The tour portion was very good and I feel Roger the local tour guide was the primary reason as he was full of historical information, which is what I was looking for from the tour.

The tour company was to pick me up at my hotel, but that did not happen and I had to get a last minute taxi to get to the location. Likely best to make your own arrangements to get to and from the location.

The bus ride is long (though I was very glad I didn't have to drive) but we had a great tour guide. We would have missed so much if we tried to do it on our own. We highly recommend this trip.

I had an amazing trip to Quebec city and Montmorency Falls. Our busdriver Andre was a good guide and had a sence of humor. Our guide in Quebec, Tanya was very competent and had a lot of Good stores including the history of Quebec.

This trip is definitely worth the price. Highly recommend it! Our bus driver, Andre, was very informative and extremely personable and entertaining. He pointed out many interesting sites during our trip to Quebec City, making the long ride feel shorter. The Quebec City tour guide, Katya was very knowledgeable and extremely interesting. She personalized the tour to tie an interesting fact from Quebec City to the home states/countries of the tour attendees, which was a great touch. Plenty of time to enjoy the Montmorency Falls and the shops and restaurants in Old Town Quebec. The hotel shuttle pick up and bus drop off to our hotel was greatly appreciated.

I booked the trip and called the head office 2 days before to confirm. They said hotel pick up at 8.25, which I thought was strange as the tour is supposed to start at 8am. The person on the phone said it's correct when I asked again. On the day no one came to pick me up. I called again and was told that my hotel pick up was not on their system and the bus had already left at 8. The only thing they could do was to offer an alternative date. We had no choice but to change our travel plans. The next day I declined the hotel pick up and just went to the meeting point.

The tour itself was quite good. The driver and guide were both excellent. I gave it 2 stars as we almost didn't actually get to go on this tour at all.

I had a great experience. Some highlights: the bus driver/guide was so funny and kind (this really made the tour feel very comfortable for me), the historical tour in Quebec City was really educational and informative and, while the focus was mostly Old Quebec, the tour included a little drive around the city to see certain viewpoints and monuments which I really appreciated. There was a decent amount of free time to explore the areas that were briefly visited during the tour!

The experience was great, driving was seamless and the fact that you can leave all your things in the bus when exploring the city is very convenient. I would have liked more history/architecture information, but having a live guide instead of a recording is great. The time given to explore Quebec is about 3 hrs, which is exactly what you want to explore both upper and lower city sites and get a bite! Falls were magnificent and you get to approach them from two paths, while also having exactly enough time for the falls and nature around it.
