The only issues were that they crammed as many people in as possible (I understand that they do have to make money) and, as the tour guide mentioned, there wasn't a real opportunity to take photos since the windows were screened and obscured with lettering. Great staff. They really made it fun and made sure everybody was enjoying themselves.
Good value for money and a great way to see the downtown. Strongly recommend it to families that want to try something different. The pubs we stopped at offered discounts as we were part of the tour.

A few of my pals and I rented this bike for my birthday and we had the BEST time! We got to select the stops we wanted to make, and select our own choice of music! The bike operator was very friendly and entertaining. 1000/10 Experience. Would definitely do this again with my pals

Great time! Sean did a wonderful job taking us around and playing tour guide pointing out landmarks, etc. Felt like we were in a parade with all the people on the sidewalks waiving to us, lol. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the "bike" was pretty noisy, to the point where it was difficult to hear Sean from the back, and hold conversations with the other patrons.

Agree pretty closely with the review from Bill B. Not worth it. The batteries are very loud so it's hard to talk. And the tour was pretty much the driver reading the signs on the front of the buildings we passed. For the $130pp usd cruise line excursion we got 3 beers, a couple of appetizers(which were good) and the 90 minute bike/train ride.

Hi there & thank you for your review! It is actually the gears of the bike that make a bit of noise as the batteries just supply power to the motor. ;)
We do have a fairly robust tour itinerary where you usually stop at 2-3 places for photo ops along with two, 30 min restaurant stops for food/drink, which were included with your cruise ship tour. This was a special promotion done with your cruise ship, so we will talk to them about the price point. :)
At least you got out around downtown Charlottetown for this historical food & drink tour and had some drinks & some beautiful scenery, which is the main part of the tour!

Sean was a very kind tour kind, he tried very hard to please what seemed to me like a tough crowd (of 6).
I was surprised that not one beer onboard was not included, and a little disappointed how LOUD the bike itself is. We could hardly hear his narrative for the tour; he didn’t use a speaker or mic. The 2nd stop at the Ale House was pretty lame, but the Irish Pub experience was really nice. The scenery en route for the tour was really nice, with some lovely & some historic views. Seats were a little uncomfortable, but climbing up in to the saddle was the challenge for this “vertically challenged” gal. *smile*

Thank you for your review! We will remind Sean to use the microphone. Unfortunately, we cannot include drinks with the tour as many people don't drink alcohol & would be paying for a drink that they cannot enjoy. We find it best to reduce the price of the tour & allow people to purchase either alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks (or no drinks) as they wish. :)
Glad that you enjoyed the scenery & the historic views for this little Charlottetown tour & hope that you will try another solar-powered tour with us on the solar boat in Charlottetown or the Pedal Bus in Halifax!

This was an awesome way to see the city, and left us time to explore on our own afterwards! Our guide was great and we had a ton of fun. The only down side was that we were two people with two other groups, one of four and the other of eight. The group of eight kind wanted to leave the last stop early. The tour was almost over and rather than make a big deal of it, we just asked to be left behind because we planned to walk back to that area after the tour anyhow. I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun way to spend a few hours in Charlottetown!

Fun and somewhat informative. Some of us couldn’t hear what Justin was saying probably because the speaker was at the back of the bus. One of us thought the ad was misleading. It sounded like 2 drinks were included in the price. We had a great time though because of the people we were with.

We do have bench seats inside & at the back of the bike for people to sit on if they choose. These may be more comfortable for some.
Justyn is up front, so we put the speaker at the back where people can't hear him speak.
We do advertise that we are legally allowed to sell 2 drinks to people on the bike, but we cannot include this price to all passengers, nor can we include the food/drink that people may or may not want as some people are not of legal age or do not drink or may not want food at the stops, etc. The price of the tour tickets would be much higher if this was the case! We do make it clear on all advertising that food/drink is optional & extra.

The pedaling aspect of the tour was fantastic. Our driver was informative and very, very funny. There were six of us on the tour, facing each other on the bikes, which made it even more fun.
I guess I did not read the information thoroughly as I was expecting everything to be included. It was not. This was just transportation to the pubs via a very unique vehicle. And it was fun.

We had a great time on this tour, lots of good music and the people on the tour were a lot of fun! We stopped at 2 nice restaurants and had a drink from Justin on the bike. Justin was informative and fun.

This company will take your money and not give you a refund the day following Hurricane Fiona. The owners were the absolute worst at customer service that I have ever seen. The Mayor said not to be out on the streets but they seem to think we could do a bike tour. Obviously safety is not a priority to them at all.

Thank you for your late response. As you may recall, I tried very hard to work with you regarding this & even offered you a credit. The reason you could not make your tour was because you told me that you cancelled your flight to PEI, which has nothing to do with our bike going out AFTER the hurricane.
Refunds based on you cancelling within one week of the tour because you changed your flight plans are non-refundable. This had nothing to do with the bike not being able to go out after the hurricane and was clearly outlined in the terms & conditions of your ticket purchase.
Although non-refundable, we did (and we still do) offer you a credit for anytime you can take a tour with us.
We do try our best in order to ensure that our customers are happy, but there is a limit as to what we can do.
