Monaco and Eze Small-Group Day Trip from Nice

Eze is a medieval hilltop village on the French Riviera, and Monaco is the world’s second smallest country, famous for its glamorous motor races and opulent casinos. Get a firsthand peek at both picturesque and elegant coastal communities with this personalized, small-group tour, which includes a scenic drive from Nice along the world-famous Lower Corniche.

What to Expect

Your tour will begin with a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Nice. Settle back for a scenic drive along some of the world’s most spectacular roadways along the Lower Corniche, with dramatic panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean coast. Groups are limited to eight people, ensuring an intimate experience.

You’ll spot your first destination—the cliffside village of Eze—towering above the sea, surrounded by the ruins of a 12th-century castle. Get an in-depth look at the stunning medieval center with a guided visit to a traditional perfumery, where you’ll learn about the quintessentially French art of bottling scents.

From there, you’ll leave France behind and enter Monaco, the world’s second smallest sovereign territory after the Vatican. Enjoy free time to wander the Old Town of Monte Carlo, with options to visit the cathedral and palace, where you can see the famous Changing of the Guards. Take a lap along the racetracks of the famous Formula One Grand Prix and explore Casino Square at your own pace. Take time to indulge in some luxury shopping or admire the docked mega-yachts before making your way back to Nice.

You can eat lunch in Monaco old town, when you have about 2 hours of free time.
