Good kayaking with a great guide
Two good experiences: Kayaking round the Tintoreras Islets and snorkeling the Concha La Perla bay. The guide was very good at spotting animals and telling about them - you had to stay close to him in your kayak to hear him though. We saw some penguins and blue footed boobies on land fairly close and some turtles and sharks in the water. It was easier to handle the kayaks than expected - they were very stable. The main snorkeling experience was a playful young sea lion swimming very close to us.

          Unbelievable Sights at Sierra Negra
We had an amazing day on this guided tour! Omar was a great guide and provided a wealth of information. The pace of the hike was good. Well worth the effort to see a beautiful and other worldly environment on beautiful Isabela Island. We enjoyed the food after our hike -very good! Thank you for the photos and for a wonderful day!

Amazing experience of seeing wonderful varieties of birds, land and marine animals at close range
Amazing trip, my expectations were exceeded. Alex organised the activities well and his enthusiasm for the beauty of the Galapagos was infectious and his knowledge was invaluable. The beauty of the beaches and volcanic scenery was unbelievable. The islands required long boat rides to travel between each one so Alex’s advice to spend time on each island was well founded.

5-day exploratory family tour at Galapagos islands with Alex Arregui
We had a wonderful experience in the Galapagos Islands, organised by our personal guide, Alex Arregui, who is a marine biologist. We made a 5-day tripis and visited the islands of Santa Cruz and Isabela. We were received very warmly and well by Alex, who was immediately ready for us and had arranged all the transport. Beforehand, we had discussed by e-mail our interests and wishes for the trip. Alex had arranged all accommodation, excursions and activities well, allowing us to explore the islands carefree. It was wonderful to see and hear how much he knows about the fauna and flora on the Galapagos. He could go on for hours with interesting and fun information about plants, birds and fish. We snorkelled with him, where he showed us the wide variety of marine life (including sharks). His tour of the Darwin Research Centre was very fun and informative. He also took us to the best places to eat at a very economical price. He made our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

          Marvellous!
For a half day trip, this tour packed in so much. The slow boat ride delivered sightings of penguins, sea lions, rays and turtles within minutes. The short walk over the lava fields gave us views of the inlet where the turtles and white-tipped sharks come to bask. There were also brown iguanas nesting. The snorkelling got us in close contact with seals, turtles, penguins and sharks. Our guide was very informative and constantly spotting things of interest. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

          A nice place to relax
A cute small town where you can organize any activity. Animals are all around, and would defitely recommend snorkeling at la cancha de la perla. Keep in mind it's far away from the main land, so more expensive than pueto ayora for example (6 dollars a beer - 10 dollars menú del día) but much more quaint and quiet.

Not worth the time effort as it is a just a dark hole!
This is a long, hard almost run as the guides are on precise times to complete it. If you are over 40 and overweight and have any health issues at all, do not do this. Plus, it’s not worth it it’s just a big dark hole! Rough, terrain variety of terrain And again not worth it not sure how much it cost as it was included in a tour but I’m sure it cost over $100 per person. They did small pack a small lunch which we were given to eat. There are no animals to see, and basic greenery that can be seen anywhere. Save your money and go on a snorkeling tour as the marine life is awesome if you do not know how to snorkel learn because you will never see, the under Waters more beautiful than around Isabella and these islands. Enjoy.

Landscape beautiful, tour not so good due to hurried guide
The landscape is beautiful, sadly our tour started late, others had events at 14:00/14:30 back in town so we had to rush everything. We arrived and the guide was unhappy. Generally I sadly have to say that we learned more from the taxi driver than the guide since he barely explained anything at all. Maybe he had a bad day, still sad.

Tour was great but transportation is a safety hazard
The hike itself was awesome. Our guide was great and very informative. We were provided lunch which was nothing fancy but enough to satisfy after the long hike. My only complaint is regarding the transportation. We were driven up to the trailhead in a bus with completely open sides, not even a railing and there were no seatbelts so basically nothing to stop someone from falling out should something happen. On top of that, the driver was absolutely flying on the way there. It felt incredibly unsafe. I’m not sure how true it is but afterwards a different tour operator told us those buses have a tendency to tip over which honestly I would not be surprised based on our experience. Although the guide and the tour were very good I would not book again with this method of transportation due to the safety concern.

THE BEST trip in our life!
This was the first time visiting Galápagos Islands for my husband and myself. And it was THE BEST trip in our life! It is so remarkable to see what preserved wild life and nature could offer. Before we planned this trip, we did a lot of research about different islands but it was still hard to plan our itinerary without much understanding about the local environment. I looked up different traveling agencies and decided to go with Galapagos Natives who seems to have greater expertise and network in the region. We worked with Gabriela to plan our itinerary and while during our stay. Gabriela was super attentive when we reached out to her with questions and always confirmed our daily activities which made our trip much smoother. We split our time both in Santa Cruz and Isabela. Looking back at our 8 day adventure, the itinerary Gabriela organized was perfectly balanced between diverse scenery, animals, and water and land activities. We realized how much we saw by speaking with other tourists. I can’t imagine ourselves planning our first trip to Galapagos with this level of satisfaction without her. We highly recommend to work with Galapagos Native if it is the first time visiting the Galapagos. It is so worth it!

Bad General organisation but good individual tours
We took two tours with this organisation, which were great. However, we also booked a speed boat from Isabela to Santa Cruz though this company and paid for it upfront but when we arrived on Isabela no one knew about it and no one reacted to our messages and calls. We could never find the agency on the island open. At some point we got in touch with someone who tried to help us but we wasted many hours running after people and it first did not look like we could make it back on time since all boats were booked out. In the end they managed to get us on the boat but it was very nerve wracking especially as once on the boat the captain told us that we would have to leave again.

A good hike but unsure why a guide is necessary.
We had a good guide that explained everything. The hard part was that it was a big group at different pace levels so it was fairly impossible keep the group together. The more important thing is that we were able to hear about the history when we were at the top but on the descent people were basically scattered. When you get to the top of the volcano it's quite large in terms of land coverage big but there isn't a whole lot to look at. I was actually more impressed with the Volcan Chico which comes after you get to the summit and descend down. Here is where you get to see the lava tunnels and the remnants of the last eruption which was pretty cool. The box lunch was a tuna sandwich, some cookies, and a juice box which was just ok although I have to say after a long hike was nice.

Great Tour experience in Isabela island
I stayed 3 days in Isabela island during Christmas time in 2022. Having concerns that tours may be fully booked during the holiday time, I contacted different tour agencies via whatsapp upfront. I am a solo traveler that does not speak spanish. They were pretty responsive during the contact time a SIERRA NEGRA VOLCANO & TUNELES TOUR + FERRY TICKET

Avoid at all costs! I had to go back to land because I felt bad, I spent about 20 minutes on the boat with my partner. The operator did not send any lifeboat, I returned with another trip, he did not incur any costs and yet he did not refund me a single dollar and ignores my messages. I asked for another trip, a much cheaper one, as compensation, but they refused! They were happy to reply on Whattsup when it came to booking trips and paying them, but when you have a problem, don't expect any help. I have never met such a dishonest company! Do you think 20 minutes on a boat is worth $260?!

Advert is not clear the only pick up from Isobella Island. Booked it and when informed they couldn't collect us from Santa Cruz, asked them to cancel it from their end to which they said I had to cancel at my end. Lost £300 as was booked within the 24 hours. Would never have booked if advert had been clearer. Feels misleading.

Hello We have never had any problems with our passenger pick-ups. In the information of the tours it says that it is on the isabela island, we can not pick them up on the island of santa cruz which is two hours away and you must take a speed boat to get there.

Katherine with Galapagos Native Tour is the best! She helped us booked our Los Tuneles trip and Sierra Negra volcano for 3x adults. They even have the best rate compare with other agents. Katherine also work at La Laguna Galapagos hotel in isla Isabela where we stayed and it was great! Our tour guide (3 guys) for Los Tuneles was awesome. There were only 8 of us on the speed boat and they were very fun and entertaining. I highly recommend to contact Katherine if you need help planning.

I found them to be a great help both with accommodations and with our tours. They also run a hotel, La Laguna where we stayed. The tour of tunellas was amazing. They found a great operator and local tour guide. Alex helped us organize and was terrific. Then they let us stay in the afternoon and no additional charge so we could shower before our ferry.

We had a great day and saw alot of different animals. We managed to spot sea horses but you had to dive down a few meters to see them. One of our guides was really good in spotting them and pointing them out. Already on the boat trip to the tunnels we spotted sharks, turtles and rays. The most amazing part were the huge turtles which just grased in the water while we could observe them. We also saw some sleeping sharks (again spotted by our guide). Our guide also managed to take some amazing pictures. A perfekt day.

Snorkeling spot had very calm waters and a ton to see. Guide was knowledgeable and kept everyone together. Appreciate that they do Hotel pickups but we would have rather just been told where to meet, as it turned out to be just a 3 minute walk from our hotel.

For me this was the best snorkeling site in Galapagos as you get to see many different animals in one tour, and get to see boobies up close, it was a very good tour and the guide was great, the agency was amazing I booked all of my Isabela tours with them. Sebastian was so communicative and friendly and answered my many questions so I decided to continue and book my other tours with them as well and they were all fantastic actually. This tour in particular was just so much fun, the boat crew was also great and for me it was one of the best days on the island.

We were having a debate about whether to do this tour or the Las Tintoreras tour but eventually decided on Tuneles as it seemed there was more guarantee on wildlife. It certainly did not disappoint! We got to snorkel with sharks, sting rays, and giant turtles along with seeing seals, penguins and blue footed boobies.

Tour was well organised and well run, lunch was provided. Excellent day out!
