- 911jasmined0 contributionsValue for moneyJust loved the overall experience. The vineyard we visited was beautiful and was run by a small family. It felt so good to understand their history. Our guide was so informative and amazing. We cannot fault anything about this entire experience.Written September 4, 2020

- Cat B0 contributionsWonderful Experience! We had a phenomenal experience! Sabrina took our group (3 adults, one child age 6) on a tour of the Valpolicella region, including a stop at the Meroni vineyards. She gave us a wonderful history of the region, including an understanding of the Valpolicella wine process. Fantastic! Julio met us at the vineyards, taking us through the entire process, with a walk through the vineyards themselves. I highly recommend! The tour was roughly 3 hours and we will tour with Sabrina again! Thank you!Written January 25, 2020
- fabulouslytripping0 contributionsWonderful, memorable experienceWe found ourselves with a long weekend in Verona in mid-November and immediately decided to see if we could arrange a private wine tour of Valipolicella. After quick contact was established via email we were teamed up with our guide Serena. A meeting point was arranged, time was very flexible, and we set off to visit 3 smaller and distinctly different vineyards. Serena clearly has established wonderful relationships with these small producers and we had a phenomenal time to learn all about Amarone and Ripasso and such. Despite the cool November day, we enjoyed every second of the experience and walked away with some excellent restaurant recommendations to top it! Highly recommend!Written December 18, 2019
- 14GinaWR0 contributionsAbsolutely Wonderful Wine Tour and SceneryWe count this tour among the best we’ve taken, and we are not easily inclined to join tours. The drive through the Valpolicalla hills, including a stop with short history lesson was special, and allowed us to see more of the area than we would have by only staying in Verona. We tasted several wines at Corte Fornaledo, a small, family-owned winery with an impressive history. All were fabulous, and we ordered a case to ship home! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and a local with genuine pride in the area. We highly recommend this tour...!Written November 17, 2019
- david p0 contributionsWine, cheese and salami tourTabetha picked us up in the center of Verona and drove us to Amarone wine region of the area. We first stopped at meat, cheese and wine tasting along with a tour of the facility. We were then taken to a winery owned by 2 brothers where we had another wine tasting. We had 3 bottles sent home. Was a wonderful day, Tabetha was an excellent guide, informative and educational. A tour for everyone to enjoy.Written October 17, 2019

- 56angelai0 contributionsAmazing Amarone TourThis was an awesome tour. We were picked up by Sabrina in the main square in Verona. She drove us to to 2 wineries while giving us amazing information and insight of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend to anyone!Written October 15, 2019
- mgieras0 contributionsAmarone Wine TourIt was a wonderful visit to a winery plus a small village. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the owner showed us all the facilities. We had a nice tasting with hors d’oeuvres. It was a perfect way to see the Verona countryside, try some great wine, and feel like you’re seeing life in Verona.Written October 10, 2019
- Brighton90 contributionsSoave tourWe did this tour with Sabrina who was a great guide and kept us informed and interested all the way. We stopped to look at some vineyards, had a stroll around Soave village then went to Monte Tondo winery. I was not a Soave fan before but their 2018 Classico was really good and the Recioto was great. Surprisingly I enjoyed this tour more than one we did to Valpolicella so I recommend it.Written October 6, 2019
- anibani0 contributionsEnjoyable and informative tourGreat tour of Soave with guide Sabrina. She is very knowledgeable about the Verona region, wines, and food from the area. We were in a comfortable mini van and a small group so it was more personalised than a big tour, it was easier to ask more questions, all of them Sabrina answered very well. The tour itself visited a few interesting places in and around the small village of Soave, with geological and historical facts, ending with wine tasting at one winery. Nice half day in the countryside!Written September 17, 2019
- lmarquesch0 contributionsWine tour to suaveThe mini van was clean and we had an excellent driver. This was a half day tour which gave us insight into the wine region. Loved the historical town of Suave . Excellent tour if u don’t want to your more than one winery. Great tour guide!Written September 13, 2019
- aki3020 contributionsScenery, historical and informative gourmet tourWe booked Cheese and salami of the Pre-Alps & Amarone wines with lunch. Participants are only two of us. Our guide Daniel was knowledgeable and spoke English very fluently. Getting on a small car, we visited a cheese factory at Malga Lessinia and a winery in Valpolicella. Before lunch at a restaurant attached to the cheese factory, we learnt the history of this border region a lot and walked around the Austria-Italy border during the WW1.Written August 28, 2019
- wifetribe0 contributionsWine TourTryverona arranged a private driver Serena who had an excellent command of the English language and extensive knowledge about wine makers of The Valpolicella region. We learned all about the wine making processes, grape varieties, and distributions around the world. I recommend this tour without reservation. You will enjoy the service and quality of wines offered for tastings. Enjoy !Written August 12, 2019
- kath31920190 contributionsVerona seen through expert eyesWe selected three private tours: Verona City walking tour, Lake Garda, and Valpolicella. The guides, Danielle (City Tour) and Sabrina (Garda/Valpolicella) were excellent, providing expert local knowledge of the area with a unique insight into the history and culture of the region. As a complete package these individual private tours offer great value for money and we will use this service again the next time we visit this wonderful city. Well done Tryverona.Written August 8, 2019
