Cadiz is lovely and Anita is the most wonderful guide. She is so knowledgeable and friendly! We could not have had a better experience.

Wonderful excursion with Guide Annette. Learned about many unusual and unique local spots within the Cadiz historical centre. Annette answered many questions and was very accommodating. We traveled to Cadiz via the Norwegien Viva.

This company is a scam. They never show up. Their phone number does not work. It is someone personal number. I asked the local tourist information center about this Tour operator: Shore Excursions Deal. They said it does not exist. They never respond to my email as well. I am doing a charge back to my credit card. Don’t sign up.

the tour guides were very nice & thorough. but no bottle water supplied as stated in your ads "what's included" .

Excursion got off to a late start of 50 minutes due to initially waiting for other people and then the bus arriving late to pick up point. Once in Seville, took the Cathedral and Alcazar tour and the guide (woman from Rhonda, Spain) was outstanding. Could have had a bit more free time in Seville. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Plaza de Espana were fantastic.

Shore excursions has to stop canceling trips!!! We were notified 2 days before the planned excursion that it was canceled. Another couple whom we were traveling with never received a cancelation notice. When we called to discuss the confusion (one couple canceled and one not), we were assured that the trip was indeed ready to go. Ha..... A day later both couples received a cancelation notice. Bad business practice.

They canceled our tour twice, most likely due to few people signing up. Left us high and dry at the last minute as we wanted to visit Seville from Cadiz.

Anita was our tour guy and she was fantastic!. She explained the highlights of the City and history without being overwhelming. She was also very helpful in guiding us to place where we could find local food.

Anita was our guide. She was lovely, relaxed, walked at a leisure pace and was very informative. We spent a lovely morning with her that ended with sherry and cheese tasting.

Had a wonderful excursion with our guide, Anita. She exceeded our expectations by her knowledge of history and how clearly she imparted her knowledge. She is so friendly and thoughtful. A true ambassador for Cadiz and Shore Excursions. I highly recommend this tour. Make sure you are prepared to do a lot of walking! Thank you Anita! It was a pleasure for us.

We had a fabulous tour in Cadiz from our cruise ship. It started with a bus tour around old and new Cadiz with a stop at the La Caleta Beach and the Fortress, followed by a walking tour through several of the squares of Cadiz, as well as inside the Roman Theatre. We ended with sherry and cheese tasting at a rooftop bar with an unbelievable view. Our guide, Anita, was awesome. She gave us lots of interesting information about Cadiz and kept the group together and on schedule. We would highly recommend this tour, especially with Anita.

We booked this tour well in advance for November 6, 2022, and we received a confirmation and at least two emails or text messages from the tour operator reminding us of the upcoming tour and the designated meeting spot. We were at that designated meeting spot twenty minutes before the 11:30 AM meeting time. No guide ever showed up. We waited until 11:50 AM, but no guide came. Since no other customers came, we guessed that the guide decided that it wasn't worth it to appear. I have sent three messages to Trip Advisor, asking for a refund, but I have had no response. I have booked other tours through Trip Advisor in the past with no problems, but now I see that customer service apparently does not exist. I highly recommend that no one book this tour or any tour through Trip Advisor.

Do not buy this tour, read the reviews on here and Viator. we booked and was disappointed as we waited 40 minutes but no guide showed up. It was refunded but that isn't the point, we booked it so we could do a guided tour round Cadiz instead of just walking aimlessly, ended up doing a hop on hop off bus.

Booked a day trip from port of Cadiz to Seville months ago through our travel agent who reconfirmed it just yesterday. Told to meet the guide with the Shore Excursions Deal sign at the Port gate assigned to our ship. We were there 10 mins early. The gate right in front of our ship. Shore Excursions Deal was a no-show. There are only two cruise ships in port today; not like you could have a lot of trouble finding us. We checked with the port police and they said we were at the correct gate. But we did walk to the other gates. Called the local numbers. No answers. A guy handling shore excursions for our ship listened to the Spanish messages on the two local phone numbers. They both say the phone is turned off. Called the stateside emergency number; the representative could not get a local answer either. Have spent almost an hour looking for the tour guide. Called the stateside number back and that operator is going to work on a refund. But we will never see Seville. A refund doesn’t make up for a once in a lifetime lost opportunity.

We really enjoyed our tour with Anita. She was enthusiastic, warm and very informative. The information was presented in context with stories and anecdotes. It was a relaxed fun walk through the city.
