It was a beautiful destination, breathtaking views and our tour guide Barbara was great, she recommended a lot of good places to eat and visit.

Our tour was an amazing historical experience and our tour guide Roberto, driver Adamo and Pompeii guide Nick made the trip even more inspiring. During the bus ride our guide Roberto made the time pass with an interactive perspective on the history and very diverse regions of Italy. I would recommend the trip and do a similar trip on future visits to Europe!

This was a decent tour. In my opinion, it was worth the money, HOWEVER, this experience isn't for everyone. I'd only recommend this if you want to see as much as possible in the shortest time possible. It is very rushed, and you only have roughly less than two hours in each destination. The food at the stops weren't the best in comparison to everything else you can buy in Italy, however the people were pretty friendly. Expect high prices as well. Next, Pompeii was absolutely beautiful. Not just the ruins, but the mountains and towns you see nearby. Our tour guide was good and educated us about how the citizens of Pompeii lived before their demise. After Pompeii, we all went to a pizza place and the food was not good. Could find better than what was offered there. Finally, the views of the Amalfi Coast and Positano were breathtaking. Beautiful coast that I wish to lay my eyes upon when I return to Italy. The atmosphere was off a fairytale. The views alone was enough for me to say that this was worth it, but again, everyone is different. Also, if you are afraid of heights, you're going to be in for a ride! Our tour guide, Viviana was great. I loved her energy and she taught us a lot about her country and herself. She would give us random facts, keep engaged, and simply talk to you and see if you were doing okay. There were also bathrooms in Positano that you have to pay for and her being the sweetheart that she is, paid for me to go in when I had no cash. A good person with a good heart. I will not include pictures because they don't capture the immense beauty of these places. You just have to see it for yourself! Have fun!

Toured the Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Borgia Ltd. Event with Rail Italia tour guides. All the guides had outstanding communication skills and knowledge of their tour topics. We had a wonderful experience.

The entire tour was spectacular specially because we had Oscar as our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. Having the tour greatly enhance the knowledge I already had and made me love the painting, mosaics, sculptures and buildings.

Everything was just PERFECT!! The guides, the driver, the service, the stops . Perfect tour ! Natascia told us everything about Italian customs , food wine, abilities. Bravo a tutti !!!!

This tour was brilliant. Enrica was a knowledgeable tour guide who clearly loved her job. She added so much to the experience; authenticity and humor on a rainy day. This tour had it all, the food and wine were both fantastic! I strongly recommend the tour and the team of Enrica and Fabio. His excellent driver and navigation allow you to be at ease and enjoy the sights.

Laura our guide, Dan our driver and Enzo our Pompeii expert were amazing!! From the get go Laura and Dan were friendly, Laura gave us some amazing and insightful information about Rome, Casino, Benedictine Chappel & Monks and of course Pompeii, the Amalfi and Sorrento. Enzo in pompeii was funny, knowledgeable and all around gave us a great experience. I'd say this experience with these 3 is a must!

Very informative tour! Our guide (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very knowledgeable and shared interesting stories. It was my second time exploring Vatican City with City Wonders and the stories and the tour itself was different, so it's nice to know that every time you can have a different experience with this organiser. It took around 3 hours and it is really enough as eventually you get tired and the mind cannot grasp so much beauty and information :)

We had a fabulous guide. Had so much great information to share. Doi g this tour we cut thru lines and saved alot od time. highly recommend.

A M A Z I N G!!! Everything was well organized, and the meeting point was easy to find and getting though the crowds was a breeze. Sylvia, our tour guide, made it such an amazing tour! She was so knowledgeable and made everything so fascinating. She was also pleasant and fun to be with and kept the entire group w thrilled with what she had to say. You could tell that she genuinely enjoyed what she does! My 24 year old son was ‘eh’ on going, but afterwards, he said he totally enjoyed it! Make sure you go to the top of the basilica, it’s with the additional $10 ($15 if you take the elevator part way).

It was a very long drive almost 3 hours. When we booked it we didn't realize that pompei was within rome itself (lesson research map :-) We did have a great time was very interesting and educational. Our tour guide Clair was very good, funny, professional and helpful. We Appreciate her experience and knowledge. Our tour guide at pompei (sorry can't recall her name) but she wa a excellent and professional. Amalfi coast was beautiful. We recommend to go to pompei but prepare for a long drive

Very good guide to Pompei however the rest of the trip was pretty bad.. Why did it include Positano? We had expected a nice lunch but nothing was open at all. They should have sent us to a different town. We will go back to tours by locals rather than viator or trip adviser.

The group was running late and moved us from the 0715 to 0730 tour. Meet up is at the fountain by the Museo side. There is a McD across the street for an early to go coffee before the tour meet up time. First stop was a store where you can buy sandwiches, pastries, drink, souvenirs, as well as use the bathrooms. In Pompeii we had a tour guide and were able to hear him through his microphone he used, and headsets we used. We were glad to have learned about and experienced this historical wonder. Next stop was Positano. Note the road to is very windy road, if you are prone to motion sickness, drink your medicine. From the big bus we had to use smaller shuttle buses. The town was picturesque and cute. Small souvenir shop in town. After Positano we heaed back to Roma with one restroom stop en route. Left at 0730, and returned at 2030. It was a fun, but long, day. Sonia was a great tour leader giving little stories about the places we stopped and so thoughtful in her recommendations for activities and restaurants around Roma. Thank you!
