Enlightening and entertaining tour of the Uffizi
Our tour of the Uffizi Gallery with Galya was one of the highlights of our time in Europe. She is very knowledgeable about the works in the gallery and knows how to present the information in a way that is interesting and fun. Highly recommended.

    Isabella knows art!
Went to the Uffizi museum and had Isabella as our guide. We had an amazing experience with her as her wealth of knowledge and patience was a real blessing. Love the museum and learned so much!

Fabulous!!! The best ever experience of a Church.
Sagrada Familia was part of my 79th birthday celebration. After attending a short visit of Barcelona, I knew I wanted to return. I came with 12 of my friends, had a private tour set up via trip advisor. It was simply breath taking experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I took this trip approximately a year ago and I still have very fund memories.

    They’re broked
We bought a trip to the Sagrada Familia via Expedia and knew only on the day of check in that the company broke down. The office had been closed and about 100 customers were at the door complaining about the lack of tickets. Nonsense. The police had to arrest these bad guys!

The Genius of Gaudi and La Sagrada Familia
Nadine was our tour guide for our visit to the Sagrada Familia, she was enthusiastic, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions. With her our experience was phenomenal and we left wanting to know so much more about Gaudi's work and the design process for the Basilica. Nadine really took her time and explained the spaces we visited and had great stories and inside information to bring the space to life. I'm already planning our next visit! Thanks again Nadine, we really appreciate it!

    BEWARE, DO NOT BOOK
Arrived twenty minutes at tour office and designated meeting place along with other people for tour on September 2, 2019, 11am tour. Office locked, lights out, no tour guide, and no tour provided. Yellow signed posted on door to apply for refund. No one answered advertised phone numbers or responded to multiple emails. No refund received. Currently filed dispute with my MC for service not provided. Not resolved yet . It’s a mess and big pain. We travel a lot and have never experienced this and do not complain. This cannot stand I want my $115 refunded. By the way noted decal next to their refund posting this a Travel Advisor company and has Travel Advisor Award. Hmm?

    Very nice tour.
The tour was in both English and Spanish. The crowds and security delayed entry, but that was expected. The guide was knowledgeable, but the headsets were not very loud and there was some interference. It was nice to be able to explore the place after the tour.

Visiting the Sagrada Familia with TicTacTickets.es or TicTacTickets.com
We had to be there on Sunday 22-09-2019 at 1.15PM at the meeting point at the gift shop but arrived already at 1PM in the hopes of entering at 1.30PM There was a lot of commotion because no guide or anyone from the organization arrived on the agreed time so people tried to contact the organization. Nobody answered the phone numbers that we tried or replied to the mails we sent. Finally, somewhere between 1.50 and 2PM someone (guide Xavier) arrived to escort us inside at 2.15PM (and TICTAC replied on the e-mails). The group should exist about 50% English speaking persons and 50% Spanish. when arriving inside where we received an audio guide, we noticed that a whole group of Asian and US people didn't enter because the guide could only take a max of 43 persons and it seems most English speaking persons were left outside although they had paid just like us beforehand. The tour finally started around 2.45PM and the group which was originally about 50-50 was now existing out of about 6-8 English speaking persons and the rest Spanish speaking. From the beginning the English speaking persons notice that the explanations given by guide Xavier in English were shorter than in Spanish. Because the quality of the sound wasn't that good I personally tried to stay as close to him to make sure I could really understand him but it seems at the end that he was threaten or intimidated by me. Around 3.15PM he got so frustrated and crazy, when i said something to my wife without disturbing anyone else, that he started to threaten me to go outside and fight it out as it wasn't his fault that the guy that should show up, didn't showed up. Even then he was speaking mostly in Spanish as he couldn't kept his emotions under control. The Spanish speaking people had to calm him down (he was actually shaking on his legs of anger when he proposed to me to go outside) For your info when he told me I was intimidating him the whole time I was maybe 2-3 meters away from him and i am not that tale or muscled The tour ended for us at 3.20PM for 33€/pp. Luckily we made it inside but the experience was one to forget rapidly. We believe we didn't got what we were promised on the website or for what we have paid. No reaction came anymore on mails that we sent, nor apologize or compensation were offered. So unless you want to do some boxing sport or just want a street fight after the visit with guide Xavier, book with TICTAC Tickets otherwise choose any other company. There are enough people for this location who gave much more detailed info in English unfortunately I forget their names. I believe one was "citywonders" The Sagrada Familia itself is really worth it to visit. The rating we give is then also not for the attraction but to warn people about this company

    Breathtaking tour
Our tour guide, Artur, was great. Full of interesting information and careful to both keep the group together and ensure we got to experience the full grandeur of Sagrada Família. Definitely recommended.

My second visit to Park Guell. This time we went for the guided tour. Well worth the extra charge. Our local guide Olga was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Park Guell is somewhat of an an enigma which makes perfect sense when the history of its origins and development is explained. Another Gaudi masterpiece. The tour lasts a little over an hour.

We were part of a tour booked with Shayan, led by Olga, and had a fantastic experience. Olga was very knowledgable and friendly, and shared her enthusiasm for Gaudi’s work in a clear and passionate manner. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

Really liked this tour. Georgina our guide was great and gave us a lot of interesting information about the park, Spanish culture and Gaudi. Definitely worth a visit to the park. If you go in the summer, I recommend that you go early in the day as it is very hot and has a lot of visitors.

The tour guide never showed up or contacted me. We waited for a half hour at the indicated meeting place before giving up. We tried calling the provided phone number, no one picked up, it went to voicemail. The ticket box at Parc Güell stated this operator is known for not showing up, it’s a scam stay away from this operator!

I’m attaching a photo I took of about 30 people who were scammed by this company for a tour on April 19th.

The worst part about the experience wasnt the fact they didn’t show up... it was that after 30 minutes of waiting we decided to head to get our own tickets and they were sold out so we missed out on our entire opportunity to go inside.

No cancellation email, no apology email, and to this day no refund.

I sent an official complaint to the Park and hope this business isn’t around much longer.

Well worth an early start to take one of the first tours. The architecture is stunning, especially attractive colours in the sun and the guide was most informative. We loved it despite the crowds. Good shop too with items for all pockets.

If I could give a minus rating I would. We were on a once in a lifetime visit to Europe from Australia and had come to Barcelona specifically to see the Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell in particular. We had booked a guided tour on 8 May, arrived at the stated meeting point and office address half an hour ahead of time, the office was closed barred and shuttered but as the meeting point notice was on the gate outside we didn't despair at that point, but waited. And waited. The tour time passed. No-one showed up. Then we noticed a note tucked into the gates written by another angry customer who had obviously been let down by no-one turning up. [also from Australia, coincidentally, does this firm gamble that Australia is so far away they needn't bother to honour their bookings, as visitors are never likely to be coming again and hammering angrily on their doors?] The Park Guell staff would not let us in despite having our paperwork on us; they said this happened frequently with this firm; suggested we buy more tickets, the earliest entry being 7.30pm; we couldn't do this as had another event scheduled that evening. It was our last day in Barcelona so we could not see Parc Guell.
Never, never use Visit Europa unless you want to have your trip ruined as ours was!

We booked this tour at the last minute and thought we were fortunate because all other tickets were sold out. We got to the meeting spot early and waited along with a dozen others. Scheduled start time passed with no guide. No email, no phone call, nothing. The company contact number went straight to voice mail. It's been three days now and still no contact. Will never use these guys again. Don't waste your time and money.

It was only myself and my girlfriend in our 'group tour', we went late Nov, and we were worried it would be a little awkward at times but our great guide Isaac never made us feel this way at all! His previous experience at the Park made the information he shared that more involved and his enthusiasm passed on to us both. He also had extra pieces of information that I don't think would have been part of the normal script, adding extra insights that many would miss.
