We had contacted Conrad for a private tour. Conrad was very responsive to our emails. Conrad was unable to be our guide so he booked us with his colleague Jack DesRoches. Jack was fantastic. He met our party of 4 inside the cruise terminal and walked us to his vehicle, which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. He was very informative, friendly and a joy to tour with. The timing of the tour highlights was perfect for us. Jack also took us to a family run restaurant, which we also enjoyed. We highly recommend booking with Conrad's Coastline Tours and Jack is a great guide.

We did a 7 hour trip with Duncan today. The weather was wet and misty so we did not have high expectations. But we were wrong. Duncan is a mine of information, a thoughtful and obliging guide and a careful driver. He tailored the tour to focus on our interests and even waited at the end while we shopped for groceries as our accommodation was out of town. The overcast weather made the colours in the beautiful landscape pop, and because it is October no sites were overrun with people. We had a wonderful time and learned so much about this special place. Thanks Duncan.

We had Don and Mickey as our tour guides for 2 vans and 4 couples. ( 2 couples in each van). Since day 1 when I contacted Conrad Coastline Tours, Duncan promptly answered my questions and had total contact with him of any changes. ( they changed one of our guides, but provided an equally experienced tour guide for us, which was no problem for us). Everyone was contacted, and a seamless change. We were quite pleased in who we had in both vans. We did the 5 hr PEI Experience,which was the right amount of time for us. We were able to see the different areas of the Island, and learn about the history and interesting facts. We stopped at several spots, and had the right amount of breaks and time in each area. The timing was impeccable, as when we were leaving an area, a big touring coach was coming in a few times. We were not rushed, and both guides answered all the questions we had. They even dropped us off at the Irish Pub as we requested, and it was a short walk back to the ship. It was a fantastic day, and everything you would want a tour to be. We were 8 happy cruisers, and had no complaints, but praises for the tour. I would highly reccomend Conrad Coastline Tours, and especially Don and Mickey!

Conrad had great communication and had us in touch immediately with our tour guide, weeks prior to our tour. We met as scheduled and the tour was amazing!! Exactly as advertised and so much fun! Can’t recommend them enough:)

We cannot say enough about our tour with Duncan on Prince Edward Island! He was so easy to work with from the moment we first contacted him, always responding to us very quickly when we had questions (especially regarding Hurricane Lee and what we could expect!) He is so knowledgeable and amiable and we felt like we were friends from the very first moment we met!

Duncan was our guide. We have done many tours on our vacations and I can easily say Duncan took the best care of us and was probably the most knowledgeable. He took us to a very charming lunch spot as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our day! I would certainly recommend this tour and Duncan.

Conrad met us inside the cruise terminal and brought us back there. He is very knowledgeable and humorous. We toured all the Anne sights as well as driving us around PEI informing us of the mussel and oyster farms and lobster fishing. Beautiful island! I highly recommend Conrad Duncan as a tour guide.

The tour was very nice. We could see beautiful places even it was raining for hours. Mr.Conrad managed as our family could enjoy the best of this beautiful island and we learned a lot of things about PEI that we didn't know. He tried to speak slowly as our English level is only medium. We recommend him without any doubt . Thank you very much, Conrad!

This was an excellent tour of the island. Lots of interesting information was provided throughout the day, along with some good jokes. Prompt, great communication prior to the tour, and I really felt like I was able to learn so much and see the beautiful sites. Also had a tasty lunch stop. Definitely recommend.

Duncan had a lot of knowledge and history of the island. First time in PEI was great! We covered main highlights of the island. Got beautiful pictures while on scenic coastal drive through the island. Gorgeous island from the beaches, fishing villages, gardens, sea cliffs/dunes, historic Charlottwtown downtown, Anne of Green Gables, Dalvay, Confederation Bridge my most important attraction to finally view! You have to experience a tour!

We were going on a cruise that had a stop in Charlottetown, P.E.I. I never take the ship's large-group shore excursions, instead opting for a small-group tour with a highly rated local guide or tour company. My research led me to Conrad Coastline Tours, which had excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. I called them and Duncan Conrad, the owner, answered right away. He was very responsive to my inquiries, made many helpful suggestions, and was willing to customize a tour to fit our available time off the ship and include sites that would interest us the most. We were lucky to have Duncan as our guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. On our drive from the ship, he conveyed the detailed history of the island from the early settlers, and the economic changes that have occurred over the years. We took the full-day Amazing PEI Experience tour. Duncan took us to numerous locations as we drove across the island, both historic and scenic, where we had great photo opportunities. Duncan took us to a local restaurant on the waterfront where we had a delicious lunch. I highly recommend Duncan and Conrad's Coastline Tours for a top-notch tour experience. You won't be disappointed.

We spent a most enjoyable afternoon with Duncan on September 11, 2022. Duncan was there to meet us as we disembarked our cruise ship. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. Duncan's wealth of knowledge was amazing and we touched a number of scenic locations. Given the short time available, we found this to be an excellent use of time.
