Our guide Stacy was very personable , helpful and knowledgable. She tailored the tour by giving points of reference to our hotel and background.

Our family of four arrived slightly late, desperate for coffee, and with an injured party member. Pierre wasted no time in making us feel comfortable and welcome. He tailored the tour to our needs, answered every one of our endless questions, and provided unmatched insight into the city. One thing I observed on the tour told me all I needed to know about our guide: I've done a lot of walking tours, and I've never seen one where all of the locals knew and respected our guide as much as the locals respected Pierre. He's clearly a valued member of the community, which made the tour all the more fun. At the beginning of the day, all four of us were skeptical about a walking tour of Montreal in the -5°C weather. By the end, we all agreed it was the highlight. Thank you so much!

Walking tours of Ouest & Est (West & East) Old Montreal were very enjoyable. I was traveling solo, an older woman, finishing a cruise at Montreal. I wanted to see what Old Montreal was all about. The (2) 1.5 hour walking tours were perfect. Our guide, "Thomas", was very knowledgeable, humorous, timely, dependable and professional. The combination tour provided one hour break in-between morning walk and afternoon walk. At the conclusion of the morning tour, Thomas ended at a public building that provided restrooms and places nearby to quickly eat or shop. The start location for each tour was very easy to find, nearby the hotel I stayed at; Hotel Place D'Armes, which I'd also recommend. The tour helped me to feel safe and able to walk about later in the day/evening, to revisit restaurants and shops on my own. I would recommend the combination tour to learn about and appreciate Montreal's culture, history and embracable charm.

My husband and I had a Guidatour of Montreal with Sebastien. It was a beautiful day and he took us and our semi-private group around the Old City. He was wonderful. Very informative but also responsive to any and all questions. He also indulged us with a few treats along the way! It was the perfect introduction to the history and architecture of Montreal and I couldn't recommend it more, and Sebastien in particular.

Felicity was an excellent guide. She provided an excellent overview of old Montreal and the dynamic between the French founders and the British. Her pace was comfortable and we saw all of the sites of the area. Her insights of the history and architecture were excellent. She also provided great suggestions on shopping, other sites and restaurants. I would highly recommend the tour and Felicity specifically. Well worth it as an introduction to Montreal.

I have previously left a poor review regarding my experience on this tour. On my return home I was contacted by telephone by the company who were most concerned and wished to apologise. This was genuinely expressed and demonstrated their efforts to provide good service. On this basis I am satisfied that my experience was most likely an isolated occurrence and a momentary lapse of judgement on the part of the tour guide. I am happy to say that the matter has been addressed and on this basis would recommend Guideatour.

Very good tour of Old Montreal with Diane. Covered lots of history, which I like, and included discussion of the diverse architecture in Old Montreal. Stopped for a treat along the way, which was nice. We were on a cruise ship and skipped the ship's bus tour. This was a much better idea.

With Sarah as our guide, we learned so, so much and even more than we expected. Her knowledge and passion for history and architecture was impressive and contagious. So much value and truly made the trip!

Madeleine was extremely knowledgeable and because our tour group was small, we were able to ask questions as we went along.
