What a great zipline. It was well organised. The fitting of the harness was well done and you felt very secure. It was quite a climb up the stairs to the launch. You were attached to safety wire while the harness was fitted to the zipline. The instructions were clear and precise. It was an exhilarating ride with time to look around. You built up quite a speed approaching the finish but it was well managed. There is an opportunity to have your photo taken at the end. I am so glad we did this, great fun and not to expensive 24.99CAD each plus 5CAD for the photo

Very well run operation. Seems like a pushy sell job at first but then you realize that it really is as good as they say. Not frightening at all, except the steep climb up. Everything is reinforced well however so you feel safe. The staff are efficient and professional. I have to give a special shout out to them for doing an incredible job of managing and assisting my daughter who is ambulatory but has significant physical disabilities. They were understanding and patient and couldn't have made her feel any more welcome. Both kids and I loved the experience and will remember it as a highlight of our trip to Montreal. The kids are already plotting their return, lol!
Price was $15pp when we visited. If you go, keep in mind that you cannot use your cellphone during the experience. The only way to film your "ride" is to pay $5 for an armband that you put your phone into (which is actually not bad, in hindsight I wish I had done this :)).
Best to wear athletic gear (including your shoes) to ensure a comfortable ride and women should tie their long hair back.
Highly recommended! Enjoy!

I went to the zipline with a few friends of mine and we had a blast! Some of us were scared but the employees were great at making us feel secure. Even those who were scared wanted to do it again as soon as it ended. Would definitely recommend for all!!

Took the family zip lining today, not first timers but the first for this place.
Very friendly staff and very helpful, we felt very safe from the get go with the equipment.
Look folks it lasted 25-30 seconds at most, nice view but over really quickly, depending at what time you go and what day, wait time could be anywhere from 15 to 30min, lots of stairs to climb to make it to the top.
Price yes it is very pricy $25 plus taxes for adults …for a 30 sec ride... so it's a been there done that and won't return, kind of a tourist trap.
For locals, go on Tuango or quebecattractions.com you will find discount coupons savings of up to $10 off .
when your done , they take a picture and it's yours for $5 a 4x6 print...optional of course.
If you want to film yourself , selfie , on the way down , they rent a pouch for your phone for $5 more so you won't drop it , unless you go to the discount sites it will be included.
So to sum it up, real fun , good adrenaline rush , but for a 1 time 30 seconds drop not worth it ...
hope this was helpful

It was a fun zipline to go on, but a tad bit overpriced and from all the advertising, it seemed like a multi-line/way longer experience. Nice view of Old Port, but it was over quick and the line had been somewhat long. I'd say go once to try it, or if you want a taste of ziplining without having to go to a tree trekking place, it's worth a try, but disappointing if you like long ziplining tours.

We had a accident on the zipline. My 7 yo son went first and I was launched a minute later. While on the ride, I saw my son was stuck somewhere in between the middle and the end of the ride. We violently collided and my son was badly hurt in the lower back, perhaps left with a permanent damage. We ended at the hospital to get an xray and following up with osteopathy. They clearly have a communication problem in between the departure and arrival towers. Think twice before leaving your life in between theIr hands and signing a responsibility waiver. At your own risks.

Hi Martin,
As discussed in person and on the phone, we take this situation very seriously and all measures have been taken to assure that an incident like yours never occurs again.
Even though we received almost 300 000 people since our opening 6 years ago and this is clearly an exceptional situation, we understand that there is always room for improvement and we are acting accordingly.
It’s important for me to mention that the incident rate for our attraction is 0.0016% and that we by far exceed industry standards.
As you know, we are not talking about safety negligence but a human error and it has been well identified.
Since your visit, our team has worked efficiently to put in place a new system that includes gates and traffic lights.
We are proud of the new system that we worked hard to put together and we would love to show it to you in person to assure your full satisfaction.
You are always welcome to reach out to me.
Sincerely,
Samuel Cadotte-Holler (General Manager)

Cool view, fun ride, and staff were great. It’s an extremely expensive minute of your life though. There are better, cheaper ways to get a good view. Overall, pretty fun though short.

Me and my boyfriend visited Montreal last week. We couldn't wait to go on the Zip-line as we have zip-lined a few times before down South and in NS and it's normally a great experience. I had read there is a weight restriction and being a chubby gal I was hesitant but knew I was under the limit. I was kind of surprised at the weight restrictions as other zip-lines we've gone on you could have sent a car across on them. We were greeted by a friendly guy who told us to enjoy the Zip. We filled out the required waiver giving all our personal info and signed the paperwork. Then a lady approached me and said "come over here I have to weigh you". I looked over and saw a scale on a mound of dirt and said "excuse me?" She said "my manager told me we have to weigh you" I told her to forget it as I was embarrassed by her approach. She went on to say because of the wind the weight restrictions have changed and I would need to be weighed to ensure I was under the limit. I again said I wasn't interested and walked away. Once again she said "just come over here and we need to weigh you." I was becoming upset as other people could hear her and I was no longer interested in going. She then asked my boyfriend if he was still going to go. Of course he did not. I wish I had caught her name so I could publish it in this review. Now don't get me wrong I completely understand restrictions however it's all in your approach. Especially woman to woman I would have expected a bit more tact. In the future try quietly letting a person know there are certain weight restrictions and in order to ensure a persons safety there are steps to go through to make sure you're eligible to zip. That lady shouldn't be representing your company. I can honestly say I've never been more upset and embarrassed in my life.
Might I also add I'm sure the zip-line itself would have been great as everyone looked like they were having a great time.

If you have and hour to spare this is an inexpensive ride. The thrill of being zipped along the river is exciting. The have an option (for a fee) for you to take pictures with your camera as you take the zip line with old Montreal in the background. Lots of fun!!

Our children had wanted to do the zip wire so (and I’m still not sure how) I ended up joining them for 21 to 23 seconds of sheer adrenaline rush. I hate heights so climbing the stairway to the top of the 80 foot tower was in itself a challenge. The first few seconds of the 1,200 foot run were some what terrifying and then the balance became rather enjoyable. Personally I think it is reasonably priced, but this was very much a holiday treat and not something we would do every day.

Is there a weight limit?
Steph

Hey! This is on their website's FAQ page: "There is no age limit, but participants must weigh between 50 lbs and 250 pounds."
Hi-
I booked ahead for Wednesday, June 22nd. The reservation does not have a time on it. Do we just show up at any time? If so, what are the times of operation?
Thank you!

Yes, I believe you can. You can rent an armband holder for $5 for a phone to film, but from what I saw there were not any restrictions on device recording.

It says this adventure price starts from $15. Are there different packages? I mean are there different types of activities or packages and the prices are accordingly? Can I see the package details? We are a group of around 10 people coming to Montreal on August 1st and 2nd, is there any group discount available?
