The Gondola Ride was amazing, especially being we booked the Serenade version. There was 4 in our Gondola along with the Guide/Steering person, and the Guitar player. The Gondola next to us had the Singer and we went side by side the whole trip as they played and sang. People were on the bridges recording this great adventure. It was well worth the extra fee for the Serenade Ride.

Absolutely brilliant way to visit the islands and these stunning locations. Just enough time to potter around and take in the views and shop if you like. Plenty of space on boat to sit and enjoy the trip between getting on and off. Live demonstration at glass factory was lovely to see & admire the craftsmanship. Throughly enjoyed and excellent value for money.

It’s a bit frustrating because they essentially trap you in the store, which is part of the selling tactic in Murano. As a result, you don’t really get a chance to explore the town. On the other islands, it’s also difficult to explore due to time constraints. It would probably be better to visit on your own schedule. Additionally, they don’t provide much explanation; you only get information while you’re on the boat, and the sound quality is quite poor.

The walking tour took us through the city’s charming streets, with fascinating insights into Venice’s history and culture. The gondola ride was the highlight, offering a unique and peaceful way to see the canals. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but I wish the tour had included a bit more time for exploring on our own. Overall, it’s a wonderful way to experience the magic of Venice, and I highly recommend it! 4 stars!

Excellent tour and guide/crew ,amazing value and experience. Each island is unique. Recommend in order to see the lagoon and it's so different from busy Venice.

The boat trip to the glass foundry and the islands was great. The historic towns beautiful and captivating - a most enjoyable experience!

Murano glass works excellent. Torcello needed more time to explore. Burano good but more time would've allowed for coffee / snack.

The experience was great. I managed to see all the most important things on the island. The guide was really kind and helpful.

Tourists can hardly see anything except a public box. I think it's not just the ticket price. Tourists can't really experience the beauty of this opera house. It's much worse than what I experienced in the opera houses in Barcelona or Vienna. I don't recommend it!

The half day trip was great with kids. Approx 45-50 minutes per island. Easy to find the ticket office and exchange the voucher for the tickets, all ran on time. Only slight problem was the microphone wasn’t working brilliant on the boat so hard to hear the commentary.

It was nice to get out on the water and learn a little more abt the islands from the tour guide. The first stop in Murano was interesting b/c you get to watch the glass blowers make a couple pieces of art. That was interesting. The other islands were also nice. There is no tour guide on the islands w/ you. You’re left to wander on your own and they tell you where to go. Each stop is 50 min.

Loved this tour, all three islands had something special to offer. Guide was very informative and allowed sufficient time on each island for sight seeing, coffee, shopping and a glass of wine in the sun.

A good way to see all four islands. You'll get 50mins on each island - and that's just right! You'll get time to try Cicchetti on each island or even a full lunch on the second island. Be on time at the dock! You'll feel the passive wrath of your fellow passengers if you're late

I booked this company through Expedia to get to the city from the airport. The captain who helped me descend from the boat pulled my arm so strongly that I now have torn ligaments on my rotator cuff. I am in physical therapy as a result. When I contacted the Bucintoro's customer service in Venice, not only did he deny that he had ever touched me, but he blamed my son, who helped me after the captain had pulled on my arm 2 times. The company refused to take any responsibility.

Very poor tour that basically just take you from one island to another and between island with very little time. Minimum amount of guide. Not recommended. You will be better off just get your own ticket between islands.
