Ring of Kerry Full-Day Guided Tour from Cork
US$46.15
Overview
Get the full experience of the Ring of Kerry without the need to rent a car on this tour from Cork. Let a professional driver navigate the narrow, winding roads while you focus on the stunning scenery. Highlights include Killarney National Park, Dingle Bay, and Sneem, among other Ring of Kerry landmarks. While traveling, learn in-depth information about the area through your guide's commentary.
What to Expect
Catch your coach in Cork, where you can settle in to a comfortable seat and enjoy the views on the ride to Killarney: the day's first stop. Have a look around the town before proceeding to Killorglin, home to the ancient Puck Fair, a Celtic festival dating to 1613.

Proceed along the Ring of Kerry to the Dingle Peninsula, where you'll stop at Inch Beach, Dingle Bay, and other spots to get views of the Skellig Islands. Next up is Waterville, perched on Ballinskelligs Bay and home to one of Ireland's most famous golf clubs. Drive through the colorful village of Sneem, where the River Sneem meets Kenmare Bay, and then on to Killarney National Park, one of the first in Ireland. Make a stop at the tumbling Torc Waterfall and maybe see some of the local red deer before heading back to Cork.

With all the driving on narrow roads, you'll be glad you booked a tour including transportation instead of going it on your own.

Lovely day - great tour

We went on the Ring of Kerry day tour with Carol and John and they were both wonderful. They work very well together and provided great information. The Ring of Kerry was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful day!

Nice day

The tour makes stops in several small towns which were interesting. There were a few scenic stops by the ocean and one at a water fall. Everything was well organized which lead to a very pleasant day.

Trying to profit, not guide

Our guide on this tour was fine, but almost every stop was designed as an opportunity for Paddywagon to profit from prior arrangements with particular enterprises. We stopped in Waterville for lunch, a town with almost nothing to recommend it and very few restaurants, and...More

Paddywagon Tour

It was wonderful to enjoy the beautiful countryside while not worrying about doing the driving. Our very able tour guid/bus driver added local color to the lovely experience. A must see when traveling to the West Country.

We did not do a stop that included a sheep dog demonstration. I am not aware if a tour that includes this activity. I’m not saying there isn’t one, I’m just not aware.
