More information needed
Oct. 2019
I experienced two issues with the tour

The first is that Paris seems to be very strict about advertising/staff on the ground so it can be difficult to actually find the stops especially the Sacre Coeur stop where it is on the Boulevard de Rochechouart and there is more than one stop (I did actually miss a bus). I think more information in the leaflets and on the internet would help as the helpdesk number was based in the UK and so had less knowledge of Paris than me! Oddly enough, one tour operator can advertise and it appears they are a local transport company...

The other issue, out of the control of the operator, was the normal manic Paris traffic was worse due to the general strike so there were more cars especially around stations. However, one benefit of this allowed a more stable platform to take photographs.

Other than the above, the two routes (Red and Blue) were quite good going around the sights although the long routes do take a while to go around.

The map is almost useless, this was the worst tour we have been on, and they refused to refund tickets.

Really cool.
Of course, when you go there, you have very expensive prices and bad hours! Yet, what is fabulous is that it is nearly empty! It is just like a private tour. I would definetely recommend it to you.

Worst Service - Watse of money
Feb. 2020
I wish we had of done our research first however as this was an absolute waste of money.
We booked 5 tickets, for 1 day we can only visit 2 attractions and agreed to stop torturing ourselves.
Pick up locations were so complicated and limited with no point signage and has a limited stops. The website said every 30 min will have a bus, it was 1 hour to us. We asked many people to help on this since we could not find any
The call center is in England, the call receiver is helpless and cannot event speak the easy-to-understand English.
Pls read all the review and never book this service, such a waste of money.

Horrible service and Disappointed
City Sightseeing Tour bus for Paris speaks madness. Our experience was so disappointing. I purchased 7 tickets, two for seniors. Pick up locations were so complicated and limited with no point signage and has a limited stops far from truth as what is indicated in brochure .It has only one bus running each route for red and blue line. We end up spending most of our time locating the bus hop points than sightseeing and it created a very stressful painful inconvenience for all of us most especially for our old parents.I recommend to checks travelers reviews online as a proof of their poor service before purchasing tickets.

Lovely fun big red bus. There is a voice guide and free red headphones you can plug in. Was absolutely freezing so that made it hard to sit on the top deck but obviously this is the only way to get the great views.

Waste of money. DO NOT BOTHER.
Dec. 2019 • Family
Like most of the other reviews listed here, we didn't think twice before booking as we'd had a great experience on the same tour in London and Berlin. I wish we had of done our research first however as this was an absolute waste of money. The buses were so few and far between that we spent more time waiting for one than we did on them. The signage for the pick up locations was basically non existent and their maps weren't much help either as they were very hard to interpret exactly where the pick up points were. Had there been staff at the stops it would have made things easier however we only saw 1 member all day. To top it off, after getting off at the Arc de Triomphe at about 4pm, we, along with a group of about 8-10 other people waited around for an hour and 15 minutes in the fading light. No idea if the next bus ever came as we gave up waiting and caught the train home. If you're thinking of doing a hop on hop of tour in Paris, I'd recommend you try one of the other companies. We'd see 2 to 3 of them drive past to every 1 of ours so they're already better than these guys. Hugely disappointing and terrible value for money.

No buses...
Waited at least 30 minutes for one. Decided to walk after that. They don’t have enough support. Came back the office to ask about frequency of buses and now the Kerwin in charge didn’t speak English.

One of the worst hop on hop off tours we have ever taken
Oct. 2019
This was the red double decker hop on/hop off bus line on rue d'Opera. We have taken these type of tours in a number of cities around the world as a way to get acquainted with the key features of the city. The audio was not in sync with the sights you were seeing resulting in hearing about a feature after you passed it on several occasions. We also took the tour late in the day and fortunately for us ended up back where we started at rue d'Opera when they announced the bus was finished for the day at 4pm. A number of passengers were then forced off the bus and told to fend for themselves.

Where was the bus?
I’ve used this company before and had exceptional experiences so didn’t think twice when comparing alternatives. I wish I had reconsidered and checked the reviews.
We purchased two tickets from a ticket seller on the street near-ish to Notre Damn and got their map. Being new to Paris we walked to one of the locations marked ‘Possible Stop’ on the map. That’s where we should have known we wasted our time and money. Paris is a spread out city and you really want surety when it’s hot and sunny and you’re walking 20-30,000 steps a day. You don’t want to be waiting in the wrong spot. There are no street names to assist finding the stop. We waited an hour near Les Invalides at the location stated and never saw the bus. Competitors buses came past multiple times at another location. We decided to head to the Eiffel Tower ourselves so we didn’t waste more time and hoped to meet up with the bus at its location. The mark on the map is again a really ambiguous location amongst a network of complicated roading but we waited near a bus stop that was picking up other tours. Never saw the bus after 30 minutes so took a Scooter as we don’t have time to wait around. Saw the bus down a street it didn’t show on the map and it wouldn’t stop for us - understandable as it wasn’t a stop but where was the stop?
