Excellent Experience and Awesome Tour Guide!
Just wanted to take a moment to thank JF (Jeff) for a fantastic experience! JF is the consummate professional, both extremely engaging and very knowledgeable about the many facets Quebec has to offer. We truly enjoyed each of the three Vineyards we visited as well as the group(s) that we’re enjoying the tour with us. At the end of the day, GREAT experience in no small part to JF! Highly recommend

      Friendly tour guide
Four stops along the way. Nice scenery! During the vineyard stop they gave us 3 different flavors to try, other options available for a small fee. Our tour guide Peter was super nice and friendly.

Great tout guide - too many sweets
Jeff was 5* and very enjoyable your guide. I would have preferred less sugar with maybe a cheese or something savoury included . Enjoyed Ile D’orleans as it was a beautiful day - but tour is a bit pricey given the small samples offered .

      We Had a Great Time!
We had a great time! The wine was surprisingly good - especially the last location. The guide was super friendly and humorous. The van was comfortable. All and all - it was a great trip.

samples meagre : tour expensive for what we got.
Jeff, the driver/guide, was very good as were the chocolates. However: The 'tour' of the island was just up and back the same road. The nougat sample was small. The wine and, especially, cider samples were so small as to be barely tasteable, despite it being absolutely clear once you went inside the winery that these had been specifically paid for. Whilst already overpriced , it would have been better to charge a little more and make the sample worthwhile.

      Wonderful Day
Jeff was engaging, knowledgeable, and a joy to tour the island with. We all felt welcomed and, my husband and I learned so much about the area while enjoying some lovely views and delicious delicacies. A great way to spend a day!

Wonderful tour of the Island of Orleans.
Jeff was an engaging, funny, and knowledgeable guide. He shared history as he drove in an entertaining way and helped at each stop. The locations were busy so not having to be the one doing the driving (and even more so the parking!) was wonderful. He ensured that everyone was taken care of during the tour. His kindness to the staff at the places we visited highlighted his caring manner as a tour guide. The wine was not to our taste but a beautiful location all the same.

      NB Girls Trip
Our guide Jeff was fantastic. He was funny and informative. He spoke English very well. The chocolatier, the winery and the cider samples were lovely. We wished we could have had different glasses between tastings. Reusing glasses felt odd. The final stop was the nougat factory. The samples were delicious, however after the personal attention we received at the first three stops, a French video explaining the process was disappointing. Jeff kept the energy on the bus positive and fun. His stop to buy us strawberries at a roadside stand was a thoughtful surprise. We recommend taking this tour with Jeff.

      Two thumbs up!
Travelled with a group of three friends while visiting QC this week. Jeff was a perfect host, keeping us engaged with local history of the island. A must-do when in the area!

Family friendly and worth the time
We booked the tour because we have family ties to the L'Île-d'Orléans. The tour goes over the history of the island and takes you to some cool local places. Jeff was our tour guide and he was amazing! He even bought the entire tour local strawberries!!! Highly recommend!

      WINE TOUR with PETER
We were a family of 4 travelling from Montreal. We took the 2pm WINE TOUR with PETER. It was the BEST TOUR. PETER was so warm, welcoming and a natural, it felt like we're travelling with one of our own. While he took us to the island, he ensured we know the neighbourhoods and the history of Quebec city we were passing by. I would love to go back & take another tour with him in future. I would strongly recommend WINE TOUR with PETER for anyone who is interested to have a fun and enjoyable time.

The tour was what we hoped for
We picked this tour for the sites not the tasting. The views of the river, Quebec across the river, the falls, and the farms were what we had hoped for in exploring the island. We stopped several places and got to see the villages and old church exteriors. Our guide took good care of us, and was enthusiastic. Good job, Jeff!

      Best tour guide ever!
What an extraordinary half-day tour of sweets and drinks made all the more fun by the highly-personable, experienced and knowledgeable Jeff. He went above and beyond to make our tour memorable. Each stop was generous with samples and we walked away with edible souvenirs.

We picked this tour bus to visit Quebec for a few reasons: it's cheap compared to other tours, it's a small bus so it sounds more convivial and it also takes people to the Montmorency Falls. I just rates it as "Average" (3 stars) because: there wasn't a character guide (I imagined a guy dressed in a victorian outfit narrating stories about the city). The driver was the guide and he wasn't in character (he had crumbles from the food he just ate on his shirt). While he was knowledgeable about the history of the city and gave some interesting facts, he also rambled about un-related things (his daughter, constructions happening everywhere in the city, how japanese tourists are weird, etc...). The highlight was indeed the Montmorency Falls (where we had 45min to walk around). Beautiful place. Oh and they don't provide with water bottles either, so you better bring your own.

My wife and I spent 3 days in Quebec City after arriving on a cruise ship. We did a walking tour the first day there and spent time walking around the old city on the second day and was concerned that we wouldn't see anything new on this tour but we were wrong. This tour does about an hour of driving around Quebec City pointing out landmarks along the way before going to the falls. We learned a lot on this tour even after spending 2 days including a walking tour. The driver takes you to the bottom of the falls for picture taking, then takes you to the top so you don't have to pay for the gondola ride to the top or walk to the top. This savings almost pays for the tour since the gondola ride is $20 per person. There are cheaper ways to get to the falls. There is a city bus that goes there. But the combination of the city tour with commentary and taking you to the top and bottom of the falls makes it a great value.

This was a great tour! Our driver,Daniel, was very informative and interjected a little humor into the narrative. It was a rainy day so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the falls although we weren’t rushed. Dan made sure we were all comfortable and safe at all times. We had visited Quebec City previously and wanted our adult children and their spouses to experience the area. We had limited time and this was the perfect solution. The small bus was perfect. Dan went out of his way to drop those on the cruise ship directly in front of the terminal. Now, that is service!

Driver narratir very well informed, friends, and personable! We had walked old Quebec for 2 days thinking we had discovered most of its treasures. We were wrong. This tour guide opened us to so much more of areas history to include areas outside of old city. Highly recommend!

Our guide Peter was tremendous and provided so much information on our drive around the city. We originally thought the Montmorency Falls would be the highlight but Peter and his presentation of Quebec City was the part that most impressed us. It felt like an old friend was leading us around.

Good value and would recommend, especially if you want to see the Montmorency Falls which are outside the city. We were in Quebec on a cruise in October and booked this tour for a morning trip around the Old City and then out to the Montmorency Falls which is very picturesque. Good value of price paid versus what you get to see and very knowledgeable tour guide.

Tour guide was not in period dress and certainly did not bring history to life. She rambled on pointing out things like delivery drivers unloading their trucks, and school busses taking kids to school. We got back 45 minutes late because she altered the time at the waterfall and made a side trip to drop people off elsewhere. The windows were so fogged up we couldn't see anything. And 3 minutes reading on Wikipedia would have given us more insight into the history of the building and places we were supposed to be able to see. She tried to guild us into leaving positive reviews by telling us the company was owned by a young family with kids. I got a refund, and I would not recommend.

1st: our driver was going to be a few minutes late, but another driver explained to us why we were waiting & assured us Peter would be there shortly.
2nd: Peter arrived only 12 minutes late & we were off!
3rd: even though we were met with multiple city detours, Peter gave us a terrific city tour as well as recommendations for restaurants and stops we might want to see
4th: the falls!!! Not sure but maybe a 10” drive out of the city. We had ~45”, with good instructions on how best to experience the falls. Well worth the trip!
I might suggest you do this early in your trip so you can take advantage of the many recommendations!!!
Thanks to Peter for a fun 2.5 hrs!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion with a small group. It was a great introduction to the City, seeing some of the most historical sites & charming neighborhoods. Stopping off at Montmorency Falls was wonderful, it was a very leisure walk through the trails & enjoying the spectacular view & waterfall. Well worth it for a short tour.

Our tour guide Guy was very informative, helpful & humorous!

My wife and I had never been to Québec before and we decided a tour like this might be a good way to get a feel for what we wanted to do and see during our visit. So we signed up to do the tour on our first morning in the city and we couldn’t have been happier that we did. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable and the tour itself was fascinating. We saw lots of stunning sights within the old city, and then as a bonus we headed north to see the Montmorency Falls, which were gorgeous. The tour was a little over three hours long and there were a couple of opportunities for washroom visits along the way. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot, and the tour guide definitely gave us plenty of ideas for things to do for the remainder of our trip. Highly recommended!
