Worth the money for a great experience
It was definitely worth the money! The reason for the 4 star is because some of the logistics issues. We arrived by 10:45am but did not get on the boat until nearly an hour later because we were waiting on all the other vans to arrive. Unsure on why, but if you’re paying for a service to leave at 11, it should leave at the time posted on its website and what YOU are paying for. Secondly, when we returned, I’m not sure why the boat doesn’t couple people with what van they came on. EX: if you got off the boat right away but the people you rode there (other strangers) did not get on the exit boat, you are then having to wait another 30+ minutes. A little frustrating because it’s a very easy fix / solution. Overall we enjoyed the boat, the service was superb, staff was professional.

        Jungle Tour
Beautiful pools and swimming. The tiger cave temple was a very strenuous climb but the views were worth it. Beware the monkeys on the way. Only two people in our group had the energy left at the end of the day to do it.

        Superb
The guide was very well spoken and extremely helpful. I had gone with my 15yr old daughter who was driving an ATV by herself for the first time and the guide was very helpful to her as well.

        NOT for beginners!
This is definitely not for beginners. My wife was almost seriously injured because of the difficulty of the trails. This is NOT a scenic easy ride. It’s basically following a guy through a maze of trails that goes way too fast to keep up for someone who has not ridden. There was no safety briefing or even simple instruction on how to operate the vehicle. They just gave us helmets and showed us where the throttle was… Also they forgot to pick us up. I had to call them and then they finally sent someone. There are other places to do this, and I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

        Fun afternoon on the water
Great day out. The scenery is spectacular. The trip is fantastic. The ocean part gives you a chance to see flying fish, monkeys were spotted amongst the mangroves

Honest company, swift to process refund
Although advertised as on, the trip was not actually being run on the Friday we booked. We were offered alternative dates but could not make these The company gave us a complete refund Only scored as 3 because we could do the trip.

        Beautiful but overcrowded
I will say the good things first. The travel agency did an amazing job. The team was simply amazing. The guide (his name is Coke) did a tremendous job and he was well organised, he spoke a clear English and he was super friendly and a kind person. The locations we visited were beautiful. I mostly enjoyed the snorkelling and the last stop at Bamboo Island because it was most quiet and wild and without thousands of shops. HOWEVER, all locations except Bamboo Island were hyper overcrowded. You need to be quick so the next groups could also go and see. It's full of social media maniacs who are there only to make the perfect photo to post themselves. If I go there again, I will make sure it is out of season and risk getting bad weather, but that is definitely better than being in a huge crowd.

        Thai cooking made easy
What a memorable day. Thai cooking class with Penny was great fun even non cooks could produce a fabulous meal. Learnt so much and ate so much. Certainly didn’t need anything else to eat for rest of the day. So glad we did this and would definitely recommend to anyone else thinking of doing a spot of cooking.

Lots of people lots of tour boats
We found out from the guide that because it was high tide there would be no fish to see when snorkelling. What stands out the most was the terrible meal we were served . We arrived on the island to see some people serving themselves at a buffet style table YUM we thought . We were then given a small container that had rice, salad and chicken in a sauce that was so spicy it set your mouth on fire! No coke as it said in the add , I didn’t really care but some people did . The fruit was served on the way back and it was not kept on ice so it was warm and awful.

        Amazing experience, unforgettable
One of the best tours I have ever done, the places were espectacular and the service was class, everything was just perfect and it was a great way to see the best about the islands and discover the diversity and magic that the islands offer I one to give a special shootout to the crew that guided us and commanded the ship, they are just amazing, specially Bort (I don't remember his name very well, apologies) he is a really sympathetic young man, and was always keeping an eye on us On our case, we mentioned that we were not gonna have lunch, as my wife and I are fasting due Ramadan. He totally understand us, and what's more, he and his crew saved food for us, and we end are on top of the ship after 7 PM, I cannot describe in words just how grateful we feel towards them, they are golden people 🙏

        Lovely host and great fun!
The Host was so lovely! He picked us up from our hotel and brought us to his kitchen. We selected the options we wanted to make and his staff quickly prepared everything to each of our choices. His explanations were very clear and he was so friendly! Made sure everyone in our group was involved and answered any questions! It was really fun :)

Epic views and great service but a very long day!
If you only have one day to see this natural wonder, this is a great tour for you. Just be ready for a lot of time in transit - perhaps 8-9 of the 12 hours (we left from Krabi Town and were dropped off in Ao Nang.) The driver was great and the ride was comfortable. The tour guide was very kind and generous, and we could understand her most of the time. Be prepared for physical exertion in the hike to the bamboo raft to get to the cave. The views were well worth the trip!

Very well organized trip starting from pick up to drop off. However, the plankton stop was brief as it was too dark to enter the water. The guide did not recommend us to snorkel as well but i believe there are few of us who wished to try.

This is a very average tour, which I only did because I wanted to see the bioluminescent plankton. This part was great (you can’t really capture the moment with your phone camera), but there are many things that prevented me from giving 5 stars: first, the long tail boats doing this tour, which should be banned. They pollute the crystal clear waters and the air constantly, making it uncomfortable to breath, plus they are not very comfortable. The guides were not as enthusiastic and informative as in other tours I did before, but they were kind and willing to help. The snorkels provided were worn, hence not the greatest quality and we had to constantly spit on them to be able to see underwater, otherwise they got steamy. For the price of the tour I guess it’s ok what you receive, but I wouldn’t do it again.

      Hello everyone

as always let's go straight to POS and NEG of this experience.

      Positives:
You can enjoy a night swim in the warm sea under the stars and watching a beautiful sunset.
Food was good and our guide was super friendly, making jokes and making us laugh.

      Negatives:
if the night has full moon or is vey bright you are going to see almost no plancton at all. Probably it is better to do this tour when it's the breeding period otherwise you are not going to see what's pictured in the advertising.
Sane goes for the sunset. If it is cloudy (like the day we did it) you can't enjoy that much

Unfortunately, our trip from Krabi was a huge disappointment. Right at the very beginning at the first stop, where there was supposed to be snorkelling but we arrived at the beach, we had a problem with the first boat, whose engine had broken down. And we had to wait 2h for the next one. We were transferred to the second boat, which was too small for the number of people on the trip, plus the boat was leaking and taking on water on board, which made it heavy and the engine couldn't push it any more. It was very dangerous, and the staff who handled our trip made jokes about it, saying it was normal. To make matters worse, we were stranded about 400 metres from the beach. We were told to walk this distance on foot, which was very uncomfortable due to the rocks and reef in the water (no special shoes), we forgave the rest of the tour and returned at our own expense with different boat. The tour itinerary was also not as described on the website. Instead of visiting unique and scenic snorkelling spots, we were only in commercial locations that are available in the cheaper versions of the tours available on site (and we didn't want to go on such a tour anymore). The whole experience was very frustrating and definitely not worth the price and what is more important very risky to our safety. We visited only two snorkelling spots, the first in murky and shallow water, the second in the shade where as we saw it we didn't even go in the water. A plus for the service through booking, we were reimbursed for the cost of the trip, but unfortunately lost time we could have used on a well-organised snorkelling trip. In summary don’t buy it!

We were a little hesitant based on some of the reviews saying they were disappointed, but we loved it. The boats were a little crowded and the pickup was a little disorganized but not too bad. The swimming spots were great, and we enjoyed the viewpoint non-swimming areas as well. The food was good and had good vegan options too. Now to the point of booking the bioluminescent tour: most of the snorkeling was done before dark, but after we ate, they took us one last time out to snorkel after dark and explained that you will see the bioluminescent plankton light up when there's movement. So the pictures where the water is all illuminated is much exaggerated but when you get in the water and move your hands to swim or just move them in front of you, the plankton light up like magic. We only had ten to fifteen minutes in the water there, I think safety reasons for all the boats in the dark, but it was worth it. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I don't regret booking this one on top of another island hopping snorkeling tour the next day, plus the islands were different.

A great experience seeing the islands near Ao Nang/Krabi. The whole day was very well organised and the food was great (vegetarian option provided). The tour guide Mon and the captain - his brother Man were super friendly and helpful! Despite the weather not being at its best on the day of the trip, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth comfortable ride on the boat and a great time with plenty of opportunities for snorkelling and swimming.
The sunset/dinner spot was breathtaking and swimming with the bioluminescent plankton was something out of this world!
I highly recommend this trip to anyone staying nearby!

The tour itself and the tour guide were good but I would not recommend booking a tour with this agency. They had a poster to promote elephant riding, despite the known welfare issues of the elephants. There were also 3 unneutered cats at the agency location. 2 looked already pregnant. There was no interest in taking any responsibility to neuter them. I would not book a tour from this agency again until they remove elephant riding from their offering and stop promote that kind of tours. I think it is unprofessional.

We booked this as part of a 7 island boat trip. It was very dissapointing to say the least. After a day of being hurded around like cattle with several other boat trips we saw some big rocks and some OK beaches. The last stop was to see the plankton light up at night in the sea. You saw more lights while lying on your back in the sea looking up at the stars!

Dear Valued Customer, We’re sorry to hear that your 7-island boat trip did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel rushed and surrounded by too many other groups, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. We regret that the final stop to see the bioluminescent plankton was underwhelming. While this natural phenomenon can be unpredictable, we understand that it was a key highlight of the tour, and we apologize if it did not meet expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it with our team to explore ways to improve crowd management and enhance the overall experience. If there’s anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best regards, Oh-Hoo Travel

I don’t usually go to tours because I hate the tight time schedules. This was bio luminescent swimming tour, but it was more 4-5 islands tour including 5min “take pictures” here and there and “don’t sit here miss” lining up to rent snorkeling equipments, for foods, for boats, for pick ups. We were behind on schedule so the activity bio luminescent I came for was 10min! I was super dissatisfied. The boat was old and in bad condition. Rather just rent a private long tail boat so u can experience all with time.

Awesome Mand, his super cool brother, the sweet crew, and ALL of the staff did a tremendously amazing job! What an authentic, amazing, beautiful, freeing experience. Going to all the islands, the water, the boat ride, the scenery, the company, the people we met, and oh my - the bioluminescence was a once in a life time experience. The entire adventure was a blessing. You get taken to various islands, you get to take amazing scenic photos, you get to see beautiful fish in protected waters, the dinner was amazing - watching the sunset on the island was gorgeous, and then the finale with the luminescence was fantastic. The ride home was serene. We wanted to stop time and just take in the amazing day! If you’re adventurous and love nature, this experience will be perfect for you. Thank you Mand so much! We love you and your team!!! Bravo on doing a great job and giving us an experience we will never ever forget! We’ll miss you guys!!!
