Great tour and Cali was a fantastic guide with great knowledge. Tour was well paced and Tapas included was delicious. Saw plenty of the old town and got a great taster of Palma. Highly recommend.

We had a group tour with Valentin and it was great! He was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! He brought us to very beautiful and interesting places, and gave very detailed and fascinating descriptions about them. We loved every minute of the tour and would absolutely do it again!

We booked a bicycle tour of Palma de Mallorca through our cruise line. We scored Palma Bicycle Tours! Jackie was our guide, and she provided our small group of about 12 cyclists the best ever excursion experience! We made several stops at key spots to take photos, and to listen to Jackie's thorough and interesting narrative! One of the many interesting encounters was transacting with the cloistered nuns by purchasing baked cookies (out of this world) via an archaic lazy Susan type device designed to allow the nuns to remain unseen! The baked goods alone are reason enough to visit! The bikes, Specialized brand, were well-worn and also well-maintained, and easy to ride! Navigating the streets of Palma allowed us to cover a lot of ground in a charming setting! Be sure to use your bicycle bell to alert pedestrians as you ride alongside them, and as you approach tight turns and intersections in some of those narrow cobble stone streets! Jackie took her time, and it was easy to keep up! Highly recommend Palma Bicycle Tours, and Jackie!

Yesterday we did the Biking in Palma excursion while sailing on RCL Symphony of the Seas. Our guide was Jackie, and she was excellent. Jackie took our group along the marina to the Cathedral. The riding pace was very relaxed but good. We stopped at the convent where cloistered nuns sell cookies and cakes through a rotating turnstile. This preserves their vow of silence. The ride stopped for a refreshment break later, and then we stopped at the main square before returning to the port. Bikes were in reasonable good condition, helmets not required. All in all a great value and wonderful trip.

A really enjoyable tour , very informative and interesting. Sandra provided a lot of useful information and always took the time to deal with queries and generally interact with all of us on the tour and ensure all felt included and involved. Definitely one of the best I have been on. Recommended- thank you!

This was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Jacquin was an amazing, knowledgeable and very patient tour guide. I would do this tour a thousand times over! Can not wait to come back! Worth every penny

An excellent way to see the marina, old town and key buildings in Palma. Valentine was an excellent guide: knowledgeable engaging funny charming and helpful. He skilfully managed the tour to keep away from crowds as much as possible. One of the best tours Ange and I have ever done. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing bike tour with Valentino w/Palma de Mallorca. Took this tour via our cruise excursion and was pleasantly surprised! Valentino was excellent providing interesting insights to the locations we visited. Thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour because of him. Well done and highly recommend!

We tend to book a private tour rather than through the cruise ship however this time we picked wrong. We arrived early to the designated meeting point (bike shop) and then had to wait. In the meantime, a group from our cruise ship arrived , bikes/helmets were distributed and they were on their way. We then got our two bikes ( the tires needed to be filled ) but there was not a helmet for me, so our guide Jackie, very nicely offered hers. We were unaware that we would then have to ride to the other bike shop to pick up other riders and a helmet for me. By the time we rode to the other bike shop and got those riders ready, it was 45 minutes later than the start of our tour. Palma de Mallorca is a lovely place. For me, I would just say that I found the bike tour stressful. The bike lanes, when there were some along the waterfront, were extremely narrow with other cyclists coming at you in the other direction. The streets were often crowded with people and cars, making us often having to walk our bikes through busy sections. I lost sight of the group more than once. With all this, I found it hard to enjoy my surroundings. I did enjoy stopping at the nun cloister and buying the cookies. At another point we were meandering through small winding alleys and I noticed that my husband and several others were no longer behind me. But since there were so many turns, I chose to stay with the group so I didn't get lost or separated from the guide. After yelling ahead for them to stop, Jackie went back to find the other part of the group, one of their chains had come off the bike. I am comfortable on a bike but I did not find this the most enjoyable way to see the city, but maybe that is just me. It is not a tour I would do again in a busy city.

Valentin was amazing at showing us the city highlights with the perfect amount of information and speed of the bikes. I would definitely do this again!
