Highlights
See and snap Northern Ireland’s greatest hits all in one easy day
Travel the dazzling Antrim Coast Road without the hassle of driving
Explore Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland’s only UNESCO-listed site
Enjoy photo stops at 'Game of Thrones' locations and Carrick-a-Rede
What to expect
Board your Wi-Fi-enabled bus in central Dublin. Then soak up the scenery as you cross the border into Northern Ireland (passport required for most visitors) and head north along Antrim’s stark and rugged coastline. Enjoy free time to explore the UNESCO-listed Giant’s Causeway, a spectacular natural wonder composed of many thousands of six-sided basalt columns. Don’t forget to ask your guide how the Causeway got its name. Next, see the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, which swings perilously high above the Atlantic Ocean, connecting the coastal cliffs to a tiny offshore island—upgrade to cross the bridge when weather permits. Finally, enjoy photo stops at two key 'Game of Thrones' filming locations: Larrybane Quarry, where Brienne of Tarth was introduced in the series, and the ruins of Dunluce Castle, aka the House of Greyjoy. Your bus drops you back in central Dublin at the end of the tour.

Giant Causeway& G.O.T. Experience from Dublin
Mar. 2020
Padreig Oconnell was our guide and he was excellent, funny, and kind. He was a great help to us when my daughter lost a bag with her passport in it. He went way above to help her get it back. Good Job Padreig.

Best tour guide ever
Mar. 2020 • Friends
We had an awesome tour with Padraig O'Connell! He was delightful, knowledgeable and outgoing! He told us a lot of history of Dublin and Northern Ireland. We had a lot of laughs today! He also worked hard to find my missing backpack. We will be back and book with Padraig! We highly recommend him! Until next time, Mandi Richardson, Mom, and her friends

Giant's Causeway
Dec. 2019
Given our limited time and no car, we opted for a day bus trip, and chose this particular tour for the two advertized Game of Thrones sites included, as we were not interested in time in Belfast. The time at the Giant's Causeway was perfect, as the sun burst through the clouds and the rains stopped just as we arrived. Beautiful. On the down-side, the bus was late leaving Dublin, and this resulted in not taking in one of the advertised G.O.T. sights. Dissappointing. The bus was also cramped in space, not a very comfortable ride. If the coast and Giant's Causeway had not been so wonderful, I would have complained to the company about the rest of the trip. Do see the Causeway, but perhaps choose a better tour company. Grey Lines let us down.

Hello O4450JVronaldg Thanks so much for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Giant’s Causeway. It is indeed a spectacular sight. We would like to apologise for the delay of the bus leaving Dublin. This was something beyond our control and we will do our best to make sure this does not happen in the future. If you’d like to take the issue further, we would like to encourage you to carry on here – info@grayline.com. Despite all, we do hope to see you again sometime! Best regards, Shera

Fun excursion
The tour was 11.5 hours and for the price it’s not bad. A full day out to see the northern part of the country. There’s a lot of questions about the passport but for us we was never asked for them (and yes I did take them out the safe to bring with us) Mandy our tour guide was super friendly and informative. Martin was a great driver got us safe and sound also super friendly It was Super cold and windy but still beautiful. Unfortunately there was a landslides so never got to cross the bridge it was closed

Big rush on new year's eve
Dec. 2019 • Couples
The bus trip was very nice, our driver was funny and had many stories to tell so it helped to pass the time on the bus. But we were supposed to be in Giants causeway for 1h45min and only had 1h which I consider is not enought to see the attraction properly. We were supposed to be in back in Dublin at 8pm and arrived one hour earlier...that was the time we should have spent in the attractions. It was new year's eve and I think they should not do the tour on this day if they're gonna be rushing all. Afterall we paid for a full day and didn't enjoy as much as we should.

Guided walk add on
May 2019 • Friends
Alongside my previous review, we also room the recommended £10 guided walk when we got to the Giant’s Causeway- I wasn’t sure where to review this but thought I’d recommend it here. Jordie (excuse spelling) was so lovely and informative, getting to know each of us and giving a great insight to all sorts of aspects of the Giant’s Causeway! The pace was lovely and it was great to get all the context as you walked down towards it, making the walk down part of the visit in itself.
