      Yummy Times with History Learning
Nicole was great, very knowledgeable. There was so much more food than I expected (all of it good), plus Nicole gave us some great recommendations for later.

      History served with some breakfast
Informative tour of the historical distillery area. This tour included stops along way at various shops where beverages and food were provided by the tour. It offered further input into how the area has been repurposed in recent years to become a vibrant area again for the city.

      Nice day in the district
Nicole was great, she showed us the distillery district and how to ride a segway. She told us we were doing good…. I know she was lying but I’ll take it! She also told us about shopping and restaurants. Recommended!

      Sunday Family Ride with Nicole
We had a brilliant time with Nicole whizzing round the distillery district on our segways with our 2 teenagers. Nicole was brilliant and so knowledgeable with regards all the history and balanced our stops with lots of riding to keep the teens happy. She was extremely thoughtful when stopping in terms of making sure we were not too cold and had some useful local tips regarding shops and cafes to visit and also offered to take some lovely family snaps. Would thoroughly recommend to all, especially great activity to do with the family, we had a ball x

      A thoughtful historic walking tour!
A chilly fall morning became warm and friendly as we walked through The Distillery with Tom. We learned so much about this historic part of the city. It was a privilege to walk where so many folk had worked and sacrificed before us. The breakfast was delicious too! Thank you again. Babs and Jim McKnight

David was our tour guide and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable about the area and a Segway master! He was very patient with my sister, who had a hard time learning the basics ;) thank you so much for the fun experience around the distillery district!

It was a beautiful location but we couldn't hear the tour guide, even when I was standing right next to her. We enjoyed 60% of it but there was 40% of it where we we just looking at paintings and the guide was talking about some details of those paintings (most of which were on plaques). For the price tag and location, expected more.

Just took this tour today and it was absolutely lovely! Our tour guide Erik Bell was not only friendly and witty but EXTREMELY knowledgeable of Toronto's history. Pointing out things in the bricks and walls around the distillery, telling in depth story's of the artwork. Even hooking us up with some sweets and the history of them at the end!!!

Bonus for you if you go around this time because you get a bit of Xmas history too.

The tour was very informative and fun. Our tour guide David made the tour very explanatory and interactive and also made sure we were not bored at all. The way he explained the history of the district in a flow without any hesitation was quite impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour.
The company was also very nice, I couldn’t make it on my first reservation and was provided with a refund which I think was really nice of the company. And I was welcomed to my second reservation well!

Took the walking tour on a drizzly weekday in March. It was the slow season for tours, apparently, because it was just the guide, Jason, and my son and me. We explored the historic Victorian style architecture, home of the once-mighty but now-defunct Gooderham and Worts Distillery.

We got a good overview of the history of the company, and some interesting stories of its colorful past. The tour includes a visit to some of the local businesses now inhabiting the space, such as a brewery, and a boutique chocolatier, (where a sample of their wares is included).

The tour price is easy on the budget, and a great way to fill a coupl eof hours in Toronto.

Nicole was our guide. She was very knowledgable and interesting. She answered all of our questions. She accommodated the pace that we needed. We brought friends along and you’re never sure when you recommend something to someone else what the experience is going to be like. All four of us enjoyed this very much.

We took a number of walking tours during our short stay in Toronto and this was, by far, the most interesting. Our guide Nicole was informative and provided a vivid picture of the historical background and relevance of this district to the growth of Toronto.

We celebrated a friend's birthday by a group of us having lattes and pastries in The Distillery followed by this walking tour. The tour was great - from the extremely knowledgeable and fun guide who is obviously very passionate and enthusiastic with what he's doing ... to the sites we saw ... to the special treat at the end. I would - and already have - highly recommend this for anyone to experience!
