Nice overview of Charlottetown but too much time spent driving around the college and thru residential neighborhoods. Can’t imagine people appreciate a double decker bus driving by their houses. One drive by downtown area & wish time spent to get off & then get back on for closer look at downtown. Nice recomm on place for lunch and had Prince Edward Island mussels. Weather turned rainy and went back to cruise terminal.

Our guide was a real good guy, proud of his home area. Just not much to see there. I’m not real certain why this is a port stop, perhaps just because of Anne of Green Gables.

Hello. Due to the significant effects by Hurricane Fiona, all our our tours have been cancelled through September 25 to 30. Everybody who has booked tours with us for those dates WILL receive a full refund. We are sorry if you have tried to reach out to us and no reply about your refund. We still have no power as of September 28 and we have a very limited access to internet and phones. Once we have electricity in our home or office, we will issue the refunds. Please contact us at tours@princeedwardtours.com directly.

The Greyline tour (supposed to be 90 minutes)we took yesterday was a waste of money ($25/person. The commentary was disjointed and unhelpful at giving us newcomers to Charleston much of an orientation. Skip the bus tour and do one of the historic walks - we had particular good luck with BULLDOG. About the only positive is that the driver ended the tour about 15 minutes early

We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience. You posted your review under Prince Edward Tours in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (PE) Canada and it appears as if the tour you reviewed was taken in Charleston, South Carolina. We are not a Grayline provider, our City Highlights Tour is US$20 and it is 60 minutes. We wish you happier experiences in the future. Prince Edward Tours.

Very nice way to get some historical perspective of Charlottetown and see the primary sites. Then we went back on our own to see the points of interest. Without the tour we would have not understood the history as well, so it’s worth it for that. Tour guide was excellent. Knowledgeable, interesting and funny (sorry I do not recall his name). Bus was comfortable with good audio.

It's ok. Nothing great and not horrible.
Arrived in Charlottetown and found the tour easily enough. Our bus was equipped with a bathroom for convenance. After 50 minutes the tour should have been done but they stretched it for 10 more boring minutes to make the hour it was advertised as being.
Didn't learn much. After it was over we walked around the same places we would have without the tour but by then the shops were closed.

Bought this for my parents as the tours on our cruise were all sold out. They loved it. It was a great trip around the popular areas and then when the tour was over they were able to walk to many places they saw on the tour and wanted to explore closer. It was super easily located right off the cruise ship too. My mother is a tough critic and had nothing but great things to say, and the price was a third of what the cruise ship was charging.

Is the bus tour an hour?- in the reviews someone stated it was four hours. We would be coming from NCL. Time is important.

Why are your ads showing on my PEI Cruise Ship Shore Excursions page? Perhaps I should have mine on yours? Its misleading at best.
