      Good
I recently joined the Whistler tour and had an incredible experience! The tour was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Whistler itself was breathtaking, with its stunning mountain views, charming village, and endless photo opportunities. The scenic drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway was a highlight, offering amazing views of the coastline and mountains. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free way to explore Whistler and its beautiful surroundings!

A Taste of Europe in the Pacific Northwest!
A little bit of Europe in the Pacific Northwest! Totally worth the tour and trip if you are in the area. My bf and I's first time in Vancouver and Seattle and we decided to trek out of our comfort zone to visit Leavenworth and so glad we did! As a international traveller, it was great to use First Express Travel and lean on them for their travel expertise to ensure we made it to all the sites and attractions and just get to see everything during our 1 week stay in the area.

      Just Go!
What a wonderful tour and visit to Victoria and Vancouver Island at such a great price. Here visiting Vancouver and BC for the first time from Miami and my bf and I thought it would be easy and fun to hop on a tour with First Express Travel. We were not disappointed. Highlight of the trip was for sure Butchart Gardens and the Inner Harbour. Pro Tip: make sure you go on a sunny day as Victoria and the surrounding area really shines during the day.

Excellent Leavenworth Tour for my parents!
My mom and dad came to visit from Quebec for a week and I decided to put them on a tour to Leavenworth as it was their first time. They absolutely loved the trip and it was so easy to sign them both up at such a well priced tour. Best thing was since they were busy having fun and travelling to Seattle and Leavenworth, my husband and I were still able to go to work and continue on with our normal life!

      Magical
My partner and I had an amazing 4-day guided tour to Yellowknife with First Express Travel. The 3-night hotel stay was comfortable, and we loved exploring Old Town and Great Slave Lake. The highlight was Day 3 when we witnessed the breathtaking Aurora Borealis—it was truly magical! The guides were fantastic and ensured we had the best views. The trip was seamless, and we highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for an unforgettable Northern Lights experience.

      Epic Trip
Travel agency offers both 1 day and 2 days tours. We opted for the 2 days as we wanted more time to spend at each location and on the island. Glad we did as it was a blast. Highlight of the tour were Butchart Gardens and the Malahat Skywalk. If you have not been to Victoria nor the island, and want to get all the sites in without managing logistics, scheduling and such - this is the tour to be on!

What an epic and incredible trip! Our family went with the 5 star hotel option and although more expensive, I think it was totally worth it. Excellent and professional tour guide that was experienced and made the trip smooth and engaging. I feel the 2-day tour is the perfect amount of time and provides a lot more room for travelers to really experience both Vancouver Island and the beautiful City of Victoria. 10/10

      Recommend
Visiting Vancouver and my friend recommended me join a Victoria Tour to see Butchart Gardens and all the other iconic sites on the island. Fantastic trip and just so productive as I was able to take it all in with a full day. Make sure you are well rested the night before because the day is long. Try and take advantage before the summer ends because when the fall comes it will be rainy and not as fun. Highly recommend if you are visiting Vancouver and Victoria for a short stay and want to see everything.

Scam! Tour didn't go to all the stops and it was in Chinese!
I booked through Trip Advisor however they sold it to a tour group called First Express Travel and the tour was in Chinese! The guide, Chris, tried to speak broken English but we couldn't understand him and eventually he would resort back to Chinese. Plus he didn't even stop at half of the stops that were listed nor did he explain anything- he was more like an Uber driver. The night before the tour Chris text stating to meet him earlier because he suddenly had more stops to make to pick up Chinese tourists. We now had to be there before 7am and spent over a hour just picking up others from their hotel even though when I booked there were only 2 stops you could pick from.Chris kept us on the bus most of the day, perhaps he was concerned about getting late if we made all the stops. Chris also told everyone that there was a mandatory cash service fee(tip) of $15 per person that he collected from every person. No where did the tour list an additional mandatory fee. I reported it to TripAdvisor and they forwarded it to Viator and they said they reached out to the tour company however I have not heard anything. I now have to dispute it with my credit card company since the service was not provided and essentially I was scammed. It definitely ruined our trip to Victoria which we were really looking forward towards.

      Butchart Gardens!
First time in BC and decided to hop on this Victoria City Tour. Organized, knowledgeable tour guide and just a easy and efficient way to get all the sites in if you are visiting for a short time and want to get some photo ops. Would recommend to other travelers.

Loved it all. Only downside was the information regarding meals during the trip. If you were not part of the meal plan, Tom was very unhelpful in that he would give no instructions on where else you could go except for Subway or MacDonalds. For example, for the stop in Merritt there is a lovely Mongolian Cafe just a block away where the food is cooked fresh. Also, when I asked if I could wait until we get to hotel, he said that the restaurant would be closed. Not true, they were open until 10pm so I had a very unpleasant quick meal in Subway when I could have had an enjoyable relaxed meal. That brings me to mention that we were always given only 45 or 50 mins to find, eat and return to the bus. In those periods we could have spent less time at the Ice wine tour and especially at the ginseng factory for more time for our meals.
All in all I loved being there and the places we visited but I would have preferred more time and more information in regards to other restaurants/ cafes etc.

The guide arrived promptly, and we were pleased to find the bus in a pristine condition. The instructions provided were concise and easy to follow, ensuring a seamless experience. Our guide, Tom, left a lasting impression with his charm, helpfulness, and extensive knowledge of the area. His passion for Rocky Mountain National Park was evident, and his insightful commentary made the journey truly captivating. The excursion was anything but monotonous; every moment held something new and exciting. Reflecting on the experience, I couldn't be happier that I decided to embark on this adventure.

We had an amazing tour of Banff and the Rocky Mountains. Our tour guide Johnson spoke fluent English and had an excellent sense of humor, making the experience even more enjoyable. The driver Mingdat skillfully navigated the roads, providing a smooth and comfortable journey. Moreover, the accommodation in Banff surpassed my expectations and was truly exceptional.

I had concerns about booking a non refundable trip, especially given the cost. Not sure why there is no option to cancel, but we took the chance that we wouldn’t have to change our plans.
Good communication straight away regarding purchasing additional excursions and a pre paid meal plan. Requested more info regarding menu choices, but not available.
Straight away it was obvious that this tour is very much geared towards the Asian travellers. The mandarin commentary seemed to overwhelmingly outweigh that of the English, and the choices for meal was predominately Asian cuisine if you paid upfront. If not, you had to scramble to fend for yourself to source an alternative and be back at the bus in time to leave at the designated time.
The places we went to were pretty awesome, with the exception of the ginseng factory - not our thing, but it was a lot of coach time with early starts and late nights and it often felt rushed especially when people couldn’t be bothered turning up at the correct time.
Repeatedly it felt that we, as the English speaking couple, were only told what was going on as an after thought.
The supposed ‘company policy’ of moving seats everyday was just plain annoying, even more so when a group refused on the second last day (guess where they were seated).
The hotels included were decent, but none included breakfast and you dont get time to enjoy any of the amenities.
We really enjoyed the places we visited, but would definitely do it under our own steam or with another company if we were to do it again in the future just to slow down the pace, have time to look around the towns and generally feel more included.
Tour guide was good, but a $120 enforced tip (listed as a service charge) isn’t right. Pay your people appropriately - we shouldn’t have to compensate your staff for long hours after we have already paid for our trip!
There is also no pick up or drop off to hotels in downtown Vancouver, so an additional cost to the tour.
If you are a nationality other than Chinese, I would recommend looking at other options

Terrible tour guide (Tom) who ruined the tour with his rudeness and pushiness. Tom was very focused on how much everything cost, how terrible each place was and what he didn’t like about things. Everything was very Asian focused (all meal plans were catered for Asian’s). Most dialogue was in asian. Tom was very pushy on buying all tours through him and how much he could save us on the trip money. The mandatory service fee per person per day is a joke. If I had my choice my whole tip would have gone on the driver who kept us safe and got us from A-B without a hitch. I would never recommend this tour for any non Asian person as it is not very Caucasian friendly.Even our tour stops were all Asian oriented (a ginger NG factory where everything is in asian).
I was totally fobbed off when I asked Tom a question and felt like I was an impost.
PLUS the night before we got a text message asking if we wanted to sit in the front row of the bus for an extra $80pp that we paid to him. Yep a tour of my lifetime was nothing but a money maker for tour guide. It was our second tour that we prebooked from Australia wirh this company because it sounded so good. Nope don’t be fooled like I was. Bloody terrible.

Four days spent in the stunning Rocky Mountains! This journey provided an excellent opportunity to explore all the captivating attractions within the park, while also enjoying the surrounding Banff area. Our guide, Bob, exhibited impressive expertise regarding the lake Louise mountains, wilflife and Banff National Park. Also the accommodation in the town of Banff was pleasant. Overall, we higly recommend this tour.

We had an incredible experience encountering a bear during our visit! Our guide, Tom, was truly exceptional, providing us with both valuable information and entertaining stories. He ensured that we explored the best parts of Banff National Park in a manner that was environmentally conscious. The breathtaking views we witnessed under his expert guidance were truly magical. Moreover, the hotels we stayed in exceeded our expectations and were fantastic. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this particular tour if you plan on visiting the Rockies and Banff National Park.

I would like to give a special shoutout to our tour guide, Tom, who was not only incredibly friendly but also highly experienced. Throughout our journey to Banff, we made several stops, and I must say that the long drives were absolutely worth it. We were treated to breathtaking scenes of waterfalls, mountains, and abundant wildlife. In fact, I even had a remarkable encounter with a black bear near one of the hotels we stayed at. Speaking of accommodations, the hotels exceeded our expectations, providing a truly above-average experience. It was incredibly relaxing and even had a touch of luxury. I highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a remarkable and rejuvenating experience.

Spectacular scenery that takes your breath away! This is the best way to experience the gorgeous Canadian Rockies. To visit 5 National parks, countless stunning lakes, waterfalls, glaciers, and more sites than you can fathom to seems impossible in just 4 days. First Express travel made it happen efficiently and with close attention to detail and customer interest. Tom, our tour guide were incredible and lovely driver Alex, giving us much knowledge and laughs along the way, they truly made the trip special. Our Hotel Canalta in Banff has that super cute atmosphere and the outdoor hot tubs were super nice to relax. I highly recommend this tour, thank you Tom and Alex!
