Giant’s Causeway – Game Of Thrones Day Trip from Dublin
From US$75.34
Overview

The rugged coastal scenery and dramatic landscapes seen on-screen in Game of Thrones are some of Northern Ireland’s most beautiful. This full-day tour takes you to memorable filming sites such as the Dark Hedges and Dunluce Castle, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Giant’s Causeway, and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

What to Expect

Meet your guide in central Dublin for an early morning departure. Traveling aboard an air-conditioned coach, set out through the Irish countryside as you cross into Northern Ireland.

The first stop is Dark Hedges, a filming site from Game of Thrones. Hop out to take photos as your guide explains its role in the series and recounts anecdotes about filming in Northern Ireland.

Continue to Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the rock formations, walk in the footsteps of giants, and pay a visit to the nearby Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Brave a walk across the bridge, with the waves crashing below and jagged cliffs looming overhead.

Drive along Northern Ireland’s Antrim Coastal road and explore Dunluce castle

Your tour ends in central Dublin.

Giant's Causeway

This was a fabulous trip...a wonderful opportunity to see Ireland's countryside and Northern Ireland on the way to the Causeway. If you do this tour be sure to take advantage of the Black Cab tour in Belfast...a great educational experience. I LOVE IRELAND!!!

Giants Causeway

As some of the other reviews have stated, this isn't really a guided tour. Most of the long ride around to the few stops we made were in silence - there wasn't even any music or anything. We were dropped off at each location while...More
