We had a wonderful experience using Firebird Tours. The planning was easy, the hotels comfortable and in good locations, the tours were exceptional with great guides and the small amount of people allowed us to really experience Italy the way we wanted to. We had great transfers and never felt that we were not supported by the Firebird team. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to go to Italy without any glitches or problems. GREAT JOB DONE BY ALL!

What an amazing Tour company. We spent 2 days in Venice, 2 days in Florence, and 5 days in Rome. Firebird arranged all our transportation, tours, and hotel accommodations, including tip. The drivers and guides met us at the airport, train stations, and hotels every time, without issue. The only problem was created by us, since as "stupid Americans" we got off at the wrong train station in Rome. But even then, we contacted Firebird, who contacted our driver, who then drove across town to pick us up at the other station (we gave him a big tip for this).
I highly recommend this company for planning vacations where you don't speak the language and are relocating to different cities and hotels.

My wife and I booked a trip to Spain through Kristina and Kate at Firebird. We were supposed to go before Covid and it fell through. Kristina called me in March 2021 and starting it going again. That was my first sign that customer service was going to be top shelf. The 2 ladies at Firebird, were with me through every step as many challenges came up with the Covid situation. Kate was amazing with all the changes and adjustments that she needed to make and was available at all hours due to our time differences between US and Europe.
The trip was outstanding in every way!!! We set up a private tour guide for only when we needed them and had much free time to go to lunch or shop. I think the private guides are the best way to go as you get personal attention, cut all the lines, cater to your questions and meet you where you need them on time. Taxi drivers are the best free tour guides also and use them as much as you can. They know where the best of everything is.
Spain is an amazing destination as the totality of people, food, sites, weather, history, culture and variety make it one of the best places to visit in the world.
I have been home 5 days and have already made inquiries to go to Greece next year!!!! Guess I’m hooked!!!! Happy traveling.

This is my first experience with Firebird Tours and I would highly recommend them. The customer support before and during the trip was outstanding. The tours are highly organized and the hotels are all very good. The guides took the time to show you what you wanted to see and give you details when you asked questions. The guides all went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed the tours. I did the tour with my wife and two children 17 and 21, the guides made sure to included the kids in the tours and asked what they wanted to see as well. I would use Firebird again and would recommend them to our friends as well.

The travel arrangements were flawless from start to finish. Took the worries out of traveling with a friend and not a group. Every guide, every transfer showed up on time. Hotels were clean, neat,updated, friendly and in great locations. This is the third time I have used firebird and I would highly recommend them.

After waiting what seemed like forever to be able to travel, we finally got our dream trip to Italy!
3 ladies ~ all senior citizens had a marvelous time on our trip. Firebird met all our expectations and more! We added 4 days in Sorrento and a cooking class in Rome ~ perfecto!!! The hotel accommodations met our needs beautifully and the hotels were quite nice.
The people we dealt with were delightful and the transports from hotels to train stations to tours were absolutely wonderful. Not having to worry about the details made our trip even more enjoyable.
We did not want to be part of a tour with hoards of people and our entire trip was tailored around what we selected to do. The guides in each city were wonderful and very knowledgeable.....almost too much so. We did cut a few tours a bit short because we were exhausted from all the walking and standing.
Firebird was on top of everything from September of 2019 until September of 2021 when we finally arrived in Venice.
Thank you Sim and everyone who made our dream trip a reality!

Everything was well organized an delivered on quality of accommodations and expert guides for the tours. Every connection was timely and we were met with friendly people. We made one error at the train station and I received a call from customer support before I could even call for help. We were very satisfied and happy we worked with Firebird Tours.

I did the 9 day trip but added 4 more nights by including Val d'Orcia & Sorrento. So glad I added because it gave such a diverse experience of Italy. Cities are very hectic, adding the hilltop towns & seaside made the journey more relaxing. The hotels were all top notch. This tour company is very detailed which is most appreciated. At one point I reached out over pick up time & Firebird customer service was quick to respond. This was my first time using Firebird & I was quite impressed.

This was my first trip with Firebird Tours to Europe. My family was very impressed with the organization of F.T done for us when we booked a trip to Italy : tour persons, pick-up drop-off on time. They are very polite, knowledge and helpful . F.T. booked for us one of the top hotels where we came to visit.
Overall, we had to say this was an excellent trip . My family members are very happy that I made a right choice when I selected Firebird Tours over another travel tours.
In the future, when we travel again, I will contact this company again to arrange my trip.

I cannot express in words just how wonderful my trip to Italy was. I
wanted to drop you a few lines to tell you thank you for not only making my
dream come true with this trip but also an even greater thank you to not
only you, but everyone who helped make this trip the best experience of my
life, aside from the birth of my children!
Everything on this trip was perfection! From the moment I arrived in
Venice and saw the driver waiting exclusively for me, to all the places I
saw, and of course the people from my tour group. You could have not set
me up with a better bunch of people! We all got along superbly and enjoyed
every moment we spent together. I left making some new friendships and I
will treasure the memories for as long as I am alive.
Thank you, thank you and thank you for taking care of me and putting me up
in these awesome hotels. I literally felt like a celebrity! And yes,
although there was a lot more walking than I expected, it was an experience
I would never change for the world! I have never felt happier in my life
and it's all thanks to you, your staff and everyone who in their own way
contributed to my experience. I will never forget this trip!
