As the music blares from an onboard speaker, you’ll pass landmarks, such as The Shard, City Hall, HMS Belfast, and Canary Wharf. Once you’re past Tower Bridge, the speed restriction is lifted and you’ll go full-throttle, as your skipper delivers twists and turns guaranteed to make a splash. Your tour concludes back at your original departure point.

Super, scintillating, thrilling high-speed ride Bond-style down Thames to Canary Wharf and back - bouncing, splashing, swerving. Exhilarating. Expertly done. Full waterproofing, life jackets all provided and of top quality. Commentary and belting music all great fun. 11-year-old and 74-year-old both loved it to bits.

I would think the answer would be no due to liability issues. Also there is a lot of traffic on the Thames and you could hear the radio traffic back an forth with police and various pilots
