We loved this tour and our tour guide Karen was superb despite some challenges from a few of the guests who constantly didn’t get back to the minibus at the time specified. At one point it was about 40 minutes which resulted in a search for them ! Throughout all of this Karen was very professional and positive. We found her to be very courteous to our needs and always checked we were all ok.
We had expected that we would have to have the behind the falls tour due to the time of year but we’re delighted that we did get a boat ride to the falls. The experience was amazing. The lights at night on the falls were spectacular.
Dinner at the Fallsview hotel was delicious and as a buffet meant we had lots of choice.
Karen gave us a commentary as we travelled and stopped at various places for us to pop out and take photos. We appreciated the bottle of water provided and a sports bag per family as a little gift.
We were picked up as expected and the whole tour was around 10 hours long.

We did the Niagara Falls tour on 21st October and what an amazing experience it was. Our driver Aamir (sorry if incorrect spelling) was fantastic, he knew so much about the area and made us feel like he knew everyone personally. He gave us plenty of time at each area to walk around and enjoy ourselves.
We decided to pick the dinner option which was also good! It’s a buffet so plenty to choose from and you get to see the falls light up whilst you’re eating. After you’re done you can go out on the balcony and take pictures.
It is an expensive tour but it’s honestly so worth it when you have a guide and driver that’s so knowledgeable and friendly. Pictures don’t do the falls justice, it really is something to be seen in person and it’s an unforgettable experience.
We decided to pick the dinner option which was also good! It’s a buffet so plenty to choose from and you get to see the falls light up whilst you’re eating. After you’re done you can go out on the balcony and take pictures.

Hotel pick up was cancelled at last minute so we had to get a cab to a pick uppoint. Coach was freezing cold as the driver said that was how he liked it.
We had booked as we wished to visit Niagra on the lake and the wine tasting, both of these excursions were removed as driver said we had no time! We had time however to visit an maple syrup tasting place and a fruit market where driver appeared to know peoplle. We were not happy at all about this but decided to make the best of it. Niagra was great and the meal in hotel was lovely. Driver was Patrick, very knowledgable and friendly, provided water and dropped off at hotel

The Facts
No hotel pick up or drop off, we had to travel to pick up at our expense
No water
No air con on the outward journey.Outside temperature was 25, we had to ask repeatedly for the front windows to be opened
No PA on mini bus so could not hear the driver speak when he was driving, so missed what little information he gave us.
Driver had a strong accent and it was difficult to understand him .
Clock and church are free,so to say admission included is misleading
We got to the Journey behind the falls after it closed, so were not able to experience that as advertised
Restaurant faces the falls, not overlooks ie it is not elevated. On our trip it was closed. The guide had an argument with the owner in front of us all, and we ended up at Hard Rock cafe instead. No Falls view,so missed the light show. The driver walked out without paying for his meal, and the group were asked who was paying !
Dinner option was a burger or chicken sandwich , icecream sandwich and a soft drink drink. Cost $25 a head
The boat trip on the falls costs around $32
Our opinion
Positives - The Fallsboat trip is brilliant. You get very close to the falls and really appreciate the power of the water. Not to be missed .
The stop at Niagara on the Lake is beautiful.very pretty,lots of individual shops, places to buy pastries, icecream,drinks. We had 55 minutes there. We could have done with a little longer.
The church and clock were just quick stops for a quick photo, which was long enough.
Negatives -
We had a last minute text changing from hotel pick up to meeting at a central point. Luckily we spotted it in time to work out where we needed to be.
The driving was too close to other vehicles and too fast. At one point one of the passengers shouted “ stop stop!” as we almost went into the back of a truck .Another commented on the return trip that the driver appeared to struggling to stay awake.
The issues with aircon, the problems with the restaurant,missing the light show, journey behind the falls being closed, and the inability to understand the driver has obviously spoiled our experience.Overall it was unprofessional and not as advertised. There was no apology from the driver
I’ve listed the cost of the boat and the meal, which apart from the transport were the only costs incurred by the tour operator. Judge for yourself if you think it is value for money

We booked our Niagara tour back in mid 2022. When we booked and right up until we arrived at Niagara Falls, all correspondence said Boat and dinner with view included. Upon arriving, we were told our boat was cancelled and replaced with a walk behind the walls and our dinner at the Sheraton over looking the falls at night was replaced with a meal Hard Rock Cafe with no view.
At no stage did zoom communicate this with us prior to arriving at the falls. Once there we had no alternative to except their exchange.
Upon contacting zoom after the tour and asking why this happened, they proceeded to say both the boat and dinner were closed for the season and had been since November.
Given this, we feel they should have contacted us and allowed us the opportunity to decide if we still wish to continue with the visit. We would have said No as we had travelled from Australia to experience the excitement of the boat, not to walk down a tunnel and look at water running at the end of it. Or have dinner at Hard rock which had no view, was terrible and consisted of a choice of 3 meals, which we had two of, and left uneaten as the food was horrible.
I’ve contacted zoom again and asked why they didn’t contact us and have received no reply.
Poor customer service especially when you’re spending of $500 AUD to go on this tour.

This tour is well worth it. Patrick our tour guide filled our day with information and great sight seeing. The stops are well selected and you see lots in your full day tour. We travelled on a very hot 30 day so the only downside was the van stayed warm inside most of the day as stops required the door left opened and A/C could not keep up but the seats were comfy even though many roads were rough. Although the booking agent said they would drop you off when arriving back in the city late at night the drop was back at the central meeting pick up spot but the streets seemed relatively quiet on the walk back to the hotel. It was nice to be able to leave large purse safely on the van while touring Niagra Falls.

The only reason I took the tour was because of the fireworks and the light in the falls, and this is one of the few companies that go during the night on a tour.
I took the tour during winter, so the boat is not avaiable, I think the tour was kind of expensive as it only include transportation and a ticket to go "BEHIND THE FALLS". It doesn't include any vineyard or wine taste as many other options do.
Besides the expensive price I found the organization is a real mess. In their website they say pick up is at 13:00 at selected hotel, and you would be around 23:15 back in Toronto, however after I book they called me nd ask to be at hotel front desk 15 minutes before 12:30, I was there the day of the tour and got another call asking to wait between 15-20 minutes (due to trafic). Once we were in Niagara the driver said we would depart around 20:00 and be in Toronto around 21:30, since the firework time is different during the winter, but they don't mntion it in toru description.
So they should be more concretes and respect the schedule they mention in the webpage, I could had done some plans for dinner in Toronto if I had knew the actual return time, and also plan better my morning. Also they mention you would receive a special gift, when I asjed the driver about it he didn't know what to say, until he ention it was some postcard but he didn't have any with him at that moment.
Driver was nice and polite, and the views and experience in Niagara was terrific, but I would try to search a different company.. I found the general experience with the company disappointing.

We had a really good time! The tour was excellent. Dwayne, our tour guide, was truly superb. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and went out of his way to make our experience better. The day was very long and busy but it was great. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that based on the tour description it sounds like that while admission to Behind the Falls and the Aerocar are not included, you would have the opportunity to purchase entry to those if you wished. However, that is not the case. We weren't given the option, nor was there time in the day, to go to Behind the Falls or the Whirlpool Aerocar. It's very clear in the tour description those things aren't included in the price, and that's totally fine, but the description makes it sound like we'd have the option to purchase those if we wished, but that wasn't actually the case. Other than this very minor thing, the overall tour was really good. I liked that we had a variety of activities and got to experience many different attractions other than just the falls themselves

I am glad you had a great time on your tour with Dwayne.
Whirlpool as you mentioned we do not offer, for a reason.
We only stop at the whirlpool as a scenic stop for approx. 10 minutes.
During that time the Areocar ride cannot be done as it split you up from the group.
Although there is free time where you are more then welcome to try any attraction at your leisure.
Journey Behind the Falls is optional. Which, we include for other passengers all the time.
However, it does depend on the travel time and group for extra time to do other attractions.
We do come into issues when some travelers make the group late or go missing. Which wastes a lot of time for the entire group.

I really loved this tour. The travel was comfortable from Toronto but there is always traffic. The tour guide Fabio is so knowledgeable and accommodating. If you have physical restrictions please let him know he will accommodate . The tour includes so many attractions ie clock and other stops. The location - Niagara Falls is a fun area. We went into a haunted house and rode a small roller coast. The dinner is in upper floor of the Sheraton. The view is wonderful for the lights in the Falls. You are given plenty if time to walk, shop, and enjoy other areas for dinner if you don’t pre purchase the dinner. The other excursions and dinner can be purchased same day. I will return especially for the boat ride again. So much fun! Request a wheel chair for persons that can not make the walk to and from boat. You will get a poncho and if you want to limit getting wet stay on the bottom floor of the boat. View is still awesome. Again so much to see. I don’t know what the US side has but Canada side has alittle fun area includes games, mini golf, plenty of resturants, ect

It was a comfortable ride fromToronto to Niagara Falls. The boat ride to the falls was especially fun, and the city caters to all age groups with an amusement park.
However, don’t opt for the dinner. It was not a buffet held inside a hotel overlooking the night lights of the falls. It was in an empty restaurant named Secret Garden with a limited menu of options. You’d be better off finding dinner in the town where there are an abundance of restaurants.
There was no ice wine stop, or behind the falls option.
The tour guide was very nice, but that doesn’t make up for lack of content.

Depends if you go to the daytime one or the day/evening. I went on the daytime/evening and to be honest you get a few hours free time by the time you go on the boat ride. As they stop off quite a lot on the way there.

So you get picked up at around 1245 from your hotel but you have to request it and the falls at night was the last thing we did and traffic is not bad at night so we gift back around 1030 to 11.
