Ziptrek tours is a very slick operation for sure. Our guides Lea and Maude were absolutely outstanding. Their enthusiasm was contagious and that really enhanced our zipline experience. It is a solid 3 hours that you partner zip lining and some small hikes in one of the most picturesque spots in Tremblant especially as the leaves are turning color now. These ladies had our group of 13 being best of friends by the end of the tour as we encouraged each other from start to finish as this zip line is like no other i have ever done. It is high and it is long from start to finish, with the most amazing views. From start to finish safety was strictly enforced and you only had to worry about enjoying yourself.
My only negative would be the go pro camera given to us at the start, at no time did anyone inform us it would be 50. dollars to buy your film, which we did as we wanted the memories.
Overall, I highly recommend doing the full 3 hours.
Thanks for a great day. Monica

In general I would recommend this tour. There are some things you should know. You will be hiking mountainous terrain. This first hike between zips is mostly down hill and being cautious of your footing is important. The second hike however, is much more difficult. It has a significant uphill climb and a down hill decent. You will be in the woods, on rock faces and surfaces can be slick and uneven. I think they could do a better job advising guests of this part of the tour both in their marketing write-up and during orientation. Not everyone wants to have this extreme of a hike. We consider ourselves advanced zipliners, having completed over 40 different locations throughout North America and the Caribbean, including the sister zip in Whistler, BC. The Whistler tour was much better experience, not to say this wasn't good, because it was...just not prepared for the full experience. The ziplining itself was very good. We felt safe at all times. The guides were excellent. I feel the tour could be improved by removing the two hikes and installing ziplines. Even the walk from the last platform to the village could use another zip and I think do a great deal to offer exposure to those in the village who might not even be aware of the tour. Zipping over the luge track toward the Fairmount would give great exposure and reduce the hike greatly.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad to hear you had fun on our tour, we are however sorry you feel that way about our hikes. We view them as an immersive experience to see and enjoy the fauna and flower that are in Mont-Tremblant national park. We will take your comments in consideration and will make changes in the way we market our course so participants know what they are getting into. As for our another zipline that goes over the luge track, we can certainly look into it for the future as it would in fact be great exposure. Thanks for the suggestion.
We hope to see you again soon!
Cheers,

This activity was the highlight of our trip to Mont Tremblant. All of the Ziptrek guides especially Nickolas, and staff were so professional, patient, kind and funny too. We felt totally safe during the entire experience and the guides helped us to feel at ease especially as we prepared for the first zip line. Starting at the top of the mountain can feel a little overwhelming but after the first zip, you know what to expect and as long as you are not afraid of heights, it is a very fun experience. The views are incredible and "flying" through the sky is exhilarating. My 12 and 14 year old children had a blast too.
I would agree with those who commented on the hike to the last zip line being slightly challenging. The length and slope of the hike took some effort but what might be of greater concern to some is the rocky terrain that you have to navigate. I was able to do it with a broken toe although I was very cautious with my footing. However, I was glad that my husband who has a bad knee from past injuries did not join us. He would have been really nervous and uncomfortable during the hike. Just something to keep in mind for anyone with physical limitations. For me, it was totally worth being out of breath and slow during the hike to enjoy this incredible experience.
If you want to bring your phone, make sure you have pockets that zip to hold your phone. I used the Go Pro from Ziptrek while I was zipping but was glad to have my phone with me as well to video my kids zipping while I was on the platform.

Amazing experience all around. Checkin was smooth, guides were great, loved the zip line and hikes. Safety was top notch. 100% going again! They give you a go pro and charge $35 for the memory card, well worth it. Make sure you wear good shoes for hiking.

From meeting the guides, then the gondola ride up to the 1st zipline you start off quick. After a zip line to the 2nd tower, you will know that you chose the right tour. The 2nd zip line is a nice and long with fantastic views. After this line and 3 more, with 2 short hikes joining them you will be wanting more. We brought our 2 older teenagers here and this excursion did not disapppoint. We were all thrilled with the experience and getting to know the all the guides during the 3 hours really enhanced the experience. Thanks again to Maude, Maelle and Alexis for making this experience for our family one we will not soon forget.

Great zip lining adventure with our three teens (ages 18,16 &15). It does involve a fair amount of hiking through the woods, both up hill and down hill, with your harness donned and carrying along the zip line device, so be prepared for the hikes (~15 mins each). The zip lines were terrifying for me but honestly I was the only one screaming her head off. And even for me, once I got about half way through each zip line, it became more fun and less terrifying. Overall, a fun family activity, which was well run with responsible, safety conscious guides. 3 hour adventure - 5 zip lines in all.

Awesome experience overall. Mesmerizing view with cool breeze on top of the mountain. It's a guided tour with 5 zipline stations.
Reaching on top: Gondola is used to get visitors on the peak and that's where the first zipline station is located.
Visitors will be accompanied by two guides. Guides will be there throughout the tour along with the group.
There's a little trail/trek after every station.
Some lines are around 1 km long and you can attain speed of around 100kmph.
Time taken: 4 hours approx
Jason and Florence were the guides of my ziptrek trip.
Both are friendliest people I've ever met. They were fun to interact with ( the picture below speaks for itself). Taught them some phrases of my mother tongue( Gujarati) and they were happy to learn and repeat it.

Wow! An amazing experience. We were lucky to have a beautiful autumn day, blue skies and peak fall colours. The guides were friendly and everything was set up for safety. My kids and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Ziptrek Tremblant for a memorable experience.

I had an amazing time doing the zipline activity with Ziptrek! It was honestly the perfect fall day and the view was breath taking ❤️ I would truly recommend this to anyone who wants thats thrilling sensation and do something fun and face some fears. That was my exact goal when doing this activity and I was so happy to have accomplished it. The ziplining trainers were very friendly and highly professional, we all felt completely safe. I will definitely be going back again and the fall season is by far the best time of year for the most beautiful scenic experience!

We booked on a Friday and the weather was a little sketchy. The company emailed heaps of information and called the day before to confirm and warn us about the weather. It ended up being fine if chilly, and the guides were great. Informative, safe, enthusiastic and supportive. But not over the top and pushy. There are 5 ziplines starting with a short one, and 2 of them are over 1km. You get up a heap of speed and the views are incredible. There are a few hikes between the towers and they are nice too.

Are there any weight restrictions, or age restrictions? My husband weighs 290. My grandson is 13. Also, do you offer package discounts, for maybe 10 people? How far in advance would we need to book for a group of 10 who will be there for the Ironman?
Thanks!

Hello,
I did the Ziptrek experience last summer with my kids, aged 9, 11 and 14 at the time and we did it all together. What a thrill !!
So your 13 year-old son can do it, assuming he weighs more than 75 pounds (34 kg) and that he is accompanied - kids under 15 must be with an adult.
However, I believe the maximum weight is 275 pounds (125 kg), so you'll have to ask about your husband to see if they can make an exception.
Finally, Ironman is a busy time in Tremblant, so I would definitely plan to reserve in advance. I had booked my Ziptrek two months in advance, and we did it the weekend right after Ironman, at the end of August.
Hope this helps,
FG
