Laura led my friends and I through an oenophilic tour of Canada right from her classy-chic secretive studio. Her unpretentious approach to wine as an expert and relentlessly witty humour as a host left us all wanting to hear more, and to drink more Canadiana. Thanks Laura!!

Laura's wine tasting event was a delightful experience, showcasing her meticulous curation and passion for the world of wine. What a great night! The space is divine and the wine was a treat. I’ve never been to a wine tasting quite like this one. I felt like I was sitting with a very knowledgeable friend as we tasted our way across Canada. The wines we were able to sample were exclusively Canadian and noteworthy. Laura’s extensive knowledge combined with welcoming vibes made for a stellar night. Honestly can’t wait to go back.

Laura has a deep reservoir of wine contacts. When I was setting up the tasting, I mentioned that I had drank a fair amount of ON wine (listing off a number of wineries that I had had previously). She brough a ton of interesting stuff (ON, BC, QC, NS) that I had never seen or tasted before, considering what I had told her that I liked. Just awesome to have a learning experience with a balance of humour and serious wine chops

Such a fun and educational experience. I hadn’t tasted many Canadian wines before this tasting and was definitely impressed!
If you are looking for a standard, traditional tasting with chards and Pinots, this might not be the experience for you. But if you’re looking to try something new and different, and learn a lot along the way, I highly recommend!

Simply lovely. Laura’s cozy, tucked away studio is a real gem adrift a sea of chaos in Toronto. The wines are unique, the food paired perfectly, and the opportunity to meet others from all over the world was really special.

I highly recommend! We discovered and learned so much about Canadian wines, exactly what we were looking for. The ambiance was very cosy and friendly, and the food platter really good!

We were delighted to break bread with an interesting group of people and a fabulous (and knowledgeable) host while sipping Canadian wines smartly curated for their unique farming methods, innovative business concept and superior flavour. What a clever wedding gift we were given!
