Giant's Causeway Day Tour from Belfast
From US$31.37
Overview
Make your way to the Giant’s Causeway from Belfast without going through the hassle of renting a car on this guided tour. You can take off from Belfast, and enjoy stopping at top attractions such as Giant’s Causeway, Old Bushmills Distillery, and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge without going through all the details of planning every single step of the way.
What to Expect
Your Giant’s Causeway tour starts with a pickup from your Belfast hotel. Hop aboard your vehicle, and get ready for a fun guided tour through Ireland.

Your first stop of the day is at Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, where you can cross the bridge by foot, and take in stunning views over the ocean.

Then on your way to Old Bushmills Distillery, make a stop to take pictures of Dunluce Castle. Once you make it to the distillery, try the popular Irish whiskeys (own expense) or enjoy lunch (own expense).

Next up is the Giant’s Causeway. Spend time exploring the area, and climbing the rocks at this UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way back to Belfast, stop in the village of Carnlough and at the Carrickfergus Castle.

Your tour ends with a drop-off back in Belfast.

You can take the shuttle down to waters edge and do very little walking, but to get the most out of the tour I would think a moderate amount of walking would make the visit much better.

I don't know either, maybe ask the company directly if they have that policy. As Lesley S says, there is a bus available, which you do have to pay for, that takes you down to the causeway of you can't or prefer not to walk.
