Then we visited the Montmorency Falls and Quebec City. The guide Jack was super friendly and told us lots of interesting facts about the city's history, both in English and French. The trip was from roughly 7 am to 8 pm to allow for transportation. Our guide Lena was friendly and energetic. The morning drive included a quick pit stop. We really enjoyed the free time built into this tour and the clear instructions regarding meeting points and times. The bus itself was very comfortable. You can buy snacks and food along the way or pack your own for the day! Keep in mind there are extra charges associated with this trip for entrances and gratuities. The trip was very well organized, with an itinerary that made the most of our time in the city. Our guide, Shawn, and our driver, Toni were both exceptional and made the trip memorable.
Shawn explained everything clearly in three different languages. He provided us with personal tips on the best places to eat and visit, especially for those not interested in museums. His extensive knowledge of the city and the tour made it easy for me to understand and enjoy the experience fully.
Toni was a calm and skilled driver, expertly navigating the chaotic streets of Manhattan. He knew the best routes and made sure we had plenty of opportunities to take great photos by driving slowly past key viewpoints.
The hotel and food were nice. Though I didn't enjoy the museums much, the tour offered flexibility to skip activities without extra cost.
Highly recommend this tour for an enjoyable and insightful New York experience!

I highly recommend the 3-day tour to New York City from Montreal with Jack as our guide. The trip was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Jack's knowledge of the city and its attractions was impressive, and he provided insightful commentary throughout the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to visit iconic landmarks such as Times Square, the Statue of Liberty. The transportation and accommodation arrangements were also comfortable and convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this trip and would gladly book another tour with Jack in the future.

The guide is very disorganised. Our trip was to New York with Lena. She was always disoriented and pretented to know everything very well. We wasted 3 hours rumming inside of the China town for nothing. It was not part of the itinerary at all. We paid 200 USD to visit the one world observation tour and she gave us only 10 min for that while we could have more time if she wouldn’t keep us for so long beside a cow statue that nobody cares. The bus driver came 4 hours late one time and we went back to hotel at 12: 30 past midnight while we were supposed to be returning at 8 pm. None sense. She left us in that nasty crowd in Manhattun in the midst of a chaos with drivers getting crazy because of the traffic. It was hot and we've been standing in the hot and humid climate like ragpickkers along the streets with our bags. It was intolerable. The hotel's services were very bad. They everyone unclean rooms with the same bed sheets of the previous clients. Very bad. Waste of money. Lena is not experienced at all. She must refund us for the One World Observation tickets. She stole our money. That’s really unfair. I don’t recommend at all!

The trip was sensational. Jack (Guide) and his team were incredible. It started with confirmation of documents 2 days before the trip and a reminder by email. Jack was always friendly and took us to a simply spectacular restaurant on the way to NY city. He explained the pick-up points and times several times, he gave us lots of tips all the time. The trip was great and NY is crazy. Hotel is enough to rest.

We had a wonderful time during the trip in New York. Everything was organized, tour guide Jack did an awesome job in planning our journey. We had visited many tourists attractions and took a lot of pictures, Jack also explained and informed us about the place we visited. We had learned many thing about New York and love it even more. He even recommended us some place we can go and visit for our free time. And also thanks to driver Matthieu that we were able to explore New York. In general, this experience had gone beyond our expectation, we would recommend this tour for anyone want to enjoy and experience an remarkable trip in New York.

The trip was good overall major credit goes to the travel guide Jack, he gave all the information and replied to everyone instantly. The accommodation was decent like any other best western. 3 days is less when you plan it during holidays as you go by bus which takes alot of time during immigration. However, if its your first time its worth it as you can cover the major areas and know the vibe if the city.

The 3 days tour we had in New York was amazing. We had this trip with our tour guide Lena and bus driver Steve.
First day was a little bit off when our bus broke down. Though it took a longer time for us to be picked up at the meeting point to bring us to our hotel on first night, it was an opportunity to walk around times square and saw how alive the place was. Lena kept on updating us with the situation.
The rest of the days was driven by the bus replacement. The tour was successful. We enjoyed all the places we visited for the first time.
Thank you very much Lena and Steve for all your services in the whole tour.
I suggest Wonder Travel to send in advance the prices of each activities to the participants on the next tours.

We are a family of four who booked a 3 day tour to New York during the Patriots' Long Holiday with Wonder Travel Inc. We had a great travel experience with our guide "Jack" as well as the driver who very well behaved throughout the trip. It's very well organized and everything was perfect during these 3 days of travel with this company!! It is highly recommended to everyone, because you would have a great experience!!

It was imaging trip in New York. The tour guide Jack and driver Chris are really professionals. They arranged everything to be good ways in the bad weather, make all the tourists happy and satisfied. That’s a good trip!!! Love this tour, we will go on another trip next year 😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻
