Join our unique gluten-free cooking class in the atmospheric Roman area - Trastevere. On this 2,5 hours hand-on experience, you will learn how to cook 2 flavors of authentic Italian gelato and traditional homemade ravioli with ricotta and spinach from scratch. Our Chef who used to work in the gluten-free kitchen for over 6 years will uncover all secrets about the perfect gluten-free dough and easy following recipes to take home.

It is very fun and the chef are very good at explaining and helping during the class. And I think it's great for families. I hope to take my own kids in the future.
