This walking tour was one of the most informative and thorough that I have been on. Nick was an excellent tour guide, who answered all questions and kept a timely pace.

Fantastic introduction to Toronto with a friendly guide. Well paced walking tour. Dave knows the city well and the tour covers a range of topics- old, new, sports, theatre, food as well as facts and figures about the area. The tour was really cool. Dave was an excellent guide and we got a private tour because we visited Toronto in February the day after a big snowstorm. We really appreciated the big reference cards he used throughout the tour. Also, plenty of opportunities for photos, as you can see. At the end of the tour, which Dave extended to Eaton Centre for just us, he asked if we'd learned anything. I learned about Quebec nearly seceding and being saved by hockey. I learned about the gold-plated bank building. I learned about the Maple Leafs buying the Raptors. Great tour, well worth the money. No pressure for tips at any point.

Dave was great. Great tour and pace between exploring, walking and learning about Toronto. Love that the tour finished at st. Lawrence Market, so was able to have lunch after the next activity.

Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed this casual stroll through a variety of neighborhoods which covered a fair bit of ground while revealing some lesser-known nooks and crannies in some of Toronto’s more colourful areas. Old photos provided by our guide showed historical contrasts between different eras of the city. This tour was a great way to spend a couple of hours taking in the color and diversity of Toronto.

We have lived in the Toronto area for 40 years and we learned so much about the city that we did not know. Dave was so informative, friendly and accommodating which made the tour experience so great. We highly recommend this tour to locals and visitors. Thanks so much Dave!!!

I took the PATH walk with Dave and really enjoyed the tour - Dave is very personable and provided an excellent overview not only with respect to the origins of the PATH project but also how it impacts the everyday life of the local people who use it. Dave is an experienced tour-guide who is sincere and able to answer all possible questions about life in Toronto. Overall, it was time well spent and I highly recommend this tour to anybody who wants to experience Toronto up close and personal.

We're so glad we took this tour. Dave is a great guide… he knows a lot, keeps things moving, tries to get everyone involved, yet never pressed people too much. We learned a ton about the city and how the PATH system works, the latter of which will bring us back to Toronto to explore even in winter (something we wouldn't have considered previously due to their extreme temps). Be sure to wear comfy shoes and fuel up before you go. Also recommend that you bring a bottle of water. It's not that you walk so crazy far (it's probably a few miles), but most of it is on concrete, so just plan for that.

This was an easy walk around downtown Toronto. Dave is very knowledgeable about Toronto and know the history of this city. He is very passionate about the city and makes the tour interesting. He lets you ask questions and enjoys conversation. He has recommendations on restaurants and other points of interest. The groups are usually small 8 - 10 so it is great to get to know Dave and the other tour members.

Did this tour with Dave. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Toronto. Makes the tour interesting and fun. About 3 hours, unless you talk too much like our group did. AS it turned out, this was a rainy day, so this was great to be underground.

Dave met us in a timely fashion just outside the station of the train that runs from the airport to the city. This made it really easy to join the tour and get back to the airport for our onward travel. Dave led us through the highlights of the city via the PATH, an indoor corridor that traverses much of the city center. We would "pop-outside" for quick looks at special locations but you did not want to stay out too long for fear of becoming the tourist equivalent of a popsicle. It was really chilly. Dave was very informative and told some good stories. We enjoyed his relaxed presentation style. He was particularly good at making sure he was being understood by the 3 members of our group for whom English was a second language. This was made easier by the size of our group - there were only 8 of us. I would recommend this tour as an introduction to the city whether you only have a day or if you have much longer. Well, Done Dave!

The Show Me The City Tour was excellent, a great overview of a fantastic city. Dave’s local and historical knowledge made it truly interesting and the small group size meant we could ask any questions and discuss things in detail. Was also great to finish at the food market!
