The surroundings are super, the staff very attentive. We’ve had better body treatments, but surroundings made up for it. Well worth a visit!

My wife and I loved this. How you want a spa to be. Judging from other reviews I think we got lucky on the numbers as there were only about 8 people in when we were there (monday afternoon in mid november) Loved the design of the room and pools. Speaking as a sports massage

After spending a lovely day hiking in the Sierra Nevada, we were all looking forward to spending some quality time in the spa. Sadly we did not get the experience we were looking for. Firstly it all felt very rushed and as the spa sessions are sold in batches according to time

Dear DevinaLondon, Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all, we apologize if your time in our Hammam was not pleasant. We have a limited capacity in every session to avoid overcrowding. We work hard every day to make the experience as good as possible for our customers. We take note of all your comments to keep improving and we would be grateful if you pay us a visit in the future. Dear Sandra, On the one hand, we would like to express our shock about the fact that one of our customers affirms that our facilities are not hygienic. This is a serious matter, as we see it, and we would not like to take it lightly. On the other hand, we would like to clarify some facts about your visit to our Hammam: First of all, even though we always inform our customers that our cancellation policy says that modifications and cancellations must be done prior 48 hours to the booking date, we decided to make an exception and change the services booked when one of the components of your group decided to modify his booking on the very last minute. In addition, when you all finally got in our Hammam, the male components of your group suddenly decided not to access. Eventually, in the absence of your male partners, the rest of you decided to leave the Hammam arguing you found a rat crawling the wall of one of the pools several times, but no one else saw the rodent apart from you. We would not like to think that this is a false accusation in order to have your money back, as it affects our reputation and we will not allow such a thing. However, you should admit the facts and your attitude are quite peculiar and we will not pay attention to them, as we maintain a strict cleaning of our facilities and this is the first time ever someone claims seeing one rodent inside our Hammam. It is not pleasant for us to receive such comments, as a consolidated brand in our sector, and we would like to know more about it, if you are so kind to give us more details about it. Nevertheless, do not blame us if we find your version to be untrue. Regards, Hammam al Ándalus

My son and I love the baths. For the first time I had a massage with my spa experience and it was fab. But each day (mostly) we spend 2 hours in the hammam swimming, dipping in hot bath, shivering in the frigidarium bath, then hopping into the hot ones and the steam room. We
