Exit the Cruise Port take a left on the boardwalk in front of the Condo once you are past the condo and Lobster on the Wharf you will see a green space with a Gazebo

The guide, Josh, was very knowledgeable about the history of P.E.I. and of Charlottetown in particular. He did a great job conducting the tour and explaining what we were seeing. He was very pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Charlottetown with Josh and would highly recommend this tour.

What a great way to spend a couple of hours in Charlottetown. Josh is an amazing guide - highly knowledgeable, pleasant and truly proud of his home and family history in PEI. From the history of the province including trivia and facts (fires, the sidewalks, how PEI got its name, etc), Josh’s tour had it all, accompanied by pictures he shared with us. The time flew by. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to spend an entertaining couple of hours while visiting Charlottetown.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Josh! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the city and province, and we learned so much about its people, history, and culture. We’re also very grateful that he took the time to answer all our questions - we had a lot!
Josh is very kind (like all locals we met on the island!) and the tour was one of the highlights of our PEI trip. Highly recommend for those interested in learning more about the island!

Our tour took place on a lovely Saturday afternoon. Our tour guide Josh is a seventh generation native islander. He was very knowledgeable about the island. He was well informed, responsive and approachable, giving us ample historical references. We would highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyed the tour today with Josh. He is very knowledgeable and conveyed a genuine interest in sharing that knowledge with us. Gave a great overview of PEI and I feel I know the province a lot better because of him and this tour. Great value for the money. Also gave superb advice on places and restaurants to visit.

Josh did a great job on this 2 hour walk. He gives a good blend of Canadian, island and local history, interspersed with great personal stories.
The tour takes about 2 hours and at most stops there is a spot to sit, if you want. He offers interesting commentary about past and present social issues and the challenges of climate change.
At the end, he kindly offers to stay in touch by text if we have any later questions or want recommendations for places to visit or eat.
Josh is an interesting guy, with a love of his home that he is eager to share.
Highly recommend this tour.

Entertaining, engaging and most of all knowledgeable tour guide. If you're looking for a personalized story of the island and an enjoyable walk while experiencing just the right blend of history and modern knowledge discussed in a charming manner this is absolutely worth it. Thanks for a great couple of hours. 5/5 would recommend.

We had an excellent city tour with tourguide Josh! During our 2 hour walking tour we learned a lot about the history of Charlottetown and PEI, about the lobster and fishing industry, agriculture, the various monuments in the town and interesting stories about day to day life in PEI. Josh has brings all information with a lovely sense of humor which kept us interested till the end of the tour. Good for people who dont want to be in the standard tours.

The guide know no more than the basic way around and what the signs said. KHe had obviously not even taken the trouble to learn any of the confederation history.
He also often talked while walking away from us.
It has the potential to be an interesting tour if the guide was good.
Fortunately at the end he told us it was his last tour so it should not be a problem in future.

Hi there , Sorry that you didn't enjoy your time on the Tour . However I very confuse by your review . As the impression I got was that you and your Husband really enjoyed your Tour and you guys mentioned nothing but good things when I walked you guys back to your truck a shorter way after the tour for you wouldn't have been stuck in the Rain , as well your Husband gave a very thoughtful tip which was not necessarily but was very nice of him to do, if I knew of your feelings I would of never accepted it . I did also want to make clear about your review as I feel it doesn't reflect the tour you were on or any tour That I have done.
1. We talked quite about Confederation History in front of Province House , I also mentioned it at 2 other stops on the Tour as well , We talked about PEI's role in Confederation , Province House , and why we didn't join Canada right away and then why we did etc.
2. On the Tour we make 9-10 stops where we talk about various topics . Any talking that I do between stops has nothing to do with the tour , it is to make small talk within the tour group to get to know everyone better and hear about your travels , where you are from etc. I got to learn lots of interesting things about the both of you too. If we are walking by a restaurant I may also mentioned that it is good to go to for Supper.
3. I never once mentioned it was my last tour , so I'm not exactly sure where you got that information from, I have tours booked right until the end of October.
I do again apologize again that you didn't enjoy your Tour , so far people have had a lot of good feedback and seem to really like the tour which means a lot. Josh is a very knowledgeable tour guide and with his family going back to the early 1800s in PEI, passionate about his island. He is a mine of information and eager to share his love for PEI. Thoroughly recommend ed walking tour.

I would love to take the tour on 9/30. When I tried to register as one senior, I was told that there was no availability. However, I could register as two adults for either the 10 AM or 2 PM tour. I would like to take the 10 AM tour as I will be on a cruise and the ship leaves at 4 PM. Thank you.
