Seafood paella is usually served in a large pan with white rice, green beans, white beans, succulent prawns, mussels, and large chunky Calamari rings that are topped off with spices such as Saffron and Rosemary. Every homemade paella is distinct in their own flavors due to customization and inclusion of family's recipes.
Appetizer: Spanish Omelette or Bravas potatoes, selection of some iberian salamis and cheeses from Spain, and bread with tomato (Catalan style). All enjoyed with a Sangria.
