Barcelona Food and Wine-Tasting Tour

Overview
With such a varied culinary tradition, guaranteeing a great meal in Barcelona can often be a difficult task. Get a comprehensive introduction to the Catalan capital’s culinary scene during a food and wine tour that’s perfect for first-time visitors. As well as enjoying up to 10 tapas tastings, you’ll also explore local neighborhoods and discover parts of the city you may otherwise have missed. Plus, a small group limited to 10 people allows you to receive personalized attention from a guide and move between stops with ease.
What to Expect

Your tour begins at a central Barcelona location, where you’ll greet your guide and head to your first foodie location: the bohemian district of El Raval and the historic buildings of El Poble-sec.

During the walk, stop at artisan food stores to sample local specialties such as manchego cheese, Iberian ham, olive oil, and hot churros. Admire local Catalan produce in La Boqueria Market, where you’ll satisfy your sweet tooth with nougat.

Your tour concludes in the Gothic Quarter.

The guide was very good. You could tell him on the day or if you wish, email the company directly and speak to them. Enjoy the tour as it is excellent.

Not at all suitable for children. The bars are small and the market crowded I think you would be wasting your money

Yes it would be fine as the walk is flat and easy. I have checked with my wife on her thoughts as well. While my children are now grown up, I would have not hesitated to take them. It will be a reasonably long walk for a... More
