      Zip line fun
We really enjoyed the afternoon trip, lasting almost 3 hours. The safety introduction and care taken to explain the equipment was excellent. The trip up in the gondola to the top was scenic, but then the zip lines were exhilarating. The first was 600m and the next two even longer. There were a couple of forest walks between stations which added to the fun! The age range of participants was wide but this wasn’t an issue at all. We thoroughly recommend this activity.

      One hell of a ride.
So worth every moment. It was definitely a cold day but was still very worth it. Staff were very friendly and execution was worth every penny. Thanks

It was a blast and you have to do it. It was so worth the money for what you get.
This definitely an experience. I have done some zip lining all around. I can definitely say this was my most favourite one yet. What a beautiful time of year with fall. The view was of course spectacular and we were even entertained while waiting for a zip line as another group was using it. The staff were so friendly and courteous. I wish I could remember the names of the leaders. They were so good and friendly.

What a rush!! Guides were amazing!! Safety first all the way. Check and recheck connections and harnesses at each take off platform. Good knowledge of wind affects and requirements for each zip. Lots of positive energy. Great group!!

      Rip off..not worth the money
We took the "express" because it was the beat price. Still, it came to 58$ / person with taxes. It was supposed to be ziplining for 1.5 hours. Well the first half hour was getting everyone geared up. Once we got to the top, we had to go as a group, and so we could zipline ONLY the first of 5 segments. AND YOU ONLY ZIPLINE ONE TIME!! So we paid 58$ for approx 15 seconds of zipping?! Also you only zipline for about 2/3 of the line because the other 1/3 is for breaking. Once over, we had to wait until our entire group of 14 finished, which took a good half hour or more. Once everyone was done, we had to walk back and remove the gear. Definitely not the thrill I expected, and definitely not worth 58$ for 15 seconds. The best part: the gondola ride and views at the top.

This zipline was one of the highlights of our trip through the east side of Canada. Just 3.8 km of ziplining! Just amazing.

30th Anniversary Fun - Creating Great Memories!
We wanted to do some things exciting to commemorate our 30th anniversary and zip lining was one of them. We had a terrific time. The company/guides were professional, organized, encouraging, friendly, totally bilingual, knowledgeable about ecology/sustainability, safety focused... The equipment was comfortable and they had a great breaking system so that you don’t have to worry about breaking yourself. One of the zips was the 2nd longest in Canada..wooohoo! You really can’t bring any extra bags, water bottles, clothes you are not going to wear, fanny belts, etc. But they have a bin that you put things in before you go up the gondola. There is water provided during the 3 hours but no washroom facilities. A great experience and one to always remember our 30th anniversary by.

      Awesome!
Such a great time for all! Very organized and well run. Zip lines were very exciting. Hikes between lines were s little more than a casual walk, but not over burdensome.

      Too crowded for price paid
And, too much waiting around. The zip-lines are fun, but actual zipping is just a small portion of your time. 95% is standing around waiting for your turn, hiking to the next outpost and the guides’ regaling you with environmental tales of woe. We paid $690.68 CAN for a group of 6. Perhaps we were expecting too much for that much money.

      A MUST DO!!!!
First a big thanks to your guides Maude and Floyd who were very friendly, knowledgable and professional with our safety always in mind. I am afraid of heights but decided this was worth the effort and boy was it ever. You see and experience feelings out of this world. The worst part is stepping off the platform (even though you are strapped in!) Once on the zip you are traveling eighty kilometers (?) or more an hour down a steep incline and the ride is exhilarating. You do have to one walk which is a bit demanding ... uneven terrain and steep climbs. The vistas and the views were absolutely beautiful. We competed the trek early July so the bugs were really bad. Wear bug spray. Cannot say enough about the company. and their employees. Everyone was professional. If you can take your Gopro! They will strap it onto your helmet. Thanks Ziptrek

Breathtaking -Awesome - not for the faint of heart! (be ready to WALK)
The vistas on this activity are truly amazing –the staff was very friendly and upbeat professional with our safety always in mind. You get to the top of the mountains and begin your zip track journey from a vantage point that few people around the area will see without being in an airplane or helicopter. Once you’re strapped in the first zip line I believe is just under one kilometer long and you are high above the trees I would estimate a hundred feet or more from the ground and you are traveling eighty kilometers or more an hour down a steep incline but fear not you will survive and the ride is exhilarating. I believe there was two of these zip lines that were over one kilometer long one of them I believe was 1.74 kms long. Bear in mind this is not for the faint of heart both for the incredible zip line experience that will push your fear factor to the max but also you must have running shoes and be in good shape to walk between the different launching points as you are walking up and down hill through very uneven rocky – tree root outcropping terrain. We did this on a really warm July day and at the end I was ready to have several large cold adult beverages and they went down smooth as silk. Again if you’re not up for the big walk in between the different zip lines don’t attempt this ‘cause that is the most physically demanding part. The vistas and the views once again are breathtaking and absolutely beautiful the equipment was well maintained the instruction along the way was wonderful great bunch of young people doing a fabulous job.

      Amazing!
Went with my wife. The longest (by far) zip lines I have ever been on. Great eco tour also, with explanations of sustainability issues. Be aware that the tour involves walking also (2 sets of walks, the second being around 25 minutes). So need to be reasonably fit, but will be OK for most people. Really enjoyed it.

      Great group fun!
Our group of 29 (from 7-50 years of age) had an incredible time! From our friendly greeting from France, our group tour rep, to the amazing adventure and views, we loved every minute. The five zip experience is awesome and gets better with each one. We enjoyed hiking as well and the many photo opportunities it created. Highly recommend this activity!

Ziptrek tours is a very slick operation for sure. Our guides Lea and Maude were absolutely outstanding. Their enthusiasm was contagious and that really enhanced our zipline experience. It is a solid 3 hours that you partner zip lining and some small hikes in one of the most picturesque spots in Tremblant especially as the leaves are turning color now. These ladies had our group of 13 being best of friends by the end of the tour as we encouraged each other from start to finish as this zip line is like no other i have ever done. It is high and it is long from start to finish, with the most amazing views. From start to finish safety was strictly enforced and you only had to worry about enjoying yourself.
My only negative would be the go pro camera given to us at the start, at no time did anyone inform us it would be 50. dollars to buy your film, which we did as we wanted the memories.
Overall, I highly recommend doing the full 3 hours.
Thanks for a great day. Monica

Such a fun activity and definitely worth the price as well! With our family reunion, the cousins really wanted to go zip lining and we had a full group of 6 from rhe family attend. This was the first time zip lining for everybody (any other previous zip lining experiences were really short or in the city) and it was so much fun. Our guides Nathan and Justin were so kind, very chatty and ensure that we felt safe and were having fun throughout. Overall a fun activity that is perfect for people of all ages!

Awesome experience overall. Mesmerizing view with cool breeze on top of the mountain. It's a guided tour with 5 zipline stations.
Reaching on top: Gondola is used to get visitors on the peak and that's where the first zipline station is located.

Visitors will be accompanied by two guides. Guides will be there throughout the tour along with the group.
    There's a little trail/trek after every station.

Some lines are around 1 km long and you can attain speed of around 100kmph.

    Time taken: 4 hours approx
Jason and Florence were the guides of my ziptrek trip.
Both are friendliest people I've ever met. They were fun to interact with ( the picture below speaks for itself). Taught them some phrases of my mother tongue( Gujarati) and they were happy to learn and repeat it.

This activity was the highlight of our trip to Mont Tremblant. All of the Ziptrek guides especially Nickolas, and staff were so professional, patient, kind and funny too. We felt totally safe during the entire experience and the guides helped us to feel at ease especially as we prepared for the first zip line. Starting at the top of the mountain can feel a little overwhelming but after the first zip, you know what to expect and as long as you are not afraid of heights, it is a very fun experience. The views are incredible and "flying" through the sky is exhilarating. My 12 and 14 year old children had a blast too.

I would agree with those who commented on the hike to the last zip line being slightly challenging. The length and slope of the hike took some effort but what might be of greater concern to some is the rocky terrain that you have to navigate. I was able to do it with a broken toe although I was very cautious with my footing. However, I was glad that my husband who has a bad knee from past injuries did not join us. He would have been really nervous and uncomfortable during the hike. Just something to keep in mind for anyone with physical limitations. For me, it was totally worth being out of breath and slow during the hike to enjoy this incredible experience.

If you want to bring your phone, make sure you have pockets that zip to hold your phone. I used the Go Pro from Ziptrek while I was zipping but was glad to have my phone with me as well to video my kids zipping while I was on the platform.

From meeting the guides, then the gondola ride up to the 1st zipline you start off quick. After a zip line to the 2nd tower, you will know that you chose the right tour. The 2nd zip line is a nice and long with fantastic views. After this line and 3 more, with 2 short hikes joining them you will be wanting more. We brought our 2 older teenagers here and this excursion did not disapppoint. We were all thrilled with the experience and getting to know the all the guides during the 3 hours really enhanced the experience. Thanks again to Maude, Maelle and Alexis for making this experience for our family one we will not soon forget.

We had an excellent experience ziplining in Mont Tremblant today. Our guides, Iris and Jason, were such a delight: they were energetic and entertaining and went the extra mile to encourage and calm our 9 year old when she was scared at the start. They kept the walks interesting and engaging.

We booked on a Friday and the weather was a little sketchy. The company emailed heaps of information and called the day before to confirm and warn us about the weather. It ended up being fine if chilly, and the guides were great. Informative, safe, enthusiastic and supportive. But not over the top and pushy. There are 5 ziplines starting with a short one, and 2 of them are over 1km. You get up a heap of speed and the views are incredible. There are a few hikes between the towers and they are nice too.

Very exciting experience. The view was excellent at each Ziptrek. Initially it was scary for us but hats off to the staff who were taking all care to ensure our safety. Also, while we were waiting for our turn in tension, they were constantly chatting with us, creating friendly environment, easing the tension. Their job is really tough one. Mostly they are students but the energy and strength they have is applauding. We had to do 5 Ziptrecks, when we reach at the end of each ziptrek, they used to pull her which required lot of effort. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the Ziptrek and will definitely visit again with more friends.

What an Amazing experience! The tour guides Nathan and Jennifer were out of this world and made the entire experience so memorable- especially for our kids who had to ride tandem with them. The zip lines are incredible, I highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a great adventure during your stay at Mont Tremblant!

Ziplining was on my bucket list and I'm delighted to have done it. The guides were excellent and I felt very safe with them. What exhausted me was the treks through the woods from one station to the next, and the descent from the last station to the departure point. The paths were strewn with rocks and the roots of trees and, as a senior, I was afraid of falling. I cannot imagine how I would have returned to civilization had I sprained an ankle, or worse, broken a leg. Nevertheless, I survived and would strongly recommend the experience to sure-footed, younger tourists.

Hello K David B, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your experience with us and that we were a part of knocking another item off the bucket list! At Ziptrek we do keep our trail au natural. As an ecotourism company, we try to minimize our impact on the environment as much as possible. We consider this in every aspect of our operations from the wood we use for platforms to our trail system throughout the forest. The trails are considered moderate and can be a little tough for some, however, we do pride ourselves in being an activity for all ages. All though you may have felt a little off-balance on some of the trails you should feel nothing but pride for finishing the full course and unknowingly you helped us continue to be an ecotourism activity for all ages. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review and we are happy to be part of a bucket list item. Cheers, The Ziptrek Team
