PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE MONEY AWAY. This company is front for thieves. I booked my initial trip for Jan 2, 2023. Its now September 20th and I still have not been able to use what i paid for. 30 min prior to them cancelling the first time, i got a text saying i should upgrade. i decline. 30 min later, the flight is cancelled due to bad weather in Toronto. That was one of the clearest days ever. Rebooked, a day before, called to cancel due to bad weather in Hamilton...(and its always the same guy that calls Nick). Its been literally 9 months, in that span of time i couldve had a baby, yet cant take a flight for 1h. Many times ive asked for a refund (this is where they show their true colours). They basically say they cant eat the cost but the customers should. It sucks that people work hard for their money and company's like this are stealing it. They are no better than the scammers on the phone. $560 just gone and i have nothing to show for it.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport we discovered that the flight had been cancelled. As we had no internet or phone access we did not pick this up. The excuse was that there were bad cross winds on the run way and the plane could not take off or land! BUT we were there, it was a glorious day with no wind at all, so it was an excuse. However we were able to go up in a helicopter with another company, so their gain. As we were leaving another person turned up for their flight, once again with no prior warning. I did get my refund promptly but if it wasn't for the helicopter company, I would have been fuming!!!

Breathtaking views and a private tour of the falls. Customer service is top notch and makes you feel like a VIP. Read the terms and keep in mind the extra fees to be paid the day-of, and ensure the weather is clear. Make sure you have extra time as there could be some delays. As long as you account of these things before hand, you will have an absolutely phenomenal time and get some of the best views of Niagara you'll ever see. My fiancée and I enjoyed it so much we plan on making this a yearly tradition at least!

We didn't get to go . There was a weight problem. They had the information when we filled out the forms to go. It took a hour after we was supposed to go to figure out that we wasn't going. My girlfriend was so upset. She was scared to go because of all to trouble it was.the advertising for this trip shoulded a jet and a limo bus .that wasn't the way it was going to be. They called the day before and wasn't to upgrade our trip. It was about twice as much. I did. That was a mistake. When we said we wasn't going. They didn't want to refund our money. They are supposed to return it. This was a very big disappointment. It ruined the last day of our vacation. It caused a big problem between us. She isn't got over it yet and I don't think she will. It wasted half a day that we could have done something else. I think I deserve some compassion for the trouble and the time it wasted of our vacation.

I booked this for last weekend through trip advisor for my girlfriend and I. I woke up the morning of the tour to an email from the tour operator, saying the tour is cancelled due to poor weather, low cloud cover and thunderstorm risk, and that they would be happy to rebook the tour with me for another date. I do not live in the area, and was only in the area for the weekend. I emailed them back, asking for a refund. This is where my experience with the tour operator went south. I was told they do not offer refunds due to weather cancellations, and that the booking website says they do not offer these types of refunds. Finally, the tour operator phoned me, but not until after I had put a refund request into trip advisor. There, I was directed to where it shows they do not offer a refund for weather related cancellations. One would think this information would be in their cancellation policy, but it isn't. It is hidden under additional information. I finally received a refund for the cost of the tour, minus $25 per person (so $50 in total), to help the tour operator recoup the costs incurred. I honestly do not have any idea what costs they would have incurred for a tour cancellation on their part. I was also told that the $50 they kept will be available to me as a credit, should I book a tour within the next year. I should have checked the weather forecast a little better, and cancelled the tour myself prior to 24 hours before the start time of the tour. I could at least have gotten all of my money back. Due to my experience dealing with this tour operator, I would highly recommend that, should a tour be booked through them, that you first ensure the weather will be absolutely perfect for the flight! Otherwise, good luck dealing with this company for refunds. As well, based on my dealings with this tour operator, I would not recommend booking through them! Find another tour operator in the area.

Amazing experience with iflytoto. We did the private experience with just 2 of us and the pilot for a 2 hour flight and it was worth it. Beautiful views and great accommodations from the team

The tour of downtown Toronto was amazing. The pilots did an amazing job too. The flight was amazing and very smooth.

This was an amazing experience, I got to fly in a small airplane around downtown Toronto. The pilots where very friendly , they were very experienced in their job making it a lot less scary and nerve racking

Beautiful views over the falls. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. Our pilot was a flight instructor and did a very smooth flight. Will do again for sure

Awesome experience. We took the upgrade and the pictures were exceptional. Pilot and staff were super friendly and accommodated us around weather. Highly recommend.

The experience was good and I enjoyed it. It would have been a better experience if the pilots were prepared for the riders and the equipment worked. We were 15 mins early to the time needed and the pilots did not show until 15 mins after the appointment time and was confused on who was going in what plane. Also tried to dictate who was going in what plane. So we get into the plane and the head sets did not work. So we rode around in a plane with no info or “tour” of anything!!! Luckily I did other tours that were better and knew the area. Just sucked talking to myself and not hearing anyone or anything.

I upgraded to the flight with just the pilot & our party of two. The upgrade was $75 each & was advertised for an extra hour. For a total of two hours. First I need to stress the pilot was doing what he was supposed to do. However the plane was basically falling apart. Terrible experience! The seat is broken, the interior side wall panels are pealing off the plane. It was a hot day so the plane ride was hot as well. ( No AC) would not recommend the upgrade. We did have nice views.

Amazing experience love the pilot and the people. Very transparent and fast service. We really loved our time up in the sky
