Wonderful day and great guides
Oct. 2021 • Couples
This tour was a great way to spend the day! Quebec city was beautiful and we got amazing photos at the falls. We enjoyed a great fondue trio in quebec city at le petit chateau which was also amazing. The guides were funny, knowledgeable, and professional! Andres and Rock thanks so much! We feel so badly that we forgot to bring cash these 2 made our day that much better!! Please dont be silly like us and make sure to bring cash!

Excellent tour of Quebec City
Dec. 2019
This is a very well organized and conducted tour. I've been to Quebec City on my own but didn't see or learn a fraction of what I saw on this tour. The tour guide was excellent. There was a generous and appropriate amount of free time.

Worth a day trip
Jul. 2019
It's definitely worth the day tour. Can be really crowded when I went on a hot summer day. Would like to stay for a night or two next time. And maybe visit in the wintertime.

Could’ve done it on our own for cheaper
Dec. 2019 • Couples
The bus to Quebec City was old, not comfortable at all. Worse than being on a really bad airplane. Seats were so close together. The bus driver and tour guide kept mentioning Tips. They were pushing it down our throats. I always leave a generous tip however when they insist and push for a tip It can get very annoying. In short, The tour didn’t provide anything that is unique. I could’ve rented a car and driven to Quebec City and back more comfortably and for less. They just drove us in a very uncomfortable fashion to Quebec City where there is no admission fee, meaning you drive and start sight seeing. Same with the falls. And that was the entire tour in a nutshell.

Loved this day trip! Driver and tour guides were very informative. This tour gives you a taste of Quebec city and Montmorency Falls. Quick trip for shopping and exploring and you get back to Mtl at around 8:00-8:30pm. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this tour...our guide, Katya, was knowledgeable and friendly making it a very pleasant experience. The pit stops we made on the way and back were not great but I guess that was what was available. Getting a ride to and from our hotel was definitely a plus.

Beautiful Tour with Great Guides
Sep. 2019
We had a wonderful experience and learned a lot. Quebec is absolutely beautiful. The day of our tour, it was raining ALL day long but it didnt stop us from enjoying ourselves. Would recommend to dress warm/in layers and be weary of the weather.

The tour guides were very nice and informative. really enjoyed their conversations

Better Off Exploring on Your Own
Nov. 2019 • Friends
Although our tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Quebec City, there were various issues with the tour. To start, our tour guide made various sexist comments all throughout our tour. For example we passed a statue dedicated to the Canadian women’s suffrage movement and he said out loud that that was the day men lost their rights. He also spoke far too extensively about things and when he finally pointed out the things he was talking about we had already passed them. He didn’t leave any time for Q&A with the group which made the whole thing really one sided and not engaging. Another problem with the tour was that we had far too little time to explore within the city and particularly Montmorency Falls. We only had 25 minutes at that stop and 10 minutes were spent just walking to the overlook point leaving us with only 5 minutes or so to actually enjoy the waterfall. Overall we spent more time on the bus than we did outside on our guided tour. Speaking of the bus, our bus driver (driving bus #88022 on Saturday Nov 9, 2019) was incredibly rude. He left three people at the first stop on our tour. Then we were told our bus would be boarding at 4:45 and leaving at 5, we arrived back at the bus around 4:50 only to be scolded by the bus driver and told that he would have left us there if we had been a minute later. At the end of the tour as we were disembarking the bus, before we even had a chance to tip him, we politely said thank you and received a response of “No tip, pour quoi-pas?”. That left a terrible taste in our mouths. Needless to say we would not recommend this tour to other travelers.

A great way to visit Quebec for the first time
Sep. 2019
This tour was perfect for us as we were staying in Montreal for a couple of days and wanted to visit Quebec for a day. Our coach driver acted as a tour guide up until we got up to Quebec City, where the local guide (Katya) took over. She was an excellent guide - engaging, passionate, and very knowledgeable - and definitely elevated our experience. The tour itinerary itself was quite well planned - we got to have a good experience in Quebec City as first timers and spent a little time at Montmorency Falls.
