About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- T7745AVmichaelf0 contributionsA must do when you are in London!Eugene was most entertaining and very knowledgeable about the history of our destinations! Ricardo got us to each site safely and on time. His ability to maneuver the tight streets was miraculous! We loved everything about this tour. Definitely recommend!!!Written February 6, 2025
- V4833MBdavidg0 contributionsAction packed and InformativeWe really enjoyed this tour!! Be prepared for a full day and very action-packed and very time sensitive tour. Cuz we're seeing so many things and the span of 12 hours or so obviously timing is critical if things run 10 minutes late for each location that's an additional hour of time. We were first in line for Windsor Castle. Eugene and Ricardo really provided great service. Eugene has an excellent working knowledge of every topic that he discussed from ancient history as well more modern history. It was a real pleasure and we enjoyed his commentary and insights. We recommend this tour. PS The lunch was good as well.Written February 6, 2025
- kimberlymB6011QA0 contributionsThe tour itself was great, but the transportation was notThe Harry Potter exhibit itself was amazing. I’d do it again. The information after booking with transportation was correct but there was a lot of confusion by everyone about whether we were at the correct pick up gate. There are no signs until just before boarding and there is no one from premium tours until just before boarding. The bus driver was not helpful. You don’t get your entry tickets until you get off the bus at the studio which made people a bit nervous. Then we had to take a photo of the bus license plate when getting off to ensure we got back on the correct bus as they came and went to pick up others but we had to return on the same bus.Written February 6, 2025

- DagnyO0 contributionsI do recommend this tourIt was fun to sneak a peek behind the scenes. We arrived earlier than expected and got to have a cup of coffee and browse the store before going in to see the "magic" behind the Harry Potter films. They calculated the time perfectly, so we went through the tour, got to do all the extra stuff - like finding all the golden snitches and fairies, and had our lunch in the middle of the tour, and we still had enough time to browse and shop at the end of it and had about ten minutes to spare before we had to go back to the bus. The ride home was altered due to Chinese New Year road closures, but the driver's alterations went smoothly, and I think everybody was happy with them.Written February 4, 2025
- Z200BWsamantham0 contributionsAmazing experienceThis experience was absolutely amazing, We took our 14year old son and he loved it, he has a hidden disability and they where absolutely fab with him, he didn't have to que, there is a sensory room that they can fo and have a child moment too. All in all the experience was fantastic and staff where awesome 👌Written February 4, 2025
- mmhuish0 contributionsInclusive, Excellent staff and a great place to visit! It was a wonderful experience, we’ve been many times before but what stood out for us was the very helpful and kind Kieran. He took time to show my husband how to pull the mandrakes up, he also tried to guide my husband and spoke with a kind, caring nature and was not rushing us at all. My husband has Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s and people like Kieran make outdoor experiences all the more special and memorable. We were in the second half of the tour (animatronics and set deigns) Luca approached us and shared gems and secrets from the sets. He was very knowledgeable and kind too - he had finished his shift but took the time to show us things in each section. Thank you to both Kieran and Luca - you’re an asset to studio tour! They made the whole experience inclusive, unlike other places who do not make experiences inclusive.Written February 4, 2025
- chongk7220 contributionsOverwhelmingly too longWe went with the premier tour group, and had finished the tour in less than 2 hours, even after eating lunch. The tour was overwhelmingly too long as it took at least an hour to get there, and another hour to get back, total 6-7 hours anticipated time. We thought we would be stuck at the studio for 4 hours, as we had to wait for the rest of the group to finish and bus to get us back to London. Luckily, we were able to take a different bus back and leave earlier through the train (expect to spend at least additional $40 for each person for train). It wasn't as exciting as we thought it was going to be, it was too crowded. The best part was the butter beer!Written February 3, 2025
- Rebecca Y0 contributionsGreat studio, not enough timeWe attended this tour yesterday and we really loved the studio, it was absolutely magical but would recommend to anyone to drive or transport yourself there to spend an entire day! We found this particular tour with transport, to not be worth the money we paid. The bus to the studio was convenient, but on disembarking we were advised multiple times that we needed to be back at the bus 10minutes prior to our particular departure. We were given 4 hours from the moment we arrived to explore the studio which we thought would be more than enough. However, it took almost 20 minutes to get off the bus and be issued our tickets. We then had to wait in line again for security, which took another 20minutes (at least) and then once we finally got inside we had to wait in line again for another good amount of time to actually enter the tour. After all this waiting we felt that we needed to rush our tour and did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, all because we were so scared to not be back at the bus in time. Every demonstration or activity all had massive lines so we felt we had to miss out on these. Although we loved the studio, we would not organise this kind of tour again, and advise everyone to be aware of how long you will need to spend in line.Written February 2, 2025

Deciding to see these sites we're the no brainer, but booking through this tour company made it affordable and easy. Lisa, our guide, was a pleasure to listen to: with engaging facts and history narrated with the right amout of humor and the right amount of silence in between. Wasammy is a hero behind the wheel, bringing us off the beaten path to avoid traffic and get better views. I feel like I jam packed my one free day in the most cost efficient way. Easy booking, nice bus, and Lisa with the patient follow through, making sure everyone had what they needed me and all questions were answered- I confidently recommend this trip

James and Florian's Stonehenge and Bath tour was a fantastic experience. Their passion for history and archaeology was evident in their informative and engaging commentary. The well-paced itinerary allowed ample time to explore both sites, while Florian's safe driving ensured a smooth journey. The high-quality experience and the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable guides made it a worthwhile investment.

We had a wonderful time on a tour run by Chris. It was probably the best way to see Stonehenge and Bath, with an ideal balance between structure and freedom.
The tour left at 8:15am and arrived at Stonehenge around 10:30/45. They communicated really clearly about meeting at 11:55, and this was plenty of time to see the stones, walk around a little bit, see the exhibition, and have a snack. We arrived in Bath at about 1 and were told to meet at 4:55. We arrived back in London around 7:30.
The tour guide told us a number of interesting facts throughout the trip, but there was also plenty of time to relax/rest on each leg of the journey. Everything went smoothly throughout the day. Note: you aren’t supposed to bring hot food or drink on the bus.
We got the Roman Baths ticket (as most people did) and enjoyed it, but it wasn’t so breathtaking that you absolutely need to go. I loved the Jane Austen Museum, being really into her works, and I would recommend fans either to pre-book that option or to visit at the beginning of the afternoon to reserve a spot for later. I did a 4:00 tour and managed to finish at 4:45 (but could have enjoyed staying longer!). If you walk even a few minutes away from the center of town, you can find less crowded restaurants for lunch. My partner really liked the Abbey (tickets not too expensive), but check ahead of time about Evensong service times if you plan to go; there also tends to be a queue there.
We aren’t always into group tours, but this was an excellent choice!

Tour was great, we did the Stonehenge and Roman baths. Plenty of time at Stonehenge, roughly 90 minutes. Then 4 hours in bath, we had lunch then went to shops for about a hour, after met up at the Roman Baths. Did the tour which was fantastic, then roamed the shops for a little while longer then met back up and our guide took us up to the Royal Crescent. Steve our guide was incredibly knowledgeable of everything our route had, had a great sense of humor and made sure we knew our way back to the hotel after we ended the tour on Gloucester Road. The tour bus we had was a double decker and very comfortable and our driver Gary kept everything very smooth. I would definitely do the tour again and would recommend everyone to do it as well, if anything you get to see Stonehenge and have 4 hours at bath to yourself with transportation. Your guide gives you the option to do everything you paid for or you can go off by yourself and you just need to meet back up for the ride back to London.

We had an incredible experience on our tour to Stonehenge, Windsor, and Bath, thanks to our amazing guide, James, and Fabian, our skilled driver. James was not only extremely knowledgeable about each location but also kept us entertained with his witty humor and fascinating insights. He shared so much history in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Fabian ensured a smooth and comfortable ride throughout, making our day completely stress-free. This tour exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore these beautiful sites with true professionals!

The Roman Baths were amazing however we were so disappointed with our Stonehenge experience. Our guide Nicholas said we would have plenty of time at the site. He gave us a time to be back on the bus and stressed that if we weren't back by then, we would be left behind. There were loads of other people there in addition to our packed coach. By the time we walked to the shuttle bus, waited in the queue and were driven to the stones, we felt we could only spend at most 5 minutes at the stones and couldn't afford to walk right around the structure. We took two hurried pictures and left to get the shuttle bus back. The queueing and getting back took ages also. We only spent 5 minutes in the shop as we didn't want to be left behind. We would have loved to have spent longer at the stones and in the shop. We arrived back on the bus at the appointed time. The sad thing is that Nicholas then waited a further 20 minutes plus for stragglers. We wouldn't have hurried back if we had known. The whole day was ruined for us. We had traveled from the other side of the globe and Stonehenge was to be a trip highlight. We probably won't make it back again and our memory of it is a rushed glimpse. Nicholas should never have said a leaving time that he was not going to stick to and told us he would not wait and then do the complete opposite. Those of us that got back on time were disadvantaged and our experience spoiled. Very, very sad.

I had a fantastic time on the Stonehenge and Bath tour! Nicolas, our guide, was absolutely brilliant—so witty, cheerful, and full of fascinating knowledge about the sites. He made history come alive with his storytelling and kept us entertained throughout the day. Gary, our driver, was equally wonderful. He was super friendly, drove smoothly, and made everyone feel comfortable during the trip. Thanks to him, the journey between locations was relaxing.
Everything was well-organized, and the combination of Nicolas’s energy and Gary’s professionalism made the day unforgettable. I highly recommend this tour if you want a fun, informative, and stress-free experience! As someone who has traveled all over the world and joined tours many times, I can attest to its quality for sure.

We are an older couple on our first - and probably only - overseas trip and, although based in London for a few weeks, we were keen to see some iconic places outside London. This tour did not disappoint. Despite the heaving crowds at Victoria Coach Station (NYE weekend, need I say more), the on-site staff were friendly and efficient and we were on the coach and heading out of London without delay. Our tour guide, Magnus, provided a fluent and interesting commentary along the way and Andre, our driver, calmly navigated us through London traffic and intermittent rain.
We had plenty of time at both attractions and Magnus was highly visible and helpful. I would recommend this tour unreservedly to anyone keen on experiencing something truly memorable. Thank you, Magnus, Andre, Premium Tours and Christine, at Flight Centre (Westfield Penrith NSW) for arranging such a great day for us.

I couldn't visit London without seeing the Stonehenge prehistoric monument site. I chose Premium Tours after reading Trip Advisor reviews and we weren't disappointed. We purchased tickets for the Stonehenge and Bath Day Tour three weeks before our departure from the U.S. and I am glad we did. After arriving to Victoria Station there were masses of people waiting in line for all of the Premium Tours that were offered on Sunday. I forgot to call in advance to let the company know we were still coming, as it is directed on the email, but our names were on the company's list and we were relieved. Our tour guide was a male, I can't remember his name and our bus driver was Nuno. We felt comfortable on the bus and were treated well from the departure to our return to London. I wasn't sure if I would get motion sickness or not by riding on the 2nd floor of the bus, but I was fine.
I was so excited as the bus pulled into the driveway in Wiltshire. I met another American tourist (not in our group) on the shuttle ride to Stonehenge and she mentioned how excited I was. We walked around and took pictures and read the fact markers. After leaving the site we went to the gift shop so that I could purchase a souvenir. We walked back to the bus to prepare for the second leg of the trip to Bath. The English countryside on the way to Bath was scenic. Bath was the epitome of a historical English village. The tour guide explained why the same stone was used throughout the village and mentioned that one of the homes was used during the filming of "Bridgerton." Touring the Roman Baths wasn't a part of our package, so we toured Bath on our on by visiting the Bath Abbey and taking the hop on and off tour in Bath. We ate lunch at Nando's which was also on my bucket list.
On the return to London after a long day of touring, the tour guide announced to everyone that we would have to walk to Victoria Station because the bus driver needed to return the bus to the bus lot before a certain time and wouldn't be able to take us to Victoria. We were disappointed about that, considering we weren't informed of this upfront. We paid expecting a return to Victoria Station, especially since we paid for parking there and were exhausted from having a full day. We ended up taking the tube to Victoria Station.
Overall, the trip was the ultimate tourist destination dream. I couldn't believe that I actually visited historical sites that I saw pictures of in history books, magazines, and television. If I were to do anything differently again, it would be to split up the trip one day in Stonehenge and one day in Bath. Maybe the tour company should do a overnight trip to stay in Bath (tourists would stay at a hotel), and return to London the next morning. Just a suggestion. I would recommend Premium Tours for anyone who is interested in learning more about Stonehenge and Bath.

I have done tours to Stonehenge and Bath in the past and I never felt like I had enough time in Bath, but this tour gave us ample time to explore the city.
Jasmine was a fantastic tour guide. She kept us entertained and engaged with history and humor. She made sure we knew what time we had to be back at the bus, so we weren't waiting on late commers.
At Stonehenge, it's a bit of a distance from where the bus parks to the actual circle, but the shuttle buses run frequently, and one was pulling up as we arrived. We had plenty of time to see the stone circle, the visitors centre, shop, and grab something to eat.
We had the perfect amount of time in Bath. Jasmine took us on a walking tour of the city before we had free time to go to the Roman Baths, grab a bun a Sally Lunn's, and check out a few shops.
We returned to London in the early evening.
The tour never felt rushed, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to do both things in one day.

Hi, does the entrance to Stonehenge include access to the inner circle?
Written May 26, 2024
if you mean the ability to get right up and touch the stones, then no. The Stonehenge trip included the interesting museum/visitor's center and a bus ride up to the mound with the stones, but we were held back behind a barrier by (I would guess about 30-50 feet or so).

Hi, once the coach is depart from Victoria coach station, the first stop is at Stonehenge or Bath? Because the first stop that the itinerary posted is to Bath first. Appreciate your replies please.

Bath was first - lunch at a great restaurant. And then Stonehenge!

Stonehenge is free for children under 5. I’m not sure about the actual bus tour. I imagine if they are using a seat, you may have to pay. Est to enquire when you book.
Written August 8, 2023
If I book the Roman Bath add on, how much free time is left to see Bath? When does the bus arrive in Bath? Is there an option to just include Stonehenge and see Bath on my own?
Written July 3, 2023
We had maybe an hour or two of free time in Bath after the Roman Baths. Enough time to wander the shops, but not have a leisurely meal or anything (we got a quick meal that was meh). Unfortunately we couldn’t control our entry time to the Baths and it was in the middle of our visit to Bath so not the best time wise. If you really want to explore and have a leisurely lunch I’d skip the Baths. Or grab food at Stonehenge and eat on the bus so your free time won’t be wasted on food.

How much walking is necessary for this trip? I have problems on my feet and would need to sit often.

Around what time is the Bath tour? I am buying the tour entry ticket separately because it is much cheaper than their add on.

Hi,
The Roman Bath tour is at 2.45pm. After entry, it's actually free and easy on your own.

Hi, what time does this tour end? I know it says 11h30mins, does it mean it ends at 7:30pm? Thanks.

We returned from the tour at around 7:30 p.m., as it is approximately a 2 1/2 hour trip back to London from Bath.

Hello for the stonehenge tour, is it a inner circle tour? What is the difference between a inner circle tour and a non inner circle tour? Does the ticket dictate where you can go? Thankss :)

We were able to tour Stonehenge at your own pace. You have about two and a half hours. The tickets are given to you once you arrive and you can tour the museum and actual site. I hope that helps!

I am wondering if this tour offers buses with toilet facilities. Would appreciate any advice you might be able to offer. Thank you!

Hi
I see the option of visiting Roman Bath or Jane Austen Museum.I would like to visit both, but I assume that just one of them is included in the tour. May I visit that is not included paying my ticket? .How much time will I have to visit them Austen Museum and having tea ?.Thank you

I guess you might be able to do it. After the Roman baths, our guide took us to a walking tour of the city. It took maybe 45-60 mins. Maybe you should write the tour company and check out with them if that time frame will be enough for your visit at the Jane Eyre Museum. The city is very walkable and everything seemed close by. Good luck.
