Get yourself ready to explore Paris with a Seine cruise!
There is so much to see and do in Paris, one needs to make choices. This was my daughter's first visit to Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a must for any visitor, but you do not have to go there to see it. By taking the Seine boat tour, one can get a sense of Paris and the Seine, itself. You pass the Louvre, Notre Dame ( when it is restored), the Orsay and the Eiffel Tower and you are able to easily see all these sites from a boat on the Seine in a one hour cruise. You also get to see the beautiful bridges of which Parisians are most proud. I had previously taken this tour with a meal and I found it over-priced and difficult to see the sites. Save your money and just take the one hour boat ride. It was rainy and cool when we were there, but we were still able to see the key sites. The boat leaves from Pont Neuf. Enjoy the walk across the bridge and descend the steps to find the ticket office. If you are early, they allow you to sit and watch the river traffic.

This was a great experience! I highly recommend. VIP ticket was well worth the cost. Food and drinks were all wonderful! Service was wonderful! Truly enjoyed the experience as a whole. Again, highly recommend!

      A Wonderful, Worthwhile Experience
The views were terrific and the food was really good. It was gourmet indeed. Not a bad seat in the house! We had a marvelous time and highly recommend this trip.

      Bateaux Parisiens: watch out
We booked the Seine tour at 17:00. 15 min before the start we arrived and the operator told us we have to stand in line with an anticipated waiting time of 60 min. The tours are mass tours with 600 people on the boat - it is more like a cruise ship. There are much better and smaller operators.

A Paris must! (For vegans too!)
What a wonderful experience! The views were great and you got to see all the main attractions in a very sophisticated way. We booked the middle price bracket cruise which included some sparkling wine on entry, 4 course meal (one of which is a cheese plate) and 2 bottles of wine alongside the meal. You were also bombarded with beautiful French bread throughout the meal too! 😍 The service was 10/10 and we had the best time. My husband and I are vegans so we didn’t have high hopes for the food, but it was INCREDIBLE! The Stater, Main and Dessert were all gorgeous and it was probably the best vegan dish we have had in Paris so far. (They also have dishes for meat, fish & dairy eaters too and they looked great!) If this is the one thing you do in Paris, I highly recommend!

Cruise first class but food was cold
We travelled from montmartre by bus and it was easy to find. There are coffee huts beside the departure jetty and tasty snacks if required, while you wait. Boarding was smooth and our table was perfect. The cruise was fantastic and the facilities on board were first class. However, the food was cold. This was very disappointing because we were told the food was five star. 🌟

      Not a great experience
The wait to get on the boat was sooo long. On top of this, the boat had the top closed so we really did not have a good view. We were not able to take the full river tour due to the river rising high. I understand that this is out of their control but we should have then been advised and we would have canceled.

      Below average
Very packed and it was a very slow service. The wine didn't come for nearly an hour despite asking twice and we ended up leaving half of it as we had no time to drink it. Squashed seating and below-average food. Quite disappointing although the views were fabulous - Maybe we were just unlucky as there were a few very big groups

Experience like you would never imagine
This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in Paris, amazing food, premier service, beautiful views and we were so luck to have the best waiter in the world, Sebastian was more than amazing, the best service ever, we loved him… I would strongly recommend this experience and better with Sebastian as a waiter.

      Great trip, amazing food!
Would absolutely recommend this cruise for anyone visiting Paris! We opted for the Premier service as we were visiting Paris for my birthday and I am so glad we did! The seats we had were wonderful and allowed us to see Paris from different angles as we went up and down the river. The food was absolutely incredible, each course was better than the last (we chose the lunch option as the dinner menu looked far too fancy for us)! And the wine was lovely and they were very generous with it! The staff on our trip were wonderful, in particular our waiter who was very nice and extremely knowledgable and took the time to point out different buildings and their purposes throughout history which was fascinating and made the trip even better! The option we picked was expensive but i would absolutely recommend it if you can, i would absolutely use this company again if I go back to Paris!

      Magnifique
Got to see a lot of famous Paris landmarks from the boat quite easily. A short but sweet boat ride at 60 minutes exact that packed a lot of great sights and info in. Especially for the price you just can’t beat it.

cruising site seeing while dining well.
great and helpful staff to get us on boat and validate our reservation. wonderful lunch with wine included. Service was fast and prompt and the quality of food very good. The daytime views cruising down the Seine were really the highlight of the trip all enhanced by the food and wine. Would recommend this to tour to all.

      Brilliant for wheelchair users
Took my mum here. She uses a wheelchair but can walk a little way. I was worried that although the boat company said they were 'disability-friendly' we might not be able to get do to the boat itself from the road. I can happily say there is a sloping road going down to the river if you are dropped at this Quay. Yes, a coach may have to wait for you to come down the road and vice versa, but it is definitely fine for a wheelchair (bit steep on the way back up). The company were so accommodating. They were friendly, took us aside and then you board separately before others. You sit inside (too many steps to upstairs outside seats) and, if you can walk a little with help, you can step down 2 or 3 steps to the lower layer where you are next to the window. If you can't step down, the seats in the centre of the boat are raised and there is space for a wheelchair to remain in situ so you could sit in your own chair and enjoy the views. Really helpful.

      Disappointing Experience at Bateaux Parisians*
*Disappointing Experience at Bateaux Parisians* Rating: 1/5 My husband and I visited Bateaux Parisians on a rainy evening, expecting a pleasant dinner with a stunning Eiffel Tower view. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by subpar service and frustrating payment issue Long wait to place orders (20 minutes) - Limited vegetarian options - Insipid food and hot chocolate - Multiple failed payment attempts with credit cards - Unhelpful and arrogant staff (manager and server) - Lack of communication about payment issues due to Eiffel Tower interference *Tips for Visitors:* - Be aware of potential payment issues due to Eiffel Tower interference - Ask about vegetarian options beforehand - Consider alternative dining options with better service

I booked this tour three months in advance and this was the most anticipated event for my trip to Paris. I booked the premier dinner cruise, guaranteeing seating at the front of the boat (just under $500 for two adults). Three factors contributed to my one star review.
First, upon being seated, the romantic ambiance was immediately ruined by a table of 14 terribly obnoxious American visitors. They were so loud that we asked our waiter if there was any way we could be moved prior to departure. Our concerns were completely dismissed.
Second, for a $500 dinner cruise, I expected to be seated at the window. In fact, our table was the only one out of all the premier tables that was not situated at a window, even though we arrived 45 minutes earlier than the other premier patrons and we ALL paid the exact same price.
These first two issues could be completely overlooked if it were not for issue number three—our table was right smack IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE where the waiters walk back and forth!! Each time a waiter walked between tables, not only did our ENTIRE table shake, but the waiters bumped into the back of my chair 100% of the time. I attempted to move the table as far out of the way as possible to give the waiters more space for the aisle, but the waiters continued to bump and trip over us the whole time. I was very stressed out and this truly ruined the experience for me. I would not recommend this dinner cruise to anyone who is considering it.

We went there with some expectations.
The reception was very friendly and well organized.
We had a very nice table in the front of the boat with great view.
The waiter was very nice and entertaining.
The live singer was annoying by her incapacity to sing.
The food was what is to be expected in this type of tourist venue, pre-cooked not exceptional, exception made for the sea bass and the steak which were very good.
The big disappointment was the cruise, because of the weather we went to Boulogne rather than the city, very very boring. We were happy when it finished.
It was raining and we asked for a taxi, the answer was to wait for one outside (under pouring rain....)
For the money paid, definitely not worth it

We booked this place for my birthday dinner and it was terrible!! We spent over 300 euros.

On the day, they told us the water was high so we were taking a different route... meaning we didnt see ANY sights apart from the eiffel tower (because the boat docks next to it), and the statue of liberty. We were given some vouchers for another cruise... someone told us its worth 100 euros, but then the waiter told us it's just a regular sight seeing cruise. Also, we left Paris the following morning and they told us to return to Paris to use the tickets another day!!! WOW.

The service was awful, and we often had to ask the waiter a few times for something. E.g. I asked if they have tea, he said he will find out, 20 mins later I had to ask him if he found out. They did not have tea, but he didn't even bother coming back to let me know.

And the food is TERRIBLE. It is like airplane food, except airplane food is better. And it's also not 6 courses. The 2 starters come together, as do the 2 mains and 2 desserts. The flavours were not balanced. If a course was sweet, it tasted like pure sugar. If it was creamy, it tasted over the top of cream.

As a big foodie, I definitely recommend to not waste your money here.

I wish I could choose a negative number to express how horrible this experience was. We booked a dinner cruise a month in advance and paid close to $500 for a couple. Our taxi driver dropped us at a dock entrance about a half mile away from the dinner boat dock. We ran the whole way( in heels) and even called ahead to explain we’d be a few minutes late. When we arrived we were relieved to see that the boat was still there and docked. However we were met with the ABSOLUTELY rudest staff Ever! The woman at the counter wouldn’t even consider our situation and refused to issue us a boarding pass. We boarded with our tickets in hand and explaining we were refused boarding passes, security was called and we were asked to get off. You can’t imagine how upset this was considering how much we spent on tickets. This was the single most incredulous moment in my life. Never had I been treated with such indignation in my life. Rude is an understatement. We left and tried to take a lesser evening cruise only to find out the captain had called ahead to blackball us from ALL the other boats! We ended up finding a great private party on a yacht and watched the Eiffel Tower at midnight from there. This company has zero class. Needless to say there was NO refund or explanation. This ruined any romantic visions I ever had about Paris. It’s all an illusion.
Save your money, go to Mexico and enjoy the beach!!!

A group of 8 of us did the 8:30 PM cruise which lasted about 2 1/2 hours. There were no problems with the boat or water and it was smooth sailing. The tables and chairs are arranged in different configurations with smaller ones right along the windows and larger ones toward the inside of the boat. Because the windows were large and clean, everyone had a clear view of the river and the sites along the banks.

Everyone enjoyed the food which consisted of typical starters, entrees, and dessert (or cheese). The one mistake was that the waiter cleared one of our cheese plates before we were finished. When we pointed that out, he said “Sorry!” And walked away. The proper response should have been “Sorry! I will bring you a new plate of cheese.”

There was a photographer who took pictures, printed them out, then distributed them later on asking for 20 euro each. He wasn’t pushy. There were two singers who walked around singing to recorded music but only part of the time.

I wouldn’t say this was the best experience ever but it is a fairly quiet enjoyable way to spend an evening.

I was in Paris for the International Rugby match and as it was my first time in Paris wanted to get the maximum enjoyment from the time there.
The Seine River Dinner Cruise exceeded my expectations.
I was travelling single and choose the window seat view which afforded me uninterrupted views ( if you cannot stretch yourself you will still get good views as the boat is glass topped).
The boats are moored next to the Eiffel Tower and when light up offers a magnificent view - consider night cruise vs day to see the lights. There is no running commentary however there is a explanatory sheet is given with your menu.
The service was discreet, the food top class, after my complementary glass of champagne the dinner was served. It was well spaced out with the complementary white and red wine.
I went for the Privilege service which I would recommend.
Should mention the discreet live on board entertainment on board which comprised 2 guitarists and female singer.
Total cruise time was 2hr 30mins.You can step out to the back and enjoy the view as well.
Well worth it and a memorable treat when in Paris

Booked this as a romantic Saturday dinner for our long weekend in Paris - really pleased with the overall evening although it was expensive to secure a window seat which also had champagne aperitif. We had a lovely side position sectioned off from main area, super French couple celebrating a birthday and expecting second baby sat across the aisle. The music was perfect pitch and very relaxing; the Seine route took in 12 or so main attractions including the lit Eiffel Tower. We had hors d’ouvres, scallops starter, duck main and cheese as well as lovely dessert with coffee and petit fours. White and red wine accompaniments. The service was perfect and attentive but not intrusive. It was all timely and we got an Uber back to hotel minutes after docking. A perfect, memorable evening.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on here, was wondering what the best place to do it and feel here is where most people will see it:

I bought a lunch cruise for my partners birthday on 4/11, we took the window seat as it didn't cost that much more and we both love cheese so great.

We were given 2 bottles of wine at the start (white) and offered red during.

The waiter was absolutely fantastic and really wish I could have thanked him more at the time. He joked with us, pointed out scenery, when we learned there was a birthday he brought out a little candle on my partners cake. Absolutely adorable (there was a birthday package which we avoided due to not liking the attention those things can bring) but none the less it was very sweet.

The meal was great, the sights beautiful and the waiter really kicked it up a notch.

Definitely give it a go if you're on the fence

Firstly, bad signage at the docks. It was impossible to say which "gate" your boat was leaving from, until we queued up (mistakenly) at the ticket booth and got told it was at the other end of the dock.
The whole queueing up and boarding took about 40 minutes.
The boat itself was fine, comfortable chairs and tables with linen. No social distancing and a little bit stuffy without much air flow.
Now for the experience. The food was below average. Very much French "fast food" for large numbers of people. It looked and tasted like it came out of a food production line.
The service was the usual fake "I just want a tip at the end of this" interaction.
Very generous with the wines. Unfortunately the wines were very poor quality and the supposed welcome champagne gave me a headache in about 10 minutes.
Don't go on this boat expecting a nice quiet dinner while cruising the Seine. This boat crams so many people in such a small space, and plays loud music on top of it, that all we could hear for the entire 3 hours were loud market-level noisy conversations punctuated by the futile attempts of a bad DJ or Spotify playlist- I'm not sure which. It was so loud, we could barely hear each other. It was so awful, I didn't care that we paid 500euros+ for an awful dinner, within 30 minutes of this circus I wanted to get off the boat.
It truly was one of our most miserable dinners in Paris, and also one of the most expensive, as we opted for the Premiere (most expensive) option on the menu.

I was not in favor of spending a lot of euros on a dinner cruise, but my wife wanted to do it so, of course, we did. The boat is very modern and smooth in the water and, if you do it, I would recommend a window table. Yes, it costs more but you’re already spending a small fortune so what’s a little bit more? The food was good and everyone around us seemed to also enjoy their meals. But, let’s be honest, you’re not there for the food. There are plenty of Michelin starred restaurants in Paris you could go to for the same money, and this is certainly not on that level. You’re there for the experience of floating on the Seine and looking at all the people on the banks looking back at you, and to see the monuments lit up at night. For the “nighttime” experience, plan to take either the early or late dinner cruise, depending upon the time of year. Worth the money? Not for the food but maybe, if you’re there to create a memory of Paris.
