About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- paulaH7321LS0 contributionsGreat day trip to QuebecWe had a wonderful well spent day trip from Montreal to Quebec. Our tour guide Mr Yu was amazing, knowledgeable and had provided the organized trip. He speaks English, French and Chinese throughout the trip, that's already impressive. We had not had early breakfast in the morning and it's great that the trip includes McDonald's stop along the way to grab the breakfast. Then we headed to ice hotel, if you had not purchased the ticket during booking you can pay cash at the bus. The next stop is water fall. Then the last stop is beautiful old town Quebec. Mr Yu has helped with many recommendations, we had the best maple latte and pistachio rolls in Le Petit Dep coffee shop. We appreciate their flexibility to allow us to join the trip one way and brought our luggage on the bus because we are staying a night in Quebec, next day return back to Montreal by train. Not to mention our driver Mr Steve, he is very efficient driver with a skill, a pleasant guy. I would recommend this trip if you have limited time to visit Quebec. Trip itinerary is slightly different in the winter vs summer.Written January 18, 2025
- M6365XSrichards0 contributionsExcellent tour to Quebec CityThe trip was very well organized and efficient (including shuttle pickup and dropoff to my hotel). The guide William was very informative (speaking in four languages!). Each of the destination spots were great.Written January 4, 2025
- Q4677LHlindaw0 contributionsFabulousWhat a wonderful experience. We got to see the ice hotel instead of a cruise. It snowed all day plus the decorations made it totally magical.Written January 3, 2025
- 48lingyih0 contributionsFun excursionIt was an amazing trip! We got lucky to see the ice hotel since it opened a little early. Old Quebec is so beautiful too. The guide and driver both did a great job. Such a magical experience!Written January 1, 2025
- 308cristing0 contributionsMore time at the Falls, less in Quebec CityWhile Quebec City was beautiful, three hours of free time felt rather long on such a cold day. I believe we could have received more helpful guidance about things to do around town, possibly indoors. Restaurants were packed and hard to get into without a reservation. I would rather have spent more time at Montmorency Falls--we had enough time to walk to the base of the Falls and back but the suspension bridge would have been more amazing! The Falls was really the highlight of the whole day for us. Furthermore, I wasn't terribly impressed with our guide, who was definitely trying but with whom I didn't feel made a very personal connection with any of us.Written December 31, 2024
- cindyjan140 contributionsSuch a good experience! We were able to do a lot of things in this one day tour. We went to the ice hotel, waterfall, and old Quebec. They stopped at multiple locations for us to take a restroom break and small snacks. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely join a tour from this company again in the future. Thank you.Written December 29, 2024
- quincy d0 contributionsQuebec City tourOur guide Hugh was great as well as the driver. We visited Quebec City and after a short guided tour we had some time for our own exploring. The guide gave recommendations for life much which was helpful. We had addl stops to see the Falls and the ice hotel ( if you pay extra ). Overall a very nice trip.Written December 29, 2024
- gabrielapE5374HZ0 contributionsGreat Experience, would recommendVery well organized. Everything was on time, seats were previously assigned. The guide (Yu) was very good. The driver was very courteous and friendly. The tour was excellent, we got a great overview of Quebec City.Written December 29, 2024
- apyt2c0 contributionsBonjour QuebecIt was a good trip. We saw the Falls. Instead of the Cruise there was a tour of Quebec's Museum of Civilization. In winter, this was a good substitute. I'd do this again.Written December 24, 2024
- Daydream433520588260 contributionsGood, quick tourOur guide, Richard, was quite knowledgeable of the city and made the hour of standing in freezing weather both informative and fun.Written December 11, 2024
- Abraham_Canavera0 contributionsMaking the Most of a Day in QuebecThe tour optimized our time to allow us to enjoy the trip as much as possible. Hotel pickup and departure were very punctual, as were the rest of the scheduled stops on the tour. On the way to Quebec, we made a stop for breakfast and later visited Montmorency Falls. The walking tour in Quebec was highly engaging while remaining brief enough to keep the group’s attention. Afterward, we had free time to explore the historic downtown and admire the city’s beauty. Spending more time in Quebec would be worthwhile, but given our limited schedule, I believe this tour is ideal if you're in Montreal and only have one day to visit Quebec.Written December 3, 2024
- Debbie N0 contributionsGood tour to QuebecIt was great to be driven there and the guided tour was short and we had a lot of free time. After that I found it more of a self guided tour when that brief walk was done. I thought we would have accessed a lot more being on this tour guide but it was being dropped off at a location and come back at this time. I would go again on my own since I have the same access going on my own instead of this tour. However they are very well organizedWritten November 29, 2024
- Rebecca M0 contributionsExplore and Get LostGot shuttled to the main bus that took us to Quebec. I thought it was nice there wasn't that much talking during that time so me and hubby can caught up on some sleep to be ready for the main walking and tour. We opted to just do the tour and walk around town which was and amazing time for us. We had plenty of time to get lost explore and try some amazing food in local spot. Isn't that the point of traveling to experience and discover new things? I know that's what we were there for.Written November 25, 2024
- O2357ZDcarmenm0 contributionsGreat day!The tour is well organized. We had just enough time to see the water fall and explore the city. Our tour guide and bus driver were great.Written November 16, 2024
- Y6187CSluzp0 contributionsExcellentLong day but excellent professional service. Complete tour. Convenient pickup and drop off after returning Very pleased with tour.Written November 9, 2024

We were so glad that we took this tour, during that freaking freezing day, it was way better than just taking a taxi by ourself. They offered the hotel pick up service which is so convient for us, and on the way to L'Oratory, the guide told us the history about the city and some hidden places only the locals know. We'd love to share this experience with our friends, highly recommended.

Despite the rainy day, we had a great tour with Jason- he even had umbrellas for us. We toured several churches and Jason was very informative about each one. He directed us to a fantastic bagel shop for a quick snack as well as a city market for lunch. We learned a lot about Montreal

The worst tour we have ever been on!!
We have used Viator on many tours, but on this occasion, this one was contracted out to a company called Concord Tours in Montreal. The tour guide and his driver were on time at our hotel. We went to all the highlighted stops in the itenary.
Experience Greater Montreal -- virtually no pointing out or explaining what
we were seeing.
* Place Ville Marie & the famous underground shopping center - short walk, did
not see much of the mall and back to the bus.
* Mount Royal & St-Joseph Oratory -- was beautiful. The pipe organic is
spectacular.
* Old Montreal & Old Port -again just pointing and telling us that is the Old
Port area. Short walk -- pointing out a statue with a fence around
it. really did not know the importance of the statue to Montreal's
history.
Another stop was a view point, with a short walk to the view point. Tour guide walked part way, then told us the driver would take us to the top. Where the driver was so excited, taking video's from all around. Speaking his language which was not French or English , as he videoed the views. Not a word to us. Left there without a clue what we were seeing. While we were on the bus from the very beginning, the driver and tour guide spoke to each other continuously in their language -- rarely acknowledging we were paying customers (4) in the mini van. Twice we had to wait while the guide finished his cigarette.
At the end of the tour, felt like we had been royally ripped off. And
not any wiser to Montreal's history. We passed the old Montreal Expo's
ball field, asked if that is what we were seeing. Reply: oh yes.
Complained to Viator, were forwarded to the contractor who refused to refund any monies. Finally had to get back to Viator and demand that we get a refund from them, they can deal with their contractor!! Finally got 1/2 our money back -- if we had known where we were we would of abandoned the tour and gone back to Old Montreal and explored on our own. Half a day of our lives we will never get back!!
