- Youths must be accompanied by an adult.
- All participants must know how to swim.
- No expectant mothers
- This activity requires some physical exertion.
- Participants will meet at the base camp and can leave a bag there.
- Our base camp is between Ottawa and Montreal near the Ontario border. (1 hr 15 min from Tremblant and 1 hour 15 minutes from Montreal or Ottawa.)
- Minimum age is 6 years old
- Near public transportation
- Not recommended for travellers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travellers can participate
