Overview
Rome’s world-renowned culinary scene makes choosing the restaurant a daunting task. Let a master sommelier and fellow food lover reveal several acclaimed eateries on an evening food and wine tour, which provides the perfect introduction for first-time visitors. Rather than just staying at one location, you’ll stroll between restaurants and see top Rome attractions along the way, all the while enjoying cooler evening temperatures.
What to Expect
Your epicurean adventure begins in central Rome, where you’ll greet your guide and receive an overview of the city’s famous culinary scene. Start strolling through the narrow streets of the historic center and visit hand-picked locations tried-and-tested by your guide.

Sample different red and white wine varietals accompanied by local delicacies, including beef tartare, cheese, prosciutto, and even wine-flavored gelato. Before you bid farewell to your guide, you’ll receive a plethora of recommendations guaranteed to enhance your vacation.

Delicious Fun!

We had a wonderful time on this tour with Marco. It was the perfect amount of walking, food and - most importantly, wine! It was a great way to scope out shops and restaurants to visit the following day. I definitely recommend this tour.

The historical adds were great.

Marco did a really great job with this tour. I share his passion. I especially like the extra historical stops along the way. The pop into the Mattei courtyard was particularly memorable as most visitors to Rome would never see it.

Our tour was in the neighborhood of 3 hours and was a combination of sitting (1st and 3rd stops) and standing (2nd and 4th stops) when food was involved. You will visit the old Jewish ghetto, in addition to Trastevere, and... More
