the falls, we were taken to the Clifton Hills area and had roughly 40 mins to explore. The tour ended with a long drive back to Toronto where drop-off went seamlessly. Overall, a great way to see Niagara Falls and the best way to learn some information that may not be available in travel guide books from a local (like how to avoid traffic and where the best washrooms are).

        Good
Very good experience, with some additional stops which were beautiful including garden show and lights. As we did not pay for the additional food and allimination, we almost didn't get to see the Niagara falls, we did have to ask to stop. The your guide was also not massively knowledgable regarding the falls bit tried hard. She did constantly talk about the summer and how great it is in the summer, which was frustrating as we are only going to be there today.

        Unforgettable experience…. Thank you!
Such a magical afternoon, we loved every minute. The falls were beautiful both day and night time, the dinner was delicious and the opportunity to light them up was very special. Tracy was fantastic, her passion and love for her job made the whole afternoon worth every penny! Thank you 👍🏼

        Niagara winter wonderland
The tour was AMAZING. I was lucky enough, because of the season, to have a solo tour. Tracy was amazing and felt like a friend the moment I walked into on the bus. Aside from seeing the falls, we tasted some maple syrup, visited the Niagara whirlpool, and I was also able to change the lights on the falls. The dinner was also delicious. Winter time is spectacular in Niagara and the winter festivities are so memorable. Tracy took her time walking me through all of our stops and allowing me the time to take photos and really soak in the moment. The tour was a 10/10

Great tour and amazing tour guide.
This tour was amazing 5⭐️. Tracy was our tour guide who has such great knowledge from the start of the trip in Toronto all the way to Niagara Falls and catered to everyone’s needs. They accommodated us as our hotel was not on their pick up list. Tracy made sure that the pick up point was easy to find when we were done exploring on our own for 3hrs. We got to go on the boat tour, which was amazing. The night lights that the city displayed are beautiful. I highly recommend this tour and Tracy.

Bus driver was very friendly and nice. We were picked up on time and dropped off at the same location. Now the bad. I asked how there Covid procedures are and they told me they follow all guidelines and have 7-8 people usually per tour. They definitely do not follow social distancing because we were picked up in a sprinter van and it was packed with 15 people including the driver. I was sitting in the very back where they have 4 seats and I was on the window seat with my knee up into my chest almost cause it had to rest on a wheel well. We got 2 hours in niagra which is just not enough time if you want to do multiple things. We did the journey behind the falls, the boat tour was not open during the time we were there. And we walked on Clifton hill where there is so much to see and do unfortunately there just isn’t enough time to do anything. And most quick restaurants are closed and only open on weekends. They stop at a few other places including a wine tour which is nice we enjoyed ourselves there but I think we would have liked to be in niagra for 4 or 5 hours and skip the wine tour and a couple other stops that we thought were unnecessary. On the way home we sat in a different seat cause I couldn’t handle that back seat again. Unfortunately the other seats in the van are almost just as bad as there is absolutely no leg room you will have more leg room on a economy air flight than you will in this van. The highway was shut down on our way home and we were stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Not the tours fault out of there control but the van was so full and people were so squished in there with no leg room sitting in a van for 3 hours to get home is very very uncomfortable, they don’t check vaccine passports but require you to wear a mask at least which is good. The van looks newer but the suspension is shot you will feel every bump down the road. If your looking for the absolutely cheapest tour this is the tour for you and I highly recommend it. you get what you pay for. Stuffed cramped vans with no leg room and no amenities in the van to charge devices or places to put things like backpacks will have to go in your lap or on the floor. Now to the person who is gonna respond to this review point by point trying to tell me that I’m wrong and convince people I’m just a guy who has a vendetta. I realize you send an itinerary with the day planned out. And I except that I’m simply letting people that read this review that if they want to do the boat tour and journey behind the falls and go into the town and explore and eat lunch you won’t be able to do it. You will have time to do one thing and take some pictures and have a quick lunch. If you want to do more try and find a tour that offers maybe 4-5 hours at niagra and cuts out the other stops. And I can’t stress this enough the van is horrible horrible horrible the most uncomfortable ride I have had in a tour bus bar none. It’s not even close.

Hi Chris, After you sent us an email, we sent you a refund. I'm sorry that you weren’t satisfied with our program. I hope the refund makes you feel better about this experience. I can’t blame you for being aggravated about the day - unfortunately, the road closures on the way back to Toronto made us finish the trip around 7 pm instead of 5 pm and that isn’t a good experience. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sit in any car or bus during extended road closures. Our buses are 2016 and newer and are regular models you can expect to find in Toronto. The Queens Quay closure was unmarked on the GPS and so we were not able to avoid it. As per your issues with how we handle COVID-19 - we are following the guidelines Ontario has set. Being on a bus tour with other people during a pandemic will pose a risk, and so to mitigate it we are following exactly what Ontario has told us: reducing the maximum number of people on the tour from 24 to 14, vaccinating our staff and disinfecting the bus each night, requiring masks, opening windows for circulation, disinfecting the bus each night, and daily temperature checks for our tour guides. In response to your comment about requiring vaccine passports, we are not under the legal authority to ask for a vaccine as our business is not a part of Ontario's vaccine mandate. You can search for more information about Ontario’s vaccine program on ontario.ca. In regards to the group size - we did not lie to you and say that the tour will only have 7-8 people. The email reply we sent you on Sep 5 says: “tour groups are limited to 14 people (but usually are 5-8 people)." You ended up joining our busiest day since the reopening two months ago. Please check your records for the email. Sorry that you weren’t satisfied and I hope that the refund can help this feel resolved for you. Thank you

I picked this trip as it was far better value than using public transport to travel from Toronto.
The organisation of the 'extras' was brilliantly organised by Salvadore who bought the tickets for the Skylon whilst we were looking around the falls.
My only reason not to give this 5 was the amount of time spent in Niagara Falls town. It is a personal preference but there was nothing to do other than visit awful, generic restaurant chains in a tacky tourist resort.
In comparison the trip to the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake was much shorter which I found bizarre when it's like nowhere else I've visited in Canada.

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to review your trip and recommend our tour! We will pass your kind note over to Salvatore. Thanks for providing feedback for the itinerary - it's hard to get it right for everyone when it's cold outside, so the more feedback on our winter schedule that we get the better. We strive to offer the best tour from Toronto. Safe travels! 😁

Good things come in small packages at times. Leaving early for a head start . So that when all is finished , we can be also the first to come home and enjoy the rest of the afternoon or early evening . Rates was relatively cheap . Of course even though our hotel is at the Radisson harbour point , our group of four are made to secure a 15-20 minute walk to the closest they can fetch us, which is at Starbucks. No consideration whatsoever. Reminding that this is just a small group tour. No meals are included , unlike the other offering buffet lunch at the Sheraton. But we are given 2 options for meals , at the Fallsview Avenue and at the Niagara on the lake township . But we are given 2 opportunities to do photo op at the horseshoe and the American side of the falls. Personally, the visit to ice wine tasting can be a drag , but an opportune time to have wash room brakes in preparation for the long travel back .
As a parting shot , let me thank Salvatore our driver and guide who arranged for us to be dropped off the nearest point at the Radisson instead of the usual spot . Thanks man .
By the way , the Journey behind the Falls attraction in winter is a waste of time and
money. Don’t fall for that .

Hey! Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’ll pass your shoutout back to Salvatore. The reason we can’t pickup from the Radisson Admiral hotel is that it is a bit farther away from central Downtown Toronto and adds significant time to the trip when considering we are driving a minibus. Of course when it’s a really small group this is ok and we can accommodate closer drop offs, but we have bookings coming in until the morning of the tour so we have to stick to our morning route with preset times, or else other people would get stuck waiting outside because we won’t be on time. We do have the most meeting points in Downtown Toronto compared to any other tour, so it is a lot easier to join our group VS going to just one set location like other tours. Other tours offer lunch options like the buffet but that means you have to arrive to Niagara Falls in the middle of the day when it’s really crowded. It’s also not included in the regular price and would mean our tour price would increase by $40-50 dollars, like those other tours that charge $150+. Guests can bring pre-packed lunch or stop for a meal at a local restaurant. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback on the day. Thanks for your understanding about pickup. I’m glad you had a good time and wish you safe travels! Awesome photos, by the way. 😁

I can't recommend this Company enough. We had been given a 'free flight over Niagara Falls' by our agent but found out it didn't include transport from Toronto. I tried several tour companies who couldn't or wouldn't alter their trip schedule to encompass a detour to Niagara airport. Luckily I stumbled upon Queens Tours who were so helpful, they organised a bespoke trip for us at a very reasonable price. Our driver Kaleb was excellent, he was knowledgeable and engaging. Kaleb went out of his way to make sure the day was unforgettable, he included a trip to Niagara on the Lake which was a bonus and made sure we got to do the trip behind the falls even though this meant getting back to Toronto well after his scheduled time. I would certainly say, ignore the big tour companies and use Queens to see Niagara.

Kaleb was a great guide, very knowledgeable, and respectful.

It's worth mentioning that I booked this trip last minute. Literally, past midnight and the tour would be leaving 8 hours later. Because the tour fee is non-refundable I was nervous that booking so late would mean their Customer Service wouldn't see my reservation until the morning but I was wrong. They confirmed my reservation right away and we communicated via email through 1am. I was just passing by Toronto and didn't have data, only wifi at certain establishments - none of this was an issue for the tour. They were organized, on time, communicated transparently, and not once was my last-minute booking an inconvenience. I appreciated that they switched out for a bigger bus (since I threw off the original number) as well. Overall, it was a great time, you leave at a decent hour and come back just in time for dinner and plans for the night!

The falls were breathtaking. Having 4hrs of leisurely time alone to do your thing is more than enough.

We where picked up near our hotel. That was convenient. De driver / guide had a heavy accent, we could not always understand what he was saying and he fed us during the trip to de falls with not really interesting data. It started with how Canada was formed and how many people lived in this or that town. Not really our cup af tea.
The falls itself are beautiful. The village annex to the falls is terrible. It is a permanent fair.
The wine tasting was nice though, but short.
We think we would have been better of by renting a small car and drive ourselves. Would have been cheaper.

Hi Paul, Thanks for sharing your review. It's too bad you didn't enjoy the trip - our tour is designed as a one day highlight of the Niagara Falls region, its most important sights and stops, and historical information about it. We are very transparent about the itinerary in the booking confirmation. For those who are interested in staying in the area overnight or who prefer to design their own schedule VS following a tour, renting a car would be a better option. Thanks for taking the time to share and hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip!

My favourite part of the tour has to be the cruise ride from the Canadian side. The falls on both the American and Canadian sides were just simply spectacular. And most importantly, when you are on the cruise, you will most definitely get wet.

The tour guide - Kaleb was dedicated to making the trip satisfying. He arrived at our pick up point timely and along the way he dedicated a lot of time expounding different natural scenes, Canadian industries and many more. He was friendly, facetious and approachable.

Overall, I highly recommend the tour to anyone who is interested in visiting the Falls.

We had a magical time at Niagara Falls with our tour guide Adam. The instructions for the pickup was clear and the bus was punctual. Adam was very kind and attentive and gave us interesting snippets about Niagara Falls while giving us “quiet time” to rest for the trip. The bus was comfortable enough and we had ample time to explore Niagara Falls after the boat ride. I would definitely recommend the boat ride though I would advise wearing either rain proof or quick dry shoes/clothing. Expect a thorough soaking! I might have been drained after my adrenalin high on the river but I thought all the activities after the falls were an anti-climax after experiencing Niagara Falls. Traffic can be a snarl getting back to Toronto but it certainly wasn’t our driver’s fault. Adam is a superb driver. We had a great group on our bus and I think everyone had a great time!

Thank you for the great Tour! It was an overall outstanding experience. Starting with an on-point pick up time the drive to the Falls was filled with interesting facts for the different landmarks we passed.
We booked the "Journey Journey behind the Falls" ahead of time and can definitely recommend.
The time was well-managed. We had enough time to experience the Falls and even "Little Vegas". On the drive back we stopped at a Maple Syrup Testing and had time to try the recomended Poutine at a nearby restaurant.
5/5 Stars for that amazing trip, we will never forget this experience.

The time at the falls left a lot to be desired. We basically dropped off and had to fend for ourselves. I tried walking to Skylon Tower, I couldn’t get up or in. Would have been nice if those interested could have been dropped off.

The shuttle didn’t pull up until the very last second, it was a cold windy miserable day. All I could do was see the Falls, journey and shop.

We made some stops along the way during the drive to the village, but it was tough understanding or hearing where we where & why ?

Village itself was nice. But not much open. In stores where I wanted to spend money , the clerks were disinterested in helping me.

The wine tasting was ok, just a ploy to get you to buy from them.

The reason the cost is so low, is your basically paying to be driven up and back to the Falls & Village.

The term “ free time” at the falls REALLY needs to be better defined in the description.

Hello, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your trip. We sent you a point-by-point itinerary after booking the tour, highlighting the trip details. Through a number of email communications on February 3rd, we answered your questions and told you that you should not take this tour and should instead take the train or rent a car. You had a very specific day in mind which did not align with the tour and you declined our suggestion to visit on your own. We told you on February 3rd that you won't be able to do all of the things you want to do, and that a day tour is not suitable for you. You replied by telling us that you did not want to take the train or rent a car and would take the trip with us.
